Highly recommend! They were amazing, as they sat on the phone with me and my insurance company to get the claim started. Flexible to my schedule and still was able to come out the next day. The guys that came out were professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you!

The best auto glass company around! I've used them twice now for two different vehicles. They've come out next day for both and made the process absolutely seamless! They help with the insurance process, and are absolutely professional throughout everything! These guys will make a stressful situation a complete breeze!

This establishment replaced my windshield this week and did a outstanding job. I am 50 years old and I ve had many vehicles in my life and had to change many windshields. I m from Danbury I live in Naugatuck Connecticut. I have tried several auto Glass establishments and NO one has ever done the job 100% I strongly recommend this shop

I had trouble getting my window replaced at other places and I finally brought my car to Premier they had to order the glass. They kept me in the loop every couple weeks letting me know what's happening with the glass. It finally came in and they did an excellent job

So happy with results . Found them so randomly and so glad I did before paying 380 on satellite. Had a complete replacement it look like it never happen . They were quick reliable and on time with the scheduled appointment. I can wait to recommend them to friends . They are legit don t think twice at least get the quote!

What a wonderful experience working with them! From the time they took my first call to the next day service (wow!) they were professional, courteous, and fast! My insurance company said it would take 10 days to get someone out to fix my smashed window, but they were able to come the next day, which I was thrilled about. He did a great job cleaning up all the broken glass and installing the new window. Was finished in about an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again. We had a large crack in the windshield and needed a replacement. From quote to payment, we had a great experience. We used the online quote tool to schedule an appointment. A nice woman called 15 or so minutes later to confirm. Got a call about 15 min before letting me know the tech was on his way. Tech showed up on time. Completed the job within the hour. He transferred our oil change sticker, and re-stuck our remote starter antenna and ezpass on the new windshield. No mess was made. We are very happy with the whole experience. Saved $200 by not using our insurance deductible and $150+ by not using safe lite.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Best prices and service hands down. A lot of cars in my area were broken into and these guys came over ASAP and quickly cleaned all the glass and installed the window in less than half an hour. I had the experience this week of working with Premier Auto Glass which began with their office staff and scheduling, then to the install day, two days later. I don't often write reviews for companies though I feel very comfortable with this one. The women in the office who took my call was knowledgeable, professional and well spoken. Afterwards I knew there wasn't going to be a return call to me saying there was some type miscommunication. Thats hard to find today.On the install day the tech showed up on time and got right to work. He not only knew what he was doing but he represented the company professionally with a good personality. If you are looking for a glass company, you won't be disappointed if you decide to hire Premier Auto Glass. Their prices are right in line with everyone else. Spoke with someone on the phone to get my windshield replaced on an older Nissan. They were very polite and helped me with all my questions. Tech came to my home and replaced my windshield as needed. Great company run by 2 great people. Not only was Premier the lowest quote I received for my truck, but they were incredibly easy to book with and the communication was top notch. The glass on my truck is mint, the installation was flawless, and Dan was extremely pleasant. This is a very experienced company - don't be fooled by the low price (I thought there would be a compromise - there wasn't), they are as legit and professional as they come. Even the tools on their installation van were neatly organized and clean - a true testament to how they handle their work. Don't hesitate - book with them!

My experience using Premier was great. After checking out other auto glass shop reviews and getting quotes I decided Premier was the best bet. They had great reviews AND the best price.They communicated well, arrived when they said they would, were very professional and had my windshield replaced in about 45 minutes.I would highly recommend these guys.Service: Auto windshield replacement

SUCH a great experience working with Premier! I had priced 2 other places - 1 being Safelight (national brand) and another local place. Premier was not only less expensive than both those places, they are also mobile. Dan was so nice, and it was a fast and very turnkey experience. Not that I ever would want to spend $ on something like this - but this was the way to go for sure!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

We were very fortunate to come across Premier Auto Glass. When I first called, they apologized they couldn t get the part in that day and I would need to wait until the next day. They genuinely felt bad, and I was ecstatic to have next day service. Excellent customer service and follow up, they came late on Friday afternoon when the part came in and installed it quickly and with efficiency. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend their work.

