At the recommendation of the local Land Rover dealership, I took my Discovery to Executive for a fairly comprehensive repair/replacement of the significantly damaged liftgate and surrounding parts of the rear end. It took three weeks of Executive s working and of waiting for replacement parts, but in the end, the back of the car was perfectly restored. Throughout the process, I was in touch with Celeste in the Executive office; she was very helpful, friendly, and patient with my naivety.

Executive collision center went above and beyond. Our truck was stolen and needed a ton of repairs. Jeff, the manager was extremely helpful in helping us deal with the insurance side of things as well as the repairs. They kept us in the look with what was going on. They were transparent through and through. The guys working in the shop were extremely nice and understanding. Highly highly recommend!

Great professional service. Celeste the appraiser was very knowledgeable and she kept me informed throughout the repair process. Very satisfied with the collision repair done on my SUV.

Had an undesirable experience with this shop. They threw me under the bus because I was dealing with Allstate which is supposedly a difficult insurer to work with because of how they pay out. Customer service is abysmal when you call, the 2 girls that work behind the desk are always clueless about the status of the car and I d always have to wait for Jeff to call me back because no internal notes are ever made in their system. Payments with Allstate repairs are generally paid directly to the car owner and then the car owner pays the shop directly. However one of the 3 supplemental payments was sent directly to Executive Auto but it was not recorded on their end. This became a huge cat and mouse chase of Allstate saying they paid and Executive saying they did not receive payment directly from Allstate. In the end the rest bumper on my car came out ok and looks color matched, but there were a bunch fish eye/dust nibs left in the new paint which was annoying and I moved on from since it would be more of a hassle to deal with Allstate for a 2nd rental and to work with Executive Auto. Also the shop didn t reconnect the subwoofer speaker that sits in the spare tire, so I drove for a month until I noticed that.

Wish i could put NO STARS!! The manager Jeff is rude and disrespectful. How can i feel comfortable bringing my car to be repaired with rude staff. They told the company i had tow my car to them how to do their job and to take my car off the property. Now i have to inconvenience myself and the tow company which now makes me have to pay more money that i barely have in this economy!!! DONT RECOMMEND

They did an excellent job on our Honda Pilot. You can't even tell there was any prior damage. Not only were the repairs done right, they were done promptly as the car was back when promised.

Update: I received a call on day 22 to ask why my order had been cancelled. My call to cancel about a week prior never even reached the guy. No wonder this place operates like this.I brought my MDX in for an estimate. I was told to wait a "couple days" for the estimate to be sent to the insurance company and for a total cost to be agreed upon. I accepted. When my insurance adjuster and I had not heard anything for a week, I called the shop and was told I'd get a call back later that day. There was no call back. A week after my call and two weeks since the estimate I'd found the estimate had still not been sent to insurance. My claims adjuster had also called and was told the estimate would be sent that day of the call or the day after at the latest. This, also, didn't happen.I just called and told them to forget about it. I'm taking my car somewhere else. Two weeks, three calls, promised call-back and assurance the estimate would be sent and nothing has happened. When I called to cancel, the woman on the phone said, "ok, perfect!" No empathy, no apology, no attempt to ask why. I won't be back.

My eleven-year old Honda Accord now looks like new! Really an A+ rating business, especially with a manager like Jim. Doing good work is one thing, but standing behind that work is another. My car's roof and hood were repaired here - get this - 8 YEARS AGO due to a tree branch fall. But over the years the patch and paint started splotching and peeling. Finally fed up, I brought it in - but really dreading a fight. To my surprise, Jim the manager took care of it all in the most pleasant and professional manner. Zero fuss! No drama! How many businesses these days do that for customers? I am now a customer and a fan of this shop.

My car was hit while it was parked. I decided to use executive collision for repair since my car has only been touched by Honda. The office staff provide no updates made to you regarding your cars repair or that your car is ready unless you call them and wait for them to check on your car. My car was held for 5 days after being repaired fully due to awaiting payment to insurance for additional repairs. Never notified me that the car repair was complete until I called the office. They had already received the first check for the original estimate amount and received a direct pay proof of payment from the auto insurance for the additional repairs made yet would not release my repair vehicle to me. I notified them that the insurance would not pay for additional car rental days as the repair is complete and that I was leaving for vacation and would not be able to return the car rental for another week until I arrive back from vacation with the car so I needed my car back and return the car rental. Their excuse was that their policy to withhold the car from the customer while waiting for the second physical check is because they have been burned from other auto insurance companies previously. None of the many calls I made and encounters I had with this business were helpful as they do not take the initiative to help their customers and give them a better experience. They mentioned the policy and that I could choose to pay for the service myself then contact that insurance have them stop payment on the check already in the mail and have them pay me back in no way would that be a better option. I chose honda thinking that it would be professional and make this process easier as it is stressful. That s was not my experience. I was ping ponging back and forth with them and the insurance. In my opinion, they should be communicating with our auto insurance is directly especially since they don t provide updates directly to the customer. I do not recommend choosing this shop for your auto repair needs. Its a headache that can be avoided.First update: Currently waiting to see upper management will release my vehicle with proof of payment emailed to their office from insurance company. Check was mailed out this week and is in route to them.Last update: I received a call from executive collision appraiser notifying me management decided they could release my car to me.Repair: The repair looks good. Its unfortunate how the customer service ruins the whole experience.

