The technicians working in the service department are very careless. Although I bought my car here, I typically get it serviced elsewhere as this location doesn t make sense for me geographically. That being said, any time I ve serviced my car at executive I end up with a damage. Last spring I had them replace all 4 tires while it was there for a warranty service and ended up with 4 scratched wheels from the mount head(part of the tire machine). The service manager claimed it must have been like that already, revealing that he s likely never used a mounting machine. Thankfully he reluctantly agreed to credit me back $250 but I still had to spend 3 hours polishing the scratches out of the wheels, and they didn t even all come out. Most recently I brought my car there again for another warranty repair and ended up with a gouge in my steering wheel. Once again, the service manager tried to tell me that it was simply wear in a spot where I don t even place my hand. I m not even sure he believed what he was saying as it was blindingly obvious and likely caused by a pocket clip of the technician while working on my seat. He again reluctantly agreed to replace the outer part of the wheel after I refused a repair on what was previously a damage free steering wheel. My consolation prize for the new wheel is that another careless technician cracked and gouged the bezel surrounding the steering wheel buttons. This was likely caused by using a screw driver rather than a trim tool. Considering that I already took enough time off of work and couldn t deal with further inconvenience, I didn t even bother making an issue of it and just resolved myself to never going there again. I guess the nice way to put it is to say this place just plain sucks. It s also not helped by the fact that the service department manager has an unrealistic grasp of his employees capabilities and negligence.

Several years ago we bought a Honda Accord from Executive Honda. Love the car - it has 260,000 miles and is going strong.We just gave it to our son, so it was time for a new car.We had our Accord serviced at this dealership throughout it's "life span". I love their service department since you don't need an appointment. If you want to wait there are workstations you can use (or TV if you prefer), and the service people really know their stuff.No high pressure. No encouraging you to do service you don't need.So there was no question where we were going to buy our next car.Latoya Grant was our sales rep. She was professional, answered all of our questions, followed up but did not pressure us in the slightest.In the end we purchased a 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. Great car, great price, great dealership.

Executive Honda is the greatest. I purchased my car from them get my car Service by them would definitely recommend purchasing a car from them. I had a problem with my car leaking water from the rear. They took good care of me got me in the loaner. Until my car was fixed much appreciated

Terrible ! Executive Honda seems to lack communication and professionalism. Made an appointment two days prior to see a vehicle. I got three texts to confirm the appointment. All three texts I said yes. I drove an hour one way to get there. Long story short, they loaned the vehicle. What car dealership does that?! The sales man, not mentioning names of the people involved, told me he'll call me in two days.... never did. I called him on the third and told me the vehicle has a down payment, basically it was sold. Terrible Honda dealership to do business with. I recommend go to a different one

Briana was excellent to work with. She took the time to match me up with the perfect car, when I came in not necessarily knowing what I was looking for. She took the time to explain the process, each model I was interested in and how they could help the situation I was in.The dealership is clean, and has a nice variety to see and choose from. Had a close friend connect me to Xavier, a professional informative salesman with extensive knowledge on Honda and its brand. Considerable people skills and the ability to communicate well, via text, email, or in person. 98% of the deal was completed before I even stepped foot into the dealership. From my arrival to Honda, to the arrival of my home with the new car, only an hour and a half past. This includes the overall 30 minute commute. Would recommend not only this dealer, but Xavier on your next car purchase!

Executive Hondas sales technicians are the best. they re very friendly and courteous and don t push unwanted services on you.I give them a five star, especially the service manager. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in layman s language.

Towed a vehicle to this dealership and a gentleman comes outside talking on his phone and walks towards me which is no issue the issue was when he starts to whistle at me to get my attention and says hello very rudely. Hard to pinpoint when someone is talking to you when the worker is coming out when I responded to him he says yea good answer very rude and honestly very unprofessional the gentleman s name was costas I was told by two nice ladies in the service department. Will never tow to this dealer again.

