I Had a fantastic experience working with RJ and Bill on my 2016 mustang GT, very professional and knowledgeable. These guys have the customer service aspect nailed to the T with frequent updates pictures and videos. If you need a tune for your mustang Bill is the best.UPDATED REVIEW TIME FOR BOOST!!Went with a procharger for my boost application. Bill NAILED the tune. Drives like I drove it off the ford lot. If you re looking to build a relationship and a car I would highly recommend Pro Edge, they re always a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond to make sure you re taken care of. I will 100% be returning in the future for more goodies.

I'm not going to go into specific details, and I'm sure they will respond saying I was never one of their customers and have no record of anything but I wanted to share my experience working with them in years past.To make a long story short, these guys ultimately caused me a motor and thousands upon thousands of dollars. They seemed very helpful and knowledgeable at first (this was years ago), but now that I am much more educated and knowledgeable about the specific platform, in hindsight I wish I never let they lay a finger on my car.I decided to bring it to another shop (and a much better shop to boot), for them to correct every issue that Pro Edge caused. At the end of the day my motor failed due to the camshaft bolt backing out a mere 20k miles after Pro-Edge installed the cam (clearly they did not torque it down correctly or use any loctite). They also found countless issues in the Pro Edge tune. This other shop owner who is to remain nameless, also mentioned how he has had to fix many of the cars Pro Edge did work on over the years.Live and learn I guess, but my advice to anyone considering using them would be to run far away as fast as you can. I was hesitant to leave such a negative review at first, but finally decided to do so some years later because I now feel it's the right thing to do. I wouldn't want anyone else going through what I went through working with these guys.

I got a tune done on my 2017 mustang and Pro Edge Tuning absolutely nailed it. Bill and RJ were great to work with throughout the entire process. I will definitely be going back and 100% recommend them for your domestic car needs.

Pro Edge Tuning turned my Z06 into the car I really wanted. Ed and team are the best. Went over options, and got more than I ever thought out of the car. Now this car is a real runner. Pushing near 800 HP and Torque at the rear wheels and a feel that is heads and tails over the factory tune. Runs cool and is everything I could have asked. They are the leading shop at many levels as they are experts with a ton of experience that explained things to a not as knowledgeable on options and recommendations. They are my only shop to turn to.

Great place! I'm probably not the avg. customer with a super high-performance car, but do own a 5.7 ltr Hemi Grand Cherokee and wanted a bit more sound from the mufflers. RJ did a great job installing an aftermarket exhaust on my vehicle and even swapped out some bolts he thought were sub-par the company provided. All and all I am so satisfied with the work. I get compliments all the time how my Jeep sounds!

I could not be more pleased with the job Bill and RJ did tuning my 19 Mustang GT performance package. They truly know all there is to know about the Coyote engine. The customer service and experience is second to none.

I would have to say that this Performance shop is the #1 in the world, Bill the owner and his wife and RJ made it feel like family, and the workmanship was phenomenal, he treated my car like it was his own and he was very Thorough with detailed information of the car along the way and it was one of my best experiences i have had, all I can say is if you want work done, this is the place to go.

The guys at Pro Edge Tunning did an awesome job on my 2015 mustang gt went with kooks long tube headers a boss intake oil pump gears and a custom tune bill and RJ are great people with his great staff any body with a mustang should these guys up.

They told me I needed to buy a plenum and I already have a high-quality trick flow with the plenum and they would only do a if I bring it to them and use all their parts help me buy them from their place pay for labor instead of letting me install my own parts that's a ripoff.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Miller at Pro Edge Tuning back in March of 2022, I also met a few members of his staff who were extremely helpful. I am still calling on Pro Edge Tuning to this day. Bill Miller is a class act and explains what if the correct route for your specific setup and what is not beneficial to your particular setup. RJ has been my contact person who has been extremely helpful beyond measure always returns a call. I have never called Pro Edge Tuning and not received a return phone call. I hauled my car from Maryland to Connecticut, that's right 5 and a half hours. I would make this trip again with no hesitation, because when you're dealing with someone who gets your ride running like it should and only gives you what you need and not try and drain your pockets with items which are not beneficial to your setup, you stick with them. I went to Bill with a problem of losing power, one of the other big name tuners couldn't find the resolution, Bill kept the car and wrote two new tunes one for X85 and one for Ethanol One R. My car ran decent with the previous tuner but when Bill wrote the tune the car is a new animal. I just loaded the E1R tune last week and this has stepped the performance up even further. I would recommend Bill Miller and his team for anyone who wants their car running (REAL RIGHT)