Called them around 1pm on Good Friday after something hit my front windshield.. I had to travel Saturday for Easter Weekend,, They went out of there way to get the windshield for my suburban and come out. Finishing up a little late on the Friday. Did an awesome Job. all the little bits of glass on the inside were also removed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Hello. I cannot say enough positive things about the owners, Dan and Matt. But, I will start my review by a story.One Saturday afternoon about 4 weeks ago, my daughter backed her VW Tiguan onto our garage and broke the Tail Gate Glass on her SUV. She called Safelite in Waterbury and setup an appointment for the following week to replace the glass. We switched cars and I said I will see this repair to finish. The next Friday, I went to Safelite location in Waterbury and to my surprise they had the wrong non-OEM glass with only one (1) antenna wire. They scheduled me for another two weeks into the future and again when I went back in, they had the wrong non-OEM glass with only one (1) antenna wire. They said that we try to get another part in and will call you.... When I told the story to my daughter, she looked at me funny and laughed.I was disappointed, and decided to do an internet search where I found Premier Auto Glass. I called them and spoke to Dan who is super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Within 2 days, he called me back telling me that they have ordered the OEM glass from the VW dealer and set me up to replace it.Today, June 24, 2022, 4 days from the time I spoke to Dan, his partner Matt called me saying that he was en-route to my office to do the glass replacement. He arrived promptly, and had the right glass and did a fantastic job in under one hour. He cleaned all the broken glass pieces out of the car and gave me a replaced glass as if it came out of the factory.Both Dan and Matt are very personable, caring, accommodating and have great personalities and souls.I am a rocket scientist who has seen and done a lot. As such, I give them both an A+ in professionalism and character. This experience made me into one of their customers-for-life.Best wishes to them and their families.PEACE and GOD BLESS. Fantastic auto glass company to work with! Spoke with Dan throughout the entire processing of setting up the insurance claim, ording parts, and scheduling the work. My car is special to me and these guys worked with my insurance company to get me exactly what I wanted. When they came out to do the work, the technician was on time any couldn't have been any more professional. Got a friendly professional human on the telephone right away, he guided me through the process, shared the shortcuts to go through insurance and I had my new windshield installed in under 48 hours! The guys came right to my location and were done with installation 30 minutes later. No mess, no signature required, no issues. Great experience.

This is a great company with professional employees that pay attention to every detail. Not only did they save me money on a new windshield their technician Dan found the source of a water leak that was getting into the carpet of my car. We had an emergency situation on a Sunday afternoon and luckily found Premier Auto Glass via the web. Dan returned my call within a few minutes and took care of everything from there. They worked with our insurance company, fixed our windshield and cleaned all of the glass out of our car. Since we don't live in the area, we feel especially lucky to have found a company that was so professional and thorough. Thank you Dan and Premier Auto Glass.

These guys are amazing. After waiting a week with a nationally known competitor who couldn t come up with a piece of back glass, I called Premier Auto Glass. Spoke to Dan late Friday afternoon and at 9am the next morning Matt was in my driveway with the glass installing it. Outstanding company, responsible owners. I ll never go anywhere else. They ve got my business forever!

Efficient, communicative, and employees have an eye for quality. Premier has more integrity and reasonable prices than the competition in the area. Guy who replaced our windshield was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Will recommend to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

So far I have been happy about the price and the work performed. I would have given 5 stars except there was damage done to the wrap that was on the A pillar.This an update to my previous review for which I rated them 3 stars. Within a day of my review they reached out to me to resolve the issue. In all fairness to them, I did post my initial review without giving them the opportunity to resolve the issue. I was very happy with the service. They showed up when they said they would, had the correct glass. They replaced my window, cleaned up, vacuumed all the glass out of my car and left. Friendly, efficient, and prompt. I actually have them coming back to replace my windshield. I would definitely recommend them.

Had my truck get broken into the other day. Back passenger side window completed shattered and needed to be replaced. Set up an appointment after getting a free quote that night for the next day. Showed up, vacuumed all glass out, replaced window in 40mins! First of all I called Premier and received a call back from Dan I explained I wanted a new windshield on my 03 Jaguar XJR and Dan took the time to meet me on the 4th to look at my car I had reservations at first but after talking to Dan that was quickly gone. Dan s confidence came through and I decided to give him the job he ordered the glass and was out to my home in 5 days to remove the old weathered windshield and flawlessly install the new one with saving the original trim and gasket which was important to me. The entire job from the time I first talked to Dan until completion was a pleasant experience I highly recommend Premier I know he will be the only guy to touch my car 2 thumbs up thanks Dan.