Charged me $165 for 3 hrs and couldn t figure out what was wrong with it or the Honda Override to get it to start. (Apparently the pushed the car into the shop when all they had to do to get it to run was hold the fob to the start button). Wanted to charge me more to keep looking. Insisted that it had nothing to do with the fuse box or fuses. I ended up taking the car to a non Honda mechanic shop and within an hour they determined a fuse was put back wrong and only charge me $75. The mechanics do not know what they re doing here, don t take your car here.

We recently purchased a car at Executive Honda and drove from Windsor Locks, CT to test drive a car and to consider other cars. The positive reviews are accurate and when we are in the market for our next Honda, Executive will be our dealership of choice. We could have easily shopped closer to home, but couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Rej (sales) and Louis (business mgr). From the initial test drive right through to picking up our car the following weekend, it was straightforward and hassle free with no pressure about anything. The last time we purchased a Honda at a dealership, I was there for too many hours to count and was turned off by the experience, despite loving the car I purchased. Absolute opposite experience at Executive and for us it was worth the extra driving time.

Advertising an oil change for $59.99 is great for a Honda dealer. Adding $7 for misc fees to the invoice is meh. Bill came to $79 with the fee, disposal, and of course, tax. Paid and left.You decide.

My sales representative, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was looking at and the manager, Jamie, was friendly and relaxed. I was educated about the details of each vehicle and felt confident and prepared when I purchased my 2024 Civic.I would highly recommend Executive Honda to anyone seeking to buy or lease a new or certified pre-owned vehicle!

I had a great experience starting a lease on my new Honda HR-V a few weeks ago. My Sales Rep, Rex B., was very helpful in walking me through the leasing process and answered any questions I had - the whole process was very transparent. I was even able to order the color & interior I was looking for since it wasn't in stock - the customer service was amazing. The rest of the staff was very friendly & communicative as well. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market! I've always liked Hondas, but the experiences I've had at the dealership really sealed the deal for me. This by far was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I blew the transmission on my GMC on Friday and Saturday had a brand new car! They felt my pain and understood my situation completely. The sales manager, Alan Ackerman, was compassionate about the possible trade in of my truck with a blown transmission while another dealership down the street basically laughed and insulted me. The salesman I dealt with was Xavier Matos-Morales. I can't say enough good about this man. Again understanding of my situation, honest, polite, didn't push me out of my spending limits,,, nothing like your stereotypical car salesman. The man I completed the paperwork with was also a pleasure to deal with. Even the girl at the counter that greeted me was totally polite and pleasant. My next car will again be a Honda and it will be purchased from Xavier and company at EXECUTIVE HONDA OF WALLINGFORD! I recommend this dealership!

I wanted to leave a fresh review because I've had another great experience with Executive Honda in Wallingford. My Wife's 2021 Honda CR-V lease was coming due this May of 2024 and although she initially leased from Honda of Westport, they could not come through for us even though my Wife had been a loyal customer of theirs for the past 9 years. I reached out to a former co-worker of mine, Miranda, who told me to go see Xavier Matos at Executive. Once again, from start to finish, our experience with Executive was supreme! Xavier not only helped my Wife lease the new 2024 Honda CR-V EX but he was also able to keep her super close to her previous payment. We know the price of the 2024 models had increase significantly but that didn't really matter. Xavier offered my Wife multiple options (Honda of Westport didn't offer her any options AND told her she'd have to put $2000 down to reach a payment that would have cost my Wife $150 more a month for the same car). To top off our excellent experience, Xavier and the sales Manager Jamie were able to find her the Urban Gray color she fell in love with and they didn't charge her more even though it was an upcharge for that color. Overall another amazing experience with Executive Honda in Wallingford. This is now our 4th vehicle purchase from them in that past 5 years. Very, very pleased!

