Had the luxury of dealing with Tody from sales, young man is an absolute rockstar! I was looking at cars as he was closing up after working all day, he still took the time to acknowledge me and my wife and ask if we needed anything. I mean this guy was getting ready to go home and ended up staying with us for another 45 minutes walking around the lot at 7:30pm even using his phones flashlight to check for imperfections in the paint (it was pitch dark and freezing) and I appreciated that. Long story short went back the next day and bought the 21 highlander. Perfect family vehicle! Just the right size with a 3rd row and unbelievably comfortable along with that legendary Toyota reliability. Toby is an asset to that sales department and believe his work ethic should be acknowledged as well. Great experience overall with this dealership. Clean organized and friendly staff from front desk to service department & sales.-BB

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience than what Mark provided. Mark Stevens is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and responsive when it comes to every step of the process from simply inquiring all the way to teaching you about your new car. As a young female, it can be overwhelming to purchase a new vehicle and Mark clarified and walked me through every part until I felt comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend!Dan Roberts goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of professional service I have ever experienced. He is intuitive, responsive, thoughtful, and highly skilled in his industry. Purchasing a car and talking financials can be overwhelming. Not only did Dan help find the exact car I was hoping for, but he walked me through and explained every step of the purchasing process so I understood. I could not recommend anyone better suited for the job.

A friend recommended that I connect with Mark Stevens at Toyota of Wallingford, and I m glad he did! I went in after visiting another dealership (where I didn t have a good experience), and was very happy with the process. Got it all done in one day, worked with me in a very difficult interest rate environment, and even helped out tremendously with my less than stellar credit. Management and financing are easy to work with, and I couldn t be happier. Traded in my RAV4 hybrid for a Corolla Cross hybrid, and she s a beaut, Clark!! And to top it off, there are two sculptures in the showroom (The Predator, and Bumble Bee from Transformers) that are about 7 feet tall, and made completely from car parts. Created by retired Marines, which makes them even cooler. If you re in the market for a new car, this is the place to go. Monster trucks are out front, you can t miss it!

Jon Petro was extremely helpful for myself and my fianc� who were both buying cars at the same time. I was able to get the price point I could work with and he worked with me to make that happen. This was also after we went to a different Toyota dealership and they did not work with us at all. It was a great breathe of fresh air to have someone help us walk away with something we could both afford and love. He made sure everything went as smoothly as it could given he was dealing with two different customers with different requests at the same time. My car is also wonderful and I am very happy with it as is my fianc�.

We just bought a Corolla Hybrid. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. But what made this an outstanding experience was our salesman, Kenyon. I will be recommending this dealership to my car seeking friends, and will strongly suggest they ask for Kenyon. He s a gentleman who will answer your questions without pressuring his customers. In my opinion, that s what makes the car buying process easier than it would be otherwise.

Good vehicles, friendly staff, nice showroom. The professionalism has gone down a bit it seems, communication could use some improvements and it s not their fault but I probably will not be purchasing another vehicle in Wallingford because if you owe any tax balance, you find out at the very last minute and have to pay in full before you can take delivery.

I'm new to the area and decided to visit my local Toyota dealer. I am glad I did and very happy to have met Mark Stevens. He showed me a few different cars and explained to me all the features of each one. Ultimately I went with a sport model Camry. Mark made the whole process easy. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend. I will certainly recommend him and Toyota of Wallingford to anyone looking for a car.

I went into Toyota of Wallingford, on my electric scooter, and was greeted kindly by Mark Stevens. I was in the car business for many years and to have a customer roll in on a scooter to buy a car would put up red flags but Mark was a professional and did not even question the situation. Rather he respected my time and truly listened to my requests. He did not pressure me and was very open to the status of the market and what to expect. We did a decent sized test drive and Mark really let me get a good sense of the vehicle. His product demonstration was very good and he was able to answer all my questions. The trim level they had was a bit heavier than I wanted, so Mark did a great job of showing me what features I would have in the trim level I ended up working a deal on.I came back with my wife and son (age 5), which the dealership is a great experience for kids with cars in the air, transformers like statutes, monster trucks outside, and a spinning car on the showroom floor. Mark engaged my wife in the process, which is always great to see as many salespeople don't focus on the family decision that buying a car can be.We worked out a deal that was very fair for all parties. They made money but did not rake me over the coals. The manager Chris had good negotiation demeanor and respected my offers while doing his job. We met at a number that I felt comfortable and even when the paperwork came out and I noticed a slight error, Mark asked Chris to correct it in my favor and they did. I placed the deposit that day for an incoming Sienna. I was fairly open to trim, my only requests were not the color white or brown. We landed on an XLE with some nice worth it adds, grey in color. In general the specs on their inventory was very good, so they get the right kind of cars for the market, not crazy loaded up with useless adds.Took about 2 weeks for the vehicle to come in as it was in transit. Mark was communicative through the whole process. On the day of delivery I was out and about on my electric scooter and on my way to the dealership it lost power about 2 miles away. I called Mark and said I can walk but will be about a half hour late. He then offered to come pick me up, which I gladly took him up on. He got to me within 5 minutes, I even told him to pick me up in my new car so that way I could just load up the scooter once. Mark's customer service in this situation was above and beyond.I did the finance paperwork and again, they really respected my time and made it very seamless and quick. Sohail, the finance manager, was honest, straightforward, and professional. They did not try any funny business, and honored my requests for how I wanted the paperwork to go.At the end Mark gave me a tutorial of the vehicle. Being a car guy I tried to decline but Mark pointed out some things and I found his presentation very helpful. Very good on him to make sure his clients feel comfortable in the car they are driving for the first time.Marks's follow up since has been great. He has been available for any of my questions and did courtesy check ins through my first few months of ownership. I refer anyone I know looking in the Toyota segment to go to Toyota of Wallingford and speak to Mark Stevens.

