What an amazing experience my husband & I had. This is our 3rd car that we bought from this place. I am beyond happy and most of all the staff are so kind, nice, fun, and understanding. They make you feel like a family like you know them forever. Andrew showed me as many cars as possible to make sure I get what I wanted. Joey made sure everything handled the right way and got what we wanted. The rest of stuff came up to us congratulating us for buying the car making us laugh. Not to mention I am so happy with my car KIA love it. Andrew knew exactly what kind of car would fit my son and I. Thank you so much guys for doing such an amazing job! We appreciate you all so much! Planing next year to get another car from them for my husband!!! Go get your from these amazing people. They really work with you and will make sure you leave that door happy. Thank you again!!!

I had an appointment for a ResistAll - NG2 application on Friday Nov 25 at 4:30pm, the service was for my Kia Carnival 2024, upon my arrival, the service department advised that their closing time was at 5pm. They scheduled me at 4:30pm and if they knew they needed at least 2 hours for a proper application why was I not informed ahead of time. Their lack of professionalism caused me time and money. They rescheduled my appointment for the following day at 11am. And this time they completed the service within 1hr and 15 min. So what happened to the 2 hrs required for proper application???? The service to my car is very poor. Not only am I not satisfied with the horrible job they performed, I m disgusted by the lack of professionalism. My car was returned dirty. They did not clean up their mess. After multiple attempts, the below is the final result. Definitely not coming back for a New Car/Service, or a simple application repair...

Came into to check out the suvs without an apt on a late Sat afternoon. Chin was the sales person who helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and had longevity at the dealership. Very kind, patient, and mindful. He is someone I will do business with. I highly recommend you go see him if you are buying a car from here. This review is based only on my experience with him.

I had what I thought was a slight emergency and no appointment. And Harrison and service really went above and beyond. It turned out to be nothing. But within an hour and a half I was all done and that was amazing to me. I got a ride home and I got a ride back. I would not consider any other dealer. This is my second Kia with Executive and they are the best.

The TLDR is: the staff here are superb. A thank you to Andrew, Joe, and Carlos. The staff I passed by were also friendly and said hi. There s a reason I keep returned and the experience has always been consistently great. Low pressure, good value offered on trades, and staff that work towards what you are looking for/want.To preface this, this is my 4th experience with this dealership. Over the years there are still familiar faces and the experience has remained the same, which is excellent.You re greeted by friendly staff, willing to help but not overbearing. I specifically worked with Andrew S for my vehicle.Andrew took the time to understand my situation and needs. He was able to give me options matching exactly what I was looking for. The time was thoroughly taken to allow me to assess the car, finances, and work with the bank. The overall experience was great as always. I appreciate the team s flexibility and willingness to work around me.I settled on a car (one of two I had in mind) initially and ultimately switched to the second last minute. Joe, the sales manager assisted swiftly with this and reached out to also reassess and be sure I was making an informed decision and would have the opportunity to drive the car since I had not yet.He got the paperwork over to me quickly to update the bank and was able to get the car the same day (later in the week due to my schedule).Carlos in finance reviewed the paperwork carefully with me and offered me informed options for coverage if I wanted. Not pushy, he was straight to the point and left me to decide as well as options in case I change my mind. He was kind enough to reach out to take the opportunity to check for additional rebates as I went for a used EV.I met the service staff as well, all very friendly. It s rare that I am ever in service as I typically do the work on my own car. With an EV there is minimal maintenance typically and have not been there for service personally yet.Thanks again!

They Always take care of me. They know me as a person not just a customer. So they know what my expectations are for trust which is quality and honesty. But they also know my limitations. Financially. And we've discussed... That my loyalty can only go as far and pocketbook. But they have continued to do their best as possible with that as well and with being such a long time customer. But let's hope they see me Alot less and for very minor or typical maintenance jobs only this year and even next! :)