I can't be more happy with the body shop at Executive Honda. My 2017 Honda Ridgeline had a leak where the bed meets the cab. I love my Ridgeline and didn't want to get rid of it. Jeff Clark and his team did a fantastic job walking through the issue and explaining the steps they would take to identify the problem, fix it and finally test to assure the problem was fixed at a reasonable price. After the repairs were made, I know I made the right decision. I now have a great truck that will last another 150,000 miles!Thanks so much to Jeff and his team!

I m so happy that I bought my Honda Pilot from Executive Honda of Wallingford, and specifically from Khaled!! He made the whole transaction easy, and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, even with low stock and long waits for new vehicles post pandemic. He made this purchase an excellent experience and I left the dealership knowing exactly how to use my new vehicle, what it came with service wise, and he even followed up with me a week later to see that I loved what I got! Fast forward to service, and again, excellent service here too!!! I can t complain, and will buy from here again, but in the meantime am very happy to be here.

I leased my first Honda at Executive. Xavier was the best sales rep I could have asked for! Louis in the financing department was amazing, he walked me through purchasing my Honda, it was painless! Mike and the entire service department are second to none! I drive all the way up there every single oil change, and get all my maintenance done there because of their exceptional work and customer service. I m so happy with them, I tell everyone about them! So if you re on the fence GET OFF AND GO TO EXECUTIVE HONDA!

I have never been more frustrated or disappointed with both customer service as well as follow through! This was my third time being left high and dry, after calling ahead to make sure the parts were there only to show up and not have my service completed. Not to mention this was the third time trying to schedule my limited number of days off and coordinating my wife's work schedule and child care to be disappointed with nothing being done.

We spent Labor Day weekend car shopping and settled up at Executive Honda for a fair deal on a Passport. Rex took us through the transaction and was attentive, thorough, and professional. The car is great. The dealership delivered the vehicle prepped and ready. The paperwork end of the transaction was fast. Highly recommended.

Not sure where to review Honda Financial Company as a whole- it keeps bringing me here but...I give it 0 stars.I tried to have a repair done that was expensive to me but chump change to them.It's for a part that comes standard on all vehicles (microchip inside the windshield that has all your vehicles sensors inside - lane keep assist, blind spot, road departure, cruise control assist etc). I did not ask for this part. it was installed before I got the vehicle as is in every single new vehicle. however it is considered an 'accessory' which I have to pay for even though I've had no windshield damage and Honda cannot explain to me how this chip even had a malfunction- which is a huge safety concern.So the part is on back order for 8 weeks, which says to me, it's a needed part and in high demand, aka problematic.I had a case opened on my vehicle for it to be covered and repaired but Honda rejected this repair stating it was not a safety concern & my car is not under warranty.I cannot distress how disappointed I am in such a company who, with the price of this part/repair, they make in mere minutes whereas it's whole 3 months car payment for me, with a toddler who runs a very small business and hardly makes it by.I will NEVER get another Honda or any vehicle in the Honda company umbrella. I will never lease buy anything with Honda.They won't even give me the report in writing as it is not available yet they have the availability to decline the repair?I complained about an issue I had when I first got my 2019 passport, and they wouldn't repair it as it was no safety issue then suddenly 3 years later it was a safety issue and recalled so I finally got a repair made.Apparently Honda would rather have a terrible mistake happen to many vehicles until it is recalled or repaired rather than fix a potential hazard before a tragedy occurs.Thank you Honda & your team for such care and concern for your customers.

Get my car diagnosed. They sell me on something then tell me if I don t go through them I ll have hard time getting parts that aren t anywhere else in CT. Comes out to not be that part. Bring it back and try to ask why they pass a dirty air filter. Never had my child the days I came before. Come to return the part and get an attitude from someone trying to explain the situation and then they go since you returned the part when you and your kid are stranded in a month you ll see we were correct. $800 later to be so disgusted.

This is the third Honda I bought from Executive Honda. Mr. Khaled was the sales rep in all of them. In my opinion, he is one of the best sales rep, I could have asked for. He is highly recommended.