Had a recent accident and I must admit I was nervous having my car with this place because of some of the reviews I seen online BUT I actually was very impressed with the amount of communication I had with Don, he was a pleasure to work with and the repairs look great. On the down side the detailing was terrible, the amount of glass still left in my car was not safe for my children. Overall I would recommend this place BUT GO straight to the car wash to vacuum your car ASAP!

I would like to say. My car insurance is progressive and they recommend me to this body shop. I was set up to get my rent a car from enterprise. I drop my car off and I had gotten my rental car k ow problem. The staff there are very friendly and nice. Jeff who is handle in my claim to fix my car is a wonderful person and very professional and helpful. I thank him and the staff there. When I returned the rental enterprise said to drop it off at the body shop with keys. Enterprise said they trust this company and do business with them. Very nice . Progressive said they been doing business with the body shop for year's. They trust them as well. I got my car back look like a brand new car and there shop did and exact job. I thank you a again. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks Jeff. He is wonderful

I have been here for car repairs multiple times! Jeff at Executive Collision has always taken care of everything, the car rental, costs, etc., and he called me with updates on my car. Executive Collision takes care of all the process and works with people to help them out in any way possible! For example, during one particular instance, my car's catalytic converter had been stolen and other parts of the vehicle damaged/destroyed. I was in a bit of a tight spot because my insurance did not cover rental car coverage in this case...as a result, I was paying over $500 per week for rental cars, plus the deductible (and the anger/emotional impact of getting my vehicle mangled and destroyed by thieves). All the other auto-shops in the area were backed up and would have taken a month or two to repair my car. I spoke to Jeff at Executive Collision to see what they could do....Jeff remembered who I was from prior repairs and worked hard to have my vehicle repaired as fast as possible!! He knew I was in a tight spot and he worked hard to expedite the process.....he even decreased the cost so I had less deductible to pay!! He was kind, understanding, and called me every few days to update me on the process of repairs. I cannot over-emphasize how amazing they were at Executive Collision and how much money they saved me. You won't just be another "number" or "whiney customer" if you go here....they will work with you in whatever way possible to help figure things out and even decrease repair costs!!! Best auto-repair shop I've ever been to for sure.

Ralph and Celeste helped as much as they could but at the bottom of the day the whole place as a whole isIncompetent. The car that I had repaired took days longer than estimated and the work was not completed the right way. This led to delays and my one being wasted. If GEICO tells you to use this place for repairs .run, unless you like your time wasted.

Had my CR-V front bumper replaced by Executive Collision. Everything looked good at first.A while after the fix, my local Honda dealer showed me that Executive forgot to install inner hardware when the bumper was off, leading to a loose mud flap. I wouldn t have noticed this as the missing hardware was behind the bumper, and the flaps appear normal unless tugged on (something only caught by a dealer inspection). I thought a quick call would solve the problem - and my local Honda service advisor in St. Louis, being the nice midwesterner he is, even reached out on my behalf to detail what he saw missing (he told me this is a fairly common mistake by body shops). Executive declined to fix the mistake and told me too bad. They also asked me to drive 1,500 miles for them to look at it, after specifically informing them I moved out of state (see below in their response asking me to drive to them). Their excuse is that I should have discovered this sooner (I m not a mechanic, and I don t take my car apart, and I can t see what s behind a bumper). My local Honda dealer, Bommarito, ordered the part and is fixing the situation. It s not about the cost, the part is less than $100. It s about standing behind one s work.

They did an excellent job on my car in which I really appreciate. I Didn t appreciate what they told the insurance company accused me of hitting something. Not sure what is small enough that was concrete when I was parked when the incident happened but it s a losing battle. I requested an investigation on their findings and never heard back from the insurance or this place. So I m sure they worked together to blame me. Once I picked up my car I noticed employees walking out w other customers to show them their car and what was done. I was handed my folder and keys and sent on my way to find my own car. I found that to be disappointing. I left there feeling like ok all they really wanted was my deductible. But that s life. Would recommend this place but with all this being said any issue I have in the future I will definitely think twice and make sure they don t tell my insurance company false information.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident on the passenger side of my car from the front quarter fender of the passenger side down the side to the rear quarter piano. The passenger door wasn t bad the front quarter piano is preventing the passenger door from opening. I asked if they could at least fix the front-quarter panel so that I would be able to access my passenger door apparently their manager did it want to do that like it was a handout not that I would you know clearly I was going to pay for it so I m a little upset that her body shop can pick and choose whether or not that they would do partial work wear a passenger door was open not to mention any safety concerns if there was an accident, and he said anybody that sitting in the passenger seat would not be able to get out of the vehicle may be their life would be a risk, but they don t care they just care about money, so no I would never use body shop of Wallingford