I went to get a car with my gf, my 17 month old daughter, & others. We were initially there for a 2023 Kia that we inquired about the day before and supposedly it was available. When we got there the car was sold although Ouffa the person who contacted us said they had it. Anywho she proceeded to show us a 2024 kia sportage & we agreed that we were ok with it. After hours of back and forth we were then told we couldn t lease the car. The reason being was my dad was going to co-sign and due to us living in different states that s not allowed. We didn t know this but Carlos Trinidade came out to yell at us that we couldn t lease and walked off. Didn t give us the option of finance. That s when Jorge came out and gave us the option to finance. By this time it s 3:30pm. We signed the papers needed to finance the car and since being there all day decided to eat. We re told by ouffa to go outside by the time we arrive everything should have been approved & we re good to go. Not the case though we come back & we re told we would have to come tomorrow. We were confused and told that the bank hadn t process the loan. When we spoke to Jorge the problem was he NEVER put in the information into the system. My girlfriend very pissed asks him how is it possible we ve been there all day & nothing has been done, his excuse was I had other things to do. Fast forward to the next day we go to get the car which btw wasn t ready until 3pm & we didn t walk out until 5pm after all the final signing. We finally got our car, but the madness wasn t done. We receive our car with no spare key. Supposedly it was left in the service area and they were already closed. Ouffa tells us to come back tomorrow to get it, a week passes and no call. We finally call and ask about the key and they still don t have it! Ouffa is saying it s misplaced they have to look for it. After my gf yells at her she calls back that they magically found the keys. We go pick it up & finally the nightmare was over. Oh and not to mention Ouffa gave us some survey papers to lie about our experience with them! Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Go elsewhere for your car purchases.

Chen our sales person went above and beyond for us with our new 2024 Kia Sportage EX. This is the BEST Kia dealership around CT.I recommend this place for new and used cars ask for Chen. He went over inside and all features and the outside as well warranty info etc.

Purchased a five-year-old Subaru Forester here, which was a car they received on a trade-in. It was an excellent and easy experience overall. Andrew, the salesperson, was easy to work with and it was not a stressful or pressured purchase. He had answers to all my questions or would ask to find out the answers, and he was easy to keep in touch with throughout the process. The purchase itself was easy and finished in less than one hour with George, who made all the paperwork accessible and easy to understand. I did not have financing from the dealer so I cannot comment on that aspect, and I have not had any service done there, but from a purchaser's perspective this is a fine dealership.

I want to give a big thank you to my sales lady wafa she s been there for me since day one when I couldn t get out of one of my vehicles that I was in from another dealer she got me in my first car from Kia and went back again for my second and will continue to go back. She s a wonderful, respectful, amazing person. She gets the job done. Can t ask for a better sales lady than her I would recommend for you to ask for her to get in your new vehicle. Good luck.

Andrew was great, really helpful. He stayed late with us one night so we could test drive the vehicles we were interested in and he took time to answer all of our questions. Even the answers he didn t know right away he would find out for us.

I just want to say how happy I am with the service I received from Executive Kia. Wafa was excellent! From the moment I reached out to ask for available of a vehicle. She responded right away on a Sunday evening. I must applaud her communication, always available when I had questions to the day I receive my vehicle and even afterwards. Executive Kia gave me one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. While they didn't have the car I wanted in stock (not a dealer problem but a Kia problem...), I was able to test drive a similar model, put down a deposit and be on my way quickly with a good trade in for my current vehicle.Eli kept in good contact with me and answered all my questions and really made the process pretty seamless. On the day of pickup, I was at the dealership for about an hour. No playing the waiting game which I was very happy about.Thank you Eli and Executive!

Had a complementary service after purchasing my Telluride. The day of I called to change my 8 AM to 1 PM and was successful. The service didn t take too long and I was even sent a video showing my brake pads and their condition.

My mom went to purchase a vehicle and she's older from the start of the call to the end of the purchase she was walked through the process by Ms.Wafa.I just want to thank her for sincerity and openness with my mom.The staff was very friendly as they gave smiles as we even walk through the location. I would recommend this location and working with her she has the utmost patience. This location made me even think about purchasing a Kia that's how kind and welcoming this car dealership is and my husband I drive a total different brand of a vehicle LOL. This car dealership is the best dealership I went to. I was very impressed by their sales wafa. She helped me a lot from ordering the car to picking up the car. She patiently answered all my questions during the waiting period. When I arrived, I was notified in a timely manner, and all the itineraries were completed in less than an hour when I picked up the car. Moreover, KIA s car changes amazed me. It is much better than Toyota and Honda in terms of appearance, interior, and configuration. The materials and workmanship of the car are also very good. Now KIA has become very common on the road. I also bought KIA. The first Korean car, I like it very much and it is worth recommending. I recommend friends who want to buy a Korean car to come to this dealer. I will not regret it.

I had been a customer with crowley kia since 2015. Purchased three new cars with crowley. I found out the last two cars I bought from them they changed me way above MSRP. Crowley does that to their customers. EXECUTIVE KIA AND WAFA! WOW. I wish I had done my business here Years ago. They do not charge above MSRP in fact they took money off the 24 telluride ex xline I wanted. They where able to get me out of a seltos and into the telluride in two days. I am so greatful and pleased with my experience. I will be a executive customer going forward!. Sending my friends amd family your way! Thank you so much WAFA and team!

