I am from out of state and I had my car towed here without knowing how much of a ripoff it would be. They were able to get me the very next day which was great, but it wasn t worth the $1280 price for a simplistic fix. They charged me $1280 for a coolant hose and thermostat replacement. The parts alone are worth $30 and $50. My home mechanic would ve done the same work for $300-500. Save your bank account and do not go here!

I got a flat right as I was leaving for the airport in Boston, and of course Christmas weekend. Firestone was amazing, they had my tire, got me right in and changed and on my way. I am so thankful! Excellent service and great employees.

I went to get my front breaks and rotors changed. I realized i didnt have enough to cover the service fee so i left and said id come back later in the week when i have the full balance. Later in the day, i turned my heater on to smell gas coming from it, come to find out they opened my oil tank and never closed it. I live 25 minutes away, meaning i drove for a half hour with an open oil take and oil spraying everywhere. I dont know if it was because i didnt have the full balance or what, but this is so unprofessional and i will be contacting a lawyer. I went in for my front rotors and breaks why did they touch my oil cap let alone not put it back on.

I only bring my car to Firestone. The guys at the front desk are friendly and courteous. They are accurate with diagnostic and saved me a lot of money.

Worst place to do business with. They don t treat people with the respect they deserve. Taking your money is great but wen they have to fix a problem they get a bad attitude. Also there not being true. There erasing reviews.

Don't waste your time coming here. Was told 90 minutes for a simple alignment. Job took over 2 hours and 35 minutes. Was handed my house keys on the way out. Only problem is my key fob was never connected to my house keys. How do you mess that up? Incompetent and inconsiderate staff. Never coming here again. Bunch of incompetent liars that try to upsell services while wasting people's time.

They tried telling me I needed new front axles and new brakes. The price was several thousand so I went to get a second opinion else where. Turns out my front axles were perfectly fine and my rotors had dust from the Car not being driven for some time. Do not use this place.

The worst service you could expect, I had to bring my truck to redo balancing it was so off the other tire place could not believe it, employees don t even acknowledge management Don t waist your time and money, go somewhere else

I bought four tires and I paid insurance for the four tires, more than $70, after certain time one of the tire has a hole and they say they can t fix so I have to buy a new one, so I think is free, but it is not, I have to pay $180 and I said, I paid insurance for that and they said, without insurance you will pay $230, wow!!! what a deal. Never again I will buy anything in this nasty placeService: Tires

Highly recommend!!!! Best Firestone I've been too yet. They didn't try to force extra work on the car like most do. Dropped car off at 830am and had the vehicle back by 3ish in the afternoon. Brake pads and rotors for all 4 wheels plus a new belt and oil change. After taxes and fees, the cost was just under $900 which I expected to be more honestly with the hike in prices everywhere lately. Front desk guy was polite and no bs when it came to explaining what needed to be done. Very pleased with every aspect of this visit-and I HATE mechanic shops!

Had few broken parts in relation to a broken sub frame.They quoted me about a week to fix while they waited for parts. Unfortunately, the delivery of those parts took much longer than expected and I ended up waiting a little over 3 weeks to get the van fixed, but that wasn't their fault.They were always pleasant when I asked for an update and even offered to fix a problem that developed while it was at the shop for free.I finally have my van back and it drives like new. They did a great job with the repairs.

I had to replace my tires and get an alignment.. I made an appointment online for 11am. Arrived about 30 minutes early and they (Dave) explain price and wait time. It was quick service and the cost was reasonable. I am definitely going to be a returning customer!!! Customer service was nice and professional .

Excellent customer service!! Veryyyyyyy fast and prices are actually good despite what you think. They're very good! Did an amazing job on my brakes and rotors. Oil change n a few little things I thought I would have to break into savings and I didn't I had exactly what they asked for. David's a great manager.

Buyer beware! Was told that a leak couldn't be fixed and had to buy four new tires, despite there only being 27,000 miles on them. Was quoted $1,000 for new tires. Said no and went elsewhere that had tires for $100 cheaper but when I got there, they fixed the leak for free...

Spent $1600 last week on new brake pads for my rear brakes and brake fluid among other things. I left shop with brakes still making noise but chalked it up to it being my front brakes as those weren t fixed and still need to be in a few months as it s almost that time. However, the noise persisted and sounded like nothing was fixed at all. I brought it into the Firestone in Brookfield and they told me that Meriden Firestone put the wrong brake pads on my rear brakes. They also never changed the brake fluid. On top of this I was charged $80 for wiper fluid. $60 for service and $20 for the product! 80$? Are you serious it took them 10 minutes to put new wiper fluid in if that and it costs $60. Wild and unnecessary considering I didn t even ask for it. Save yourself time, money and effort and do yourself a favor. Run this place out of business. Other Firestone s seems to have their act together but this one does not. A shame that in this day in an age mechanics that are a chain take advantage of their consumer. I have done business with wallingford fire stone for years but now I will never go there again I had a nail in my tire on a brand new truck I bring it to get plugged they plugged it for me then broke the valve sensor replaced it with aftermarket without telling me they broke it and changed it without telling me. I bring it back after 50 miles light never turned off and then they checked it and then tell me that the sensor battery died and tryed charging me to fix it had to bring it to my dealership for them to tell me what they did dishonest shaking my head. you can't be honest with your customers that you made a mistake?Service: Tires

It seems that this location takes advantage of elderly people and tells them that they need services for items not needed. Not fixing the initial problem that brought them in. Overcharging people on a fixed income. Shameful.

Had an appointment for 1:00 to install new tires and I was told it would take an hour to 90mins if all goes well. Dropped off car and sat in the waiting room. My car wasn t taken in until 1:30 and after sitting in the waiting room until 3 o clock I went up to ask how much longer until my car is done. I was told that the tires were not onsite and someone had to go pick them up and they re on their way back. This company can t be bothered with proper customer service in letting paying customers know what s going on with an update.After another 45 mins I asked again when my car will be ready and was told that two of the tires are already on and they just have to put the other two on and align them. Seems like no one knows what the hell is going on here! Luckily, my car was by the window and I can see that no one is still working on it even after getting another update!! Most amazing customer service here! LolWill not be doing business here again. It will be a waste of your valuable time if you do!My car was finally ready after waiting for more than 3 hours( because I have nothing else to do but sit here for a job that should take 90 mins max.)Service: Tires

BEWARE- READ BEFORE GOING HEREI recently purchased a car with brand new tires. Two weeks later, I ran over something in the road (a nail or something that caused a small puncture). I brought my car here despite many people telling me not to go, but they were the only place that had a next day appointment. A few hours after dropping my car off I got a call saying that I would need a brand new tire versus just a plug because there was sidewall damage. I m a 22 year old girl, so it s assumed I know nothing about what goes on with my car. I told them that I do not need a new tire and there was absolutely no sidewall damage since I inspected the tire the day before so I would just go somewhere else. Everything was in perfect condition except for the small puncture. When I got the car back there was damage that was not there when I brought the car in. I don t have a before picture, but really wish I did. These guys are scammers and will try to make a buck off of anyone. They will damage your car. Seriously, go anywhere else even if you have to wait.

0/5 would not reccomend. I've had more than one issue with this place, but most recently I brought my car down complaining of clutch issues, among other things. They assured me the clutch was fine. Not even two weeks later my clutch completely fails and I'm stranded on the side of 91. Avoid this place like corona-virus.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair
