TJ's is an extremely fair and reliable auto body shop. I brought my car here after an accident in the snow. The repairs ended up taking longer than expected but TJ's was very communicative with what was going on and VERY accommodating with speaking with my rental services along with my insurance. I'll recommend them to anyone!

So this is my first experience having to get significant body work done to my car. Ashley pretty much held my hand every single step of the way. From telling me what I need to do, where to go that will be convenient and easy for me. They always let me know what was going on with my car. The owner told me on top of doing all the work to my car they would do extra stuff (clean, take out small dents, ect). They delivered on every word they spoke. My car looks better then when I drove it off the used car lot. Lastly and to me the biggest gesture, they covered the expenses of my rental for the last 5 days (insurance only paid up to 30 days) I m not sure if they do that all the time but that is going above and beyond. Thank you TJ s Autobody. Every single one of you. Beautiful work, beautiful customer service. I will forever recommend your business to anybody I can.

Everyone from the phone to in person was very polite. Very reasonable cost to fix my antenna, especially because I don t have the luxury to go through my insurance bc of high insurance rates.. would go back again for any auto body repairs and would recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

I got into my first accident and was beyond worried that my car wouldn t look the same as before. When they called and said it was ready I was nervous to see how it came out. I was in complete shock. It looks better than before my accident. It looks like it came off the showroom floor. I can t thank TJ s enough for making my car look amazing again. I highly recommend to anyone in need of auto body work!

Can t speak for the quaiity of their work, but received a quote from them for $2600, Zoel s gave a quote for $1600 for the same exact thing. Might be worth shopping around so you don t get ripped off.To whoever replied: what s not nice is charging $1k more than your competitors. The breakdown was written out, and prices were doubled, so unless the entire estimate was somehow written incorrectly, it seems I was being ripped off. You guys need to do better.

The customer service was outstanding ! Everyone was very helpful and very courteous. We were updated on the work that was to be done as promised, and the repairs were completed on time, Also the car was fully detailed inside and out when the repairs were completed looked new again! I would highly recommend TJ's Auto Body to anyone who needs an auto body repair shop as my wife and I were very satisfied.David & Penny Pellerin

Incredibly professional, polite, informative, interactive & respectful. This was my 1st experience using TJ's and I highly recommend their services. My Terrain looks just as it did the 1st day I drove it off the lot. Even with the delays TJ's faced with receiving parts, they kept me informed in each step of my repairs. Customer service was extremely polite and could not be more apologetic for the extra day or 2 it took to complete the work. Satisfied is an understatement to use when discussing TJ's. TJ's worked seamlessly with me and the insurance company after the back of my car took a hit from another driver.I was left with a dent and many scratches that were just an eye-sore. Today my car looks great, the paint job blends perfectly but at the same time it looks so good that I'm almost convinced I want other areas of my car touched up now.Their customer service team is very friendly, helpful, and flexible, especially Liz, who I spoke to through most of the process.They also cleaned the interior as a courtesy and I could really see and feel the difference!! That was such a nice touch and pleasant surprise.I will definitely return to TJ's if needed and recommend them to those I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great job Tom and his team did a great job on my wife truck. I like his business Moto he is a business man but you can see he care a lot about the people he give service to he work to make sure the job gets done very fast but also safe for his customers. Tom thank you so much for helping me and my wife out on our truck run very good and look great look forward to working with you on my other car.Front end look like a new car.

Quoted repair to front bumper, peeling paint on my hood, and rust on rear quarter panel. Office staff was friendly and the repair was completed under the quoted price. Tom was a professional. You won t go wrong taking your vehicle here.

Won t be disappointed. Hard workers both in the shop and in the office. Great communication, incredibly professional, worked hard to get the vehicle done as quickly as possible with tough circumstances. TJ's took excellent care of my Subaru Crosstrek. Their bid for the work was competitive and the results were like new! Not to mention, when we picked the car up it had been detailed inside and out. It looked better than when we drove it off of the showroom floor. Also, the young woman at the desk was empowered with information and decision making. Nothing fussy or pretentious about j's --- they are relaxed and friendly and really seem to love what they do. It's an overused phrase but they DO treat you like family -- in a good way! The person in the office saw that my back bumper looked a bit rugged and with the entire rest of the car looking like new, called to see if I'd like them to replace that. I know that seems like a little thing but it was the thought that I might want to do it and the totally un-pressured 'ask' --- like you might ask your mom or a good friend. I was so happy they did ask. I wouldn't have thought of it and when I picked up my car, they had not only done that but also a bunch of little things to make the car look like new. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They are really nice people and do great work.

The owner and staff was very nice. I didn t have a rental while my car was in the shop and he paid for one out of pocket. I was so blessed to choose tJs . They did a good job also on my car . I took my vehicle to TJ's after a front end collision. The customer service I received even before meeting anyone in person was top quality. They helped me throughout the repair of my vehicle in every way possible. On top of it, my car was looking brand new and extremely clean in the interior upon pick up. My vehicle drives wonderfully. I cannot recommend TJ's enough. I will bring all my vehicles and any repair needs to them from now on. Please use TJs, you won't be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

By far the best experience I ve ever had was a Body shop. My car was at another body shop previous to this for three weeks and they didn t do a thing other than charge me for storage, so I highly recommend tService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Wish I could do 3.5 stars. Overall, the work was completed to my satisfaction, but I had to bring the car back three times. They are nice people and easy to work with, but I wish I didn't have to make the trip there and back 3x to get the job done right when it could have just been one trip.

Service was great at the time of the accident and would recommend for repairs but since then I have called numerous times in regards to my door sounding like a wind tunnel and have received no call back. Follow-up not the best after the care for your car is done.

My wife had a deer strike several weeks back and Tom (owner) took her vehicle in and repaired it to better than new. I highly recommend this repair shop to get you back up and running. They do excellent work and your vehicle WILL come out looking like brand new.Update: 11/12/22Front emblem fell off in the car wash a few weeks ago. Called up TJ's and spoke to Liz and 2 days later I had a new one installed, these guys are amazing !! The work at TJs was a very positive experience. Tom was very helpful and very attentive to my repair needs. The girls in the front office are the best. They handled the scheduling of repair and communicated any changes. They also got me right in for my callbacks which were minor in nature. The quality of the repair was tremendous. I am very picky about my car and how it looks. I have an Audi S4, and the painting and finish were as good if not better than the factory finish. I would highly recommend these guys for all your autobody needs!Service: Body & Trim

Top Notch in every facet.Prices are very affordable and the quality of work is Legions ahead of anyone that I've ever experienced.Scheduling is busy, but they get you in within a reasonable amount of time and the turnaround is fair. TJ and his staff never push through a job; attention to detail and workmanship should never be rushed.But truly, with all that being said, the thing that sets them apart is their customer service.
