Based on other reviews, this place needs to be seriously investigated. As others have said, an oil change is supposed to include a tire rotation. I watched from the inside the entire time and no such thing was done. You re paying over $100 and can t even get the basic expectations. Another reviewer mentioned getting scolded for booking online. This has happened to me in the past with them as well. They get almost irate when they find out you went online. So then what s the point of it? I ve only stuck to very basic things with this place (ie oil changes/basic check ups) because I would never entrust them with real maintenance. Now even an oil change is a scam. I would look for a more reputable establishment if you re able.

My wife and I just had to have are breaks and rotars done . TJ was very professional and we appreciate all he did for us . We will gladly be going back there . More places need people like him working for them. ps . don't mind the name ,I tried to change it.

Went in today for appt. To get oil change and tire rotation with a coupon for 99.95. Well they didn'trotate my tires because they said they measure them and do not need. In a month those tires will be on my jeep for 2 years with no rotation. I put over 12000 miles a yr on my jeep. But yet it cost me 130 something for oil change.

I am a person that really does not know much about cars so when I need to get a repair I hope that I can go to a mechanic that is honest and ensures they are doing their best work so I can be safe on the road, unfortunately with Monro this was not the case. A few months ago I went in for a breaks issue and it was really expensive. I was in a rush and didn t have time to have another auto shop check to see if the work needed was true or if I could get it done for less. The staff was friendly and they were able to get the repairs done quickly, but the brakes still did not feel great and I did not feel safe driving it. I recently took my car into another auto repair shop that is privately owned and they told me that the work they did was not correct/done properly. Also my break pads were really bad which was not mentioned to me before. My breaks are now ten times better and I feel a lot more comfortable driving.Once again I did not have a bad experience with the staff, but I do wish that I didn t waste so much money on a repair that was not fixed properly. For anyone reading this and do not know much about cars; please take the time to have another auto shop double check the repairs needed as well as pricing if you have the time to.

I had a very positive experience with TJ, from the time I called to make an appointment throughout the oil change experience. TJ was enthusiastic, frank, and helpful. As a woman, I felt comfortable at the shop.I walked away with lots of knowledge and practical advice from TJ. He went above and beyond, ensuring that we will continue going to this shop for our car maintenance and tires.I dropped my vehicle at the shop, but will consider waiting next time. The shop has a decent waiting room, plus there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Stop & Shop.It's so nice to have lucked out on an excellent mechanic. The Monro chain is lucky to have the team they have working at this Wallingford location. The guys really did a great job.

TJ fit me in to patch a punctured tire while they were really slammed the day after a holiday weekend. He was super friendly and quick, and he even fixed the trunk release button that broke while I was there. Really excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I recently brought my Chrysler into Monro for some noise and vibrations on the front end. They found a rusted control arm and ball joint. It s running so well now and I feel safer behind the wheel. Thanks to the crew for doing such a great job.

Today TJ handled my oil change and tire rotation. This guy is great! The entire team is great. Most importantly, I trust them to do the right thing. "Trust" is a big word for me when it comes to vehicle care. Packy, Wallingford, CT

I've had a great experience each time I've gone to this shop. They were more than happy to show me what was wrong with my car and why something needed to be replaced when I asked. They were also very knowledgeable when it came to questions I had. They are very fair with pricing and gave me a quote BEFORE work was done. I was in and out in a timely manner, I would recommend making an appointment if possible.

TJ diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, and after I made adjustments, was able to get it all sorted out perfectly. Very warm and friendly, looking forward to going back for future auto service as needed!

I made my appointment online because that s how things are done now a days and when I got to the store I was basically scolded for doing it that way. After he checked me in he asked for my keys and I told him that they were in the vehicle already and he laughed again. It was almost like I was making his job harder the way I did things. He did fit me in but it did feel a little rushed and when i feel like things are rushed I feel like the people don t do a good of a job as they should.

I usually go to Monro on the Berlin turnpike...but again they had no technicians to work that day . So the manager Nate told me to go to Monro in Wallingford. So off l went with no appointment. They explained what was wrong with my car. Got it fixed in less then two hours. They also got my paperwork from Mikes garage for emissions to be passed ...which again Mike's garage is rude and with no help at all. I guess it helps to drive a little further.Happy person here. Great service by TJ and Brian. I hope they find some technicians for the one on the pike for Nate. Thanks again!

Brian and TJ were great. I have taken my cars there foff and on over the years, and service has been ok. But these two are next level. Munro, don't let them go if you know what's good for you.

I was a loyal customer, but man this place has gone down hill over the last year. Got a $100 oil change and a bunch of lies recently not going back.Back when Oil changes were half the price I paid, they used to balance your tires and check the air pressure. They no longer do this although they will tell you they do this - they won t.I over filled one of my tires to try to catch them in a lie. It worked It was clearly never balanced nor was rotated. Silly Monroe Gooses!

Mike and Jordan were super helpful today, and extremely friendly! I brought my car in with low tire pressure and they checked my tires immediately. They filled up my tires and assured me everything was fine (I was afraid something was wrong as I drove about 100 miles from Long Island that day before). I don't live in the area but I was glad to stop by their place for help before driving back!

Never considered Munro until my recent experience. The service and workmanship here is exceptional. Brian, Jordan and Mike restored my faith in a business whose main goal is customer satisfaction. There is a reason why these guys are always busy I have had my daughters car here three times and the service has always been great.You may have to wait sometimes so I suggest making an appointment on -line although the wait is worth it.Michael C always go's out of his way to make sure the job is done right and within a reasonable amount of time.

I m a busy man, so my time is very valuable. Needed an oil change on my Cadillac and they got me in fast. Most remarkable thing is that I didn t even have an appointment. I normally do but Simply amazing. The most terrific people I have ever met. Was greeted by these two young men, Matt and Jeremy and they were friendly, very informative and most professional. Was surprised about how good the price for a full synthetic oil change was. Savings were HUGE compared to other places that I ve seen. Experiences like this is what Make Automotive-repairs Great Again.

Very grateful for the quick appointment, friendliness, and fast service. My splash shield was damaged on my drive home (work until 6am). They fit me in quickly and my car was fixed in 5mins. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future!