After doing much research and getting many referrals I decided to take my 2012 GT500 to Bill at Pro Edge Tuning for a dyno tuning session. From the moment I spoke to Bill on the phone I knew I was bringing my car to the right place. Bill is not only extremely knowledgable but he is honest and forthcoming regarding his process. I dropped my car off and due to Mother Nature it took a little longer than expected for the shop to get my car into the shop. Bill called me and provided me updates multiple times and assured me the car was in good hands. When they got my car on the dyno Bill did an initial run and immediately called me to let me know what he observed. His customer service was amazing and I felt very valued as a first time customer. Bill reviewed what he thought the best course of action was for my car and knocked out the tune that day. I was so happy with the results and I STRONGLY recommend anyone with a Mustang in the North East to consider using Bill and Pro Edge Tuning for their speed shops needs.

RJ is very nice and polite, professional but the rest of the shop sucks!they installed coilovers and forgot to tighten one spring that trashed the hardwareThen installed wilwood brakes 5grand,and over tightened and stripped bolts and bracket ruined could not tune out the check engine light they kept my car for 4months set the shift at 7500rpm which is above the red line and could have blown my engine wrong spark plugs very bad for my engine Jannette Racing did it in one day tuned my engine ,check engine light fixed adjusted Tran too shift at proper rpm Jannette Racing did everything pro edge tuning couldn't DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

We would highly recommend Pro Edge Tuning to anyone looking to bring their ride to the next level. Our 2011 Shelby GT500 hobbled into Pro Edge with a laundry list of issues and it left a legitimate race car with around 750 horsepower at the crank! Their expertise and service are second to none; Bill and his excellent staff (i.e RJ and Jay) will make you feel like family and insure that your car leaves an absolute BEAST!!! The best move we made, was to call Pro Edge Tuning, they are the best of the best.

Bill and RJ at Pro Edge were awesome to work with as they definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They kept me in the loop of tuning my 2018 Mustang GT with Procharger every step of the way, and were very up front without any of the BS other places will give you. I'd highly recommend checking out Pro Edge Tuning before anyone else, and I'll definitely be seeing them again with future mods and tuning! If you need work done or a tune on your vehicle, let the guys at Pro Edge Tuning handle it and you'll have peace of mind that they'll get it done right!

JUST STAY AWAY. I recently brought my 1999 Trans Am here for a head and cam upgrade and tuning. My car my good power afterwards but would never idle right and would some times stall when coasting at low RPMs. 1500 miles into the build my engine had an internal failure and started knocking. I can t tell for certain if this is Pro Edge s fault but definitely not happy. I hired a new mechanic and he found a reused oil pump ring that got fried and went through the engine - seems like negligence on Pro Edges part to not use new O rings with my new oil pump In general, poor customer service and not very responsive. They forgot to install my new motor mounts and realized it the day i was supposed to pick it up which makes me think - what else did they miss?? I also picked up my car with additional minor issues that it didn t have when I dropped it off (SES light on, exhaust cutout rattling and wouldn t function, a dent in my Y pipe, etc.). All staff members seem stressed and over worked, not very passionate about their work. The shop and the tuner do not coordinate and communicate well with each other. Most of the times I brought my car here I had to bring it back for something to be fixed or something that was missed. Tuner does most of his work remotely and I don t think that s ideal. I was a long time customer here and will NEVER go back.

Well what I can I say, Pro Edge Tuning did a great job working on my 2020 Gt Shelby 350. Bill and RJ are the A Team of Fords. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get the performance out of there cars. They absolutely know what they are doing when it comes to cars.Thank you all once again for your hard work. See you guys soon for more upgrades.