Initially they get you in with a bunch of lies. The service was at the least disturbing. Everyone says they are trying to help you when in reality they just do what is beneficial to them. I went in pre-approved with a 35k loan from Bank of America at a 9% interest rate. That wasn t enough for the car I wanted so they said they could get me into the car I wanted. Ran my credit 7 times to get me a 35k loan with a 12.99% interest rate. & when questioned about it they gave me a complete run around. My car was a demo car inside on the show room floor so it was soiled in the interior. On pick up day I was blind sided because it was a dark rainy day and I had been told all the spots were cleaned out. Only to find the next day my seats were still soiled in the initial areas I had pointed out. I took all the abuse and carried on. My car was new but had 5k miles on it at the time of purchase because the managers were driving it etc etc. Upon driving off the lot my car dash kept saying I need service in 600 miles etc and so I called in asking why did they not service my car before I picked it up. The manager Joe said my car was serviced but the message just was not reset. I went to change my oil yesterday 10/2/2023 and when I asked the technician how my oil looked they said it was black. It looked like 6k miles worth of driving. Which again is another lie from the manager Joe. I am in dismay sometimes when I think about the level of prejudice and racism I faced at Executive Kia. I think the swindled me into my purchase just because they wanted to get rid of my car so bad. I love the car it is just the principles of the situation and the level of discrimination I faced at this location.

The salesman Kevin was great I had started out at10am selling the car I had to Nissan after all the paperwork and running to my bank Kevin wrote up what I wanted 4 years at4.25% interest.I then went into the finance manager s office am beyond exhausted he tells if I take out the loan for 5 years it is a better deal lower payment 100,000 mile warranty this sound good he makes up a new contract never shows it to me never tells me that this new contract is at 5.75 % interest and the lower payment is $38.00.Shoves it in an envelope.I was so worn out by this experience I did not look at the contract till that Sunday.I was livid I feel I was taken advantage of and scammed and lied to looking at the new contract I now am under the impression that the $10,000 I put down now goes for the interest not the principal.I was hoodwinked and feel taken advantage of by Kia financial one of the reasons I chose Kia because of their lower interest rates.I like the car but feel duped.

My experience at Executive KIA was a very pleasant one. It is for the very first time that I thought of the word pleasant to describe an experience at a car dealership, and at nearly 60 years of age, I ve been dealing with a good number of dealerships.My typical dealership experience would be that of hustle and bustle environment where I better be sharp and awake, and know exactly what I want and what s a good price for what I want, least I d end up seriously overpaying, not only that, but after being sharp and composed, going home I d find that, oh, they still got me! .Not so at Executive! Here my experience was on par with getting to meet someone while vacationing somewhere; the atmosphere was relaxed, Ouafaa (the sales consultant) made the car discussion sound like a pleasant conversation devoid of the constant obvious signs of let me sell you something that one so often encounters at a dealership.Furthermore, when she came back to me and presented me with the figures, she really surprised me for I instantly felt that I couldn t have wished for anything better. Without getting into all specifics, the price I ve been offered on the first attempt for the car that I was offered with all options that I wanted, fell right in the middle of the Excellent prices as described by TrueCar, for the Make/Model/Trim and geographical area of where I live. I needed NOT negotiate anything about this price for I felt that if I was to negotiate given the price offered, I d be unreasonable.When was the last time that you went into a dealership where you ve been offered a price that you thought it s so unbelievably good that you d feel you d be unreasonable if you were to attempt to negotiate that price down?This never happened to me EVER, that is, until I ran into Executive KIA, and in particular Ouafaa at Executive KIA.My suggestion would be: you have to experience it to believe it! So give it a try next time, if you re curious! Hint: KIA has the distinction of making and selling the best SUV on the planet , at least as per Consumer Reports! Check that out! I mean, we all know why we find ourselves into a dealership; that s because we re interested in buying something and they re interested in selling something. That s all there in the background of our heads, yet at Executive KIA, Ouafaa manages to make that experience feel like it s about more than buying vs selling, it s about what suits your needs, and what are your requirements and what s available and how they can best serve you! I emphatically give this dealership 5 stars!

Amazing!!!!!! I brought my lease in that was coming up in April! They gave me the equity out of the old van to put towards a new car, this is my 4th lease from different dealers and NO OTHER dealership did that for me OR even told me that was an option!!!! Friendly staff, not aggressive and very patient!!!!