Found my first car with the help of Eli Dean and had the best experience i could have hoped for as a first time buyer. Came back for my second second car and was again warmly welcomed by Eli and the staff. Within the hour, Eli had helped me to decide on a Rav 4 and I'm not the least bit disappointed. In all the atmosphere and energy in this place is wonderful and so is the staff. I'd highly recommend seeing Eli Dean if you want a smooth and anxiety-free buying experience.

I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Wallingford on Dec 16 2023. My salesman s name was Jon Petro and he helped make the entire car purchasing experience a stress free event. Top notch service.This past Monday I brought my truck in for service and was greeted by Bailey, and he was my first exposure to what I consider great personal and professional service. From Bailey, to my service adviser (sorry, forgot your name) to Marie to the valet who retrieved my truck for me after the service was completed.Great job to all, thank you.

I can t be happier in my entire process of ordering a new Sienna here with David Nomack. He is very friendly and thoughtful, explaining everything details in plain language and preparing everything I may need in advance. I have a very smooth experience of picking up my new car, checking the functions and features, checking the documents. They fulfilled my new car in three months, and every detail has been taken care. Unlike most of my experiences with car dealers over the past few decades, this one was a pleasure. Both our salesperson, Lilly Browne and the sales manager, Rocco Esposito, were great. We couldn't have asked for nicer or more reasonable people to deal with. We will definitely return in the future.

Financing was very easy and Dan Roberts spent time going over all of my options and made me feel comfortable with the payment.The dealership itself looked amazing. brought my car in at 740am for a simple oil change, never heard from them all day.....called at 3pm and they said they were "backed up" and it wasn't even next to go onto the lift... no one would have let me know if I didn't call. then didn't even have a ride for me to get back to my car... terrible customer service, will not go back

Been buying cars here for 30+ years. Fair prices for cars and great maintenance. Car has always been ready in the past. Lately, requested time has been several hours later. I always bring the cars in early but still not ready when requested early aftenoon. Otherwise, wonderful dealership

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla for my husband from Mark Stevens on April 22. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He ensured that I was comfortable every step of the process. And most importantly I trusted that my husband wasn t going to be taken advantage of with normal salesman tactics . Working with him felt like talking to a normal guy. He found a car that fit our budget and got everything taken care of for us. He even squeezed us in late on a Saturday because we wanted the car this weekend. I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking for a car.As for the dealership itself, all I can say is WOW! You have to see it to believe it. Nothing I write can explain it fully. The entire place is more like an amusement park than a car dealership. It was a very memorable experience.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen. And then they don t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don t try to push anything on you. They re helpful. They listen. They re accommodating. That was my experience with Wow Toyota and especially Mark and Dan truly amazing, honest, dedicated people in a new world of salesman who only want to get a sale without the human aspect. I definitely wont be shopping anywhere else. Mark was always available and prompt with responses and kept me in the loop at every turn. I love my new car and these guys made my experience amazing.

I recently purchased my 2022 Tacoma from Wow that was represented by Mark Stevens. I dealt with about 20 dealerships during my research for my truck. Most dealerships pretty much told me what my choices were. Mark understood my needs and desires as well as the time frame for my truck. He was very easy going and did not force the deal on me. The time frame was estimated to be about 4- 6 weeks. Patience isn't my strong point, but Mark kept in touch with me weekly. The truck arrived in 4 weeks which was on my first day of vacation. The transaction went smoothly and was in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes. This gave me enough time to head to home depot to christened the truck. The following day I added the 3 stages of Mothers wax and the Black Metallic is glowing. I recommend wow Toyota and Mark Stevens.