Ed and the staff at Pro Edge Tuning are great! They installed new engine for my Camaro recently. They were very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had. My goal was to have a daily driven car with plenty of power and the car I got back was that and more! I have had my car back for over a month now and it runs amazing and the tune is spot on! My thanks to everyone there for a car that puts a smile on my face everyday.

Drop my 2012 Boss 302 off for headers, oil pump gears, CAI and a tune.Bill showed me around the shop, showed me some of the projects that he was working on. There are some serious boosted huge horsepower cars being worked on at this place. After seeing all the boosted iron at this shop I thought coming here was really overkill for just a exhaust and tune!Bill asked what my goals were for the car. After I left the shop he would call me to update me on the progress and answer any questions I had for him. When car was completed he called to tell me results and even sent a video of the car on the dyno. When I went to pick up the car I met the mechanic who did all the improvements. Bill walked me out to inspect the car with me before he would let it go.The car runs mint, pulls all the way to rev limit, and you can still lug it around like a stock car. I would recommend Pro Edge Tuning to anyone with a Ford powered anything. Will be back in Fall for some boost!Bottom line, I had a great experience with this company and will forward their name to anyone who is looking.

Bill and his crew at Pro Edge are AWESOME!My 2004 Cobra needed a tune. I did a lot of research and was very lucky to find these guys! They fit me into their busy schedule, and I was very happy with the results. Car is running great and made more horsepower than I expected! Looking forward to working with Bill and RJ in the future! Wish I had gone with Pro Edge from the start. After having been through multiple tuners and never feeling that the car was "right", I brought it to Bill. We talked about the end goal for a while and figured everything out before starting.Car runs strong, made awesome power on low boost and drives great. Communication was good and they made sure to keep me in the loop. Bill knows the Coyote platform well. Looking forward to making more power with them in the future.

Hands down the best shop i ever went to. My tuner Bill, is the most honest person i have ever met. My car went into his shop with multiple problems (my car came from a different shop). I picked up my car and couldn't believe it was the same car. His knowledge on tuning and vehicles in general was more then I expected. If i can rate this shop 100 stars i would. Thank you to Bill and his employees at Pro edge tuning. Highly recommend. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Was looking to add some� power to my 2018 Mustang GT. Decided to go with ProCharger and Pro Edge Tuning.� After talking with Bill, I knew I was talking to the right person. He told me what they can do and what to expect!� Bill and RJ are very knowledgeable in what they do! They kept me informed through the whole process and I'm totally satisfied� with the results. I highly recommend these guys and I'll be back for any future work!!

Bill and Ed are the real deal. These guys tune extremely well. Love the work they ve done on my car which is a 2010 Mustang GT. From installing the supercharger to the custom tune. I couldn t be happier with the results. Communication was great during the whole process. Thank you Pro Edge Tuning!

I had the absolute best experience with this place Ed and Bill are wonderful people and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Everyone there is but I don't know all of their names.I purchased a 15 Challenger Hellcat and wanted to get it up to 1000HP. I went to a lot of different shops that asked outrageous prices and wanted to replace things I knew didn't need replacing. Ed at Pro Edge was extremely honest and helpful. I am someone very new to the car modding world and he fully explained everything to me and was extremely honest and gave the absolute best bang for my buck. The whole job took about 2 weeks and not only is the car a complete power monster but it actually is easier to drive than it was stock.For anyone considering a tune or anything like that I highly recommend this place, when I first came in as I said I didn't know much and Ed and Bill talked with me for about 2 hours about my options and explaining how everything works and why they choose the methods they do. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had.I will take any future projects I have to them with no doubt in my mind!

Was referred to Ed at Pro Edge Tuning by a friend. I was very nervous to drop my vehicle off to anyone. The customer support and interaction from Ed and his team made me feel like I was home. The communication thru the process of my car getting worked on was perfect. The outcome from getting it tuned is astounding. I am very happy with Pro Edge. Billy, R.J. and staff at Pro-Edge Tuning are true professionals!
