Asst Mgr. John D was so helpful. I have been coming here for my last 3 vehicles. He was incredibly efficient, skilled and worked quickly to assess my tire needs and provided me with expert recommendations. The service was completed in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care he took in ensuring that my tires were properly installed.Overall, I highly recommend this tire shop for their excellent service. The staff's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure.

Stopped to get tires for myself and my mother after Thanksgiving, we were welcomed by friendly staff and explained the differences in price and value of the tires by Roger the General Manager. He answered all of our questions and provided a clear explanation of guarantees, discounts and rebates. We found the best deal! There were no hidden fees and the service was done on time. I highly recommend if you are in need of quality tires to go to Town Fair Tire.

Great experience. Willy helped me in full detail -explaining what was going on with my tires and the options I had , and I felt well taken care of , and pricing was reasonable!Highly recommend Town Fair tire as a whole, and I've been other places which don't even compare !

Town Fair TireClare AdelePosting publicly across GoogleI spoke to Will first thing in the morning at the front desk, and he said I could bring in my car that day even though they were completely booked and they could do my tire rotation for free. He was super nice and friendly. I dropped it off for the day but they were done in 3 hrs. And then when I went to pick it up, Willie C. was super helpful helping me figure out if and when I would need new tires with no pressure, not trying to sell me that day and willing to work with budget and the tire quality I was looking for within the next few months. I really appreciated these guys!

willie c.at the front was very helpful and helped with the checkout to make sure i understand everythingjohn d greeted and explained the process very thoroughly as well. even respected all my belongings in the car by asking if i could grab the lock for the tires so they can change them.excellent service overall and were honest in wait time and guided me through everything. 100% recommend this location!

Willie C. went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was professional, accommodating and efficient. Despite running late due to traffic, Willie got my car right in as soon as I arrived. He took the time to review tire replacement options and gave me the best price possible. Willie is a fantastic service representative and I wouldn t go anywhere else!!

I Went in for an alignment and John D pointed out that I needed a new tire which I was unaware of. He helped me find the best tire for me at a great price. He was very pleasant and informative and made sure I didn't leave without driving a safe car. Definitely recommended him and this town fair tire.

Noticed the bolts on one of four new tires were loose. Assumed I would be there for a while walking in on a Saturday morning, but front desk guy Willie got to me promptly. My car got in quickly, problem fixed, and they made sure all other tires were set properly. Especially pleased with service because they weren't the shop that originally put the tires on, but corrected the issue without question anyway.

I m writing this review for services rendered on1/25/24 we worked with Dave 4 new tires and rear brakes which was determined when putting tires in place. Everything was explained and reviewed ; the price was fair and reasonable. Town Fair Tire Wallingford is our preferable store the staff seems to work together, greet customers at the door, they are very professional.We consistently recommend to friends and family

I went to Town Fair Tire in Wallingford for a tire that was losing air. The experience was truly amazing thanks to attendant John D!!!! He is attentive, polite and helped me right way. I could not wait too long due an appointment and he was able to accommodate me and fix my problem. Town Fair Tire, please keep good employees like John.

John D in Wallingford was a fantastic associate when my tire blew out. I came in to get a brand new set and he made it super easy and was extremely informative about the whole process and what s covered. He made it a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend coming to this Town Fair Tire.

Polite and reliable service. Many years going to this location with many different cars. Consistantly good service and good tires. Any time I have had an issue (not often), they have repaired or replaced in accordance with warranty. Tires are a costly expense, so you want to go to a place that has a good selection without the hard sell for products you do not necessarily need. Town Fair delivers. They stand by their service and their product. Do NOT expect while you wait service. Come with a ride. However, most jobs they can do same day.

SEAMLESS SERVICE!!! Kevin answered my phone call with caring concern when my tire pressure light lit up for the 2nd time after i had filled it. I knew something was wrong w one tire. I was so happy he had an opening! Roger, the Manager, was Intelligent, Witty, and set me up to repair the tire and rotate them all for free due to my warranty. An alignment and balance was offered at a Great price!! Tito explained clearly how my brakes were doing and offered me a front brake service at a great price also, which i will take in a few months! Comfortable waiting area and an Overall Positive Team!!

Wallingford town fair tire is by far the best place when it comes to getting tires and brakes. The customer service is amazing. The manager Roger was awesome he helped my husband and myself with tires and breaks. We were in and out in no time. He definitely made our experience there worth it.

Kevin R is a five-star employee from the moment I called till the moment they put the tires on my car Kevin was there for everything. I want to thank him for being so kind so helpful and so happy to help us. Whenever I was in doubt he helped me to figure out what is the best thing for my car. He helped my wife and I to decide and to show us what the different options we have. He really went out of his way to make the best experience. Thank you so much Kevin R.

John provided excellent customer service. I came in for a flat tire, thinking I may need a whole new tire, however John recommended having it inspected first in case it could be patched. In the end it only required a patch which saved me a great deal of money.

Willie welcomed me into the store in a fast polite manner. I needed couple trailer tires for a project this weekend and found a couple of tires to fit the bill. This is the second time I ve dealt with Willie and in both cases, he was professional and very helpful.

Willie was absolutely the nicest, patient, person that has taken the time to explain and answer all my questions on tires and cared about what I was using the vehicle for and I will definitely be back to ask his opinion on my other 4x4. What a great asset to your company.

He was so helpful to assist me not only with picking out tires but they found a crack in rim and put me in touch with a welder in order to complete putting on my 4 tires with alignment. John was exceptional on his second day. Helped me trouble shoot my issue and get tires before the snow storm within minutes of them closing. Great transfer here, will be back. He even was late to his anniversary just for helping me out!

Hands down one of the most professional tire places I've ever been to. The greats with service prices are awesome and they took good care of my vehicle which is very important.Gentlemen, by the name of Randall. And a gentleman by the name of Davis and also the technician far Tash. Well, great, and I recommend anyone to go there for tires, tire rotations and well alignments and other things as well. They're great.