I brought my vehicle here after I got rear ended. The body work that was completed was just fine, and even though it took a few weeks to fix my car I was fine because I had heard and read great reviews and was confident that I would not have any issues. The problems started when my car was (supposedly) finished. The day I went to go pick my car up, I could barely drive it down the road. It bucked and shuddered, wouldn't go over 25 mph, and the check engine started flashing. I brought it back, and was told "Don't worry, we'll take care of it. Hang on to your rental and we'll take care of everything."Flash forward a couple days, and I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup again. Apparently while they were working on my car, moisture got into the spark plugs, and that caused the problems I experienced when I attempted to pick it up.When I went to pick it up, I put the key in the ignition and this time my car wouldn't even start. Again I was told not to worry, and that they would take care of everything. Finally, about a week and a half or so after I first tried to pick up my car, they told me it was ready and I was actually able to drive it home. The new excuse this time was that my battery died, and that because they were nice guys and it happened on their property they would replace the battery for me. They said that normally they wouldn't have done that, because my battery was supposedly out of date. I thought that was amusing, because I just bought the car last year, and even though I bought it used, the dealer I bought it from put a brand new battery in.Even though the shop said everything would be handled, I somehow ended up with $400 in charges from the rental car company. I understand that this extra time of having the rental would not be covered by the guy who hit me's insurance, but I foolishly believed the garage when they told me they would take care of the rental for me. Apparently that just meant letting the company know I would be hanging onto it a little while longer, not that they would pay for the rental during the extra time I had to use it because of the damage that they caused my car and the following repairs they had to make because of them. When I confronted them about the rental charges, they said they were not responsible for them, and that they would only pay for the battery (because they were nice guys). They suggested filing a claim with my car insurance. So now I have indeed filed claim with my insurance. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with with Executive. I used to bring my cars in for checkups and small repairs/recalls, but now I will never again do business with them.

This is a huge and very efficient operation. There were over 140 cars on their lot when I dropped mine off for repair. Very impressive. I had a claim through Geico and chose this outfit because it's a one stop solution. Rental, inspection, and repair all in one place, at least if you work through Geico. My repair had an issue. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. But, as soon as I brought it to their attention, they bent over backwards to correct it and get it done quickly. Nobody is perfect, but when you can make a bad situation right, with grace and rapidity, instead of an argument, that counts for something. I almost never leave reviews, but for this, they get five stars from me.

Our experience was very good. As far as our salesman Dominic, it was excellent. He was very professional, compassionate and willing to work with us. He is not the usual salesman, and we could tell he really was interested in WHY we were buying the car, and wanted to us get what we wanted.I would have given the whole experience and excellent rating, however there was some miscommunication somewhere during the process and when we arrived to pick up the car they were expecting money down, when we had said several times that we would only be using the trade-in value of our truck and would not be taking cash out of our pocket - it is Christmas time after all.So we were surprised and ended up having to finance the rest of the money into our lease, which was not expected, nor were we happy about it, but my wife really loved the Odyssey we picked and I knew it would keep my family safe.My only advice would be to make sure you are crystal clear when you make your agreement and get everything in writing (as we usually do), but for some reason it was overlooked this time. Be thorough when dealing with the Business/Finance Manager so you avoid any surprises.Overall a very good experience and we love our knew van. My girls love the DVD player and it is beyond comfortable with just about every amenity you could as for. We have always loved Honda and will continue to be a Honda family.

The experience here was pretty straight forward and excellent. They tried to deliver their best to bring back my car to pre collisin state. I know when things happen to car it never goes away because you know your car and you will always see what is wrong. But I must say they really did a good job with my car. Experience with JEFF CLARK was really awesome. He took time with delivering the best, keeping me up to date with status of repair and also estimating logical time for the job. Regrettably, I had an auto accident, and chose Executive Auto Body to repair my vehicle. My car was in their repair shop for approximately 2 weeks, for damages from a minor accident, and when it was a slow time for them. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, no mention was made of any existing problems. Their cosmetic work was acceptable. However, when I started the vehicle, a message flashed to check the power steering. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor who brought the car into the shop for <5 minutes. He then told me there was no problem, maybe computer related, but not related to the accident. He suggested I bring it to a garage to check out. I did not need that input to decide to return to my dealership a few minutes away. Turns out, the power steering had failed, and needed replacement. I am disappointed in Executive Auto Body for being so blas about a problem of this magnitude. If I saw the message of trouble when the ignition was turned on, how come whoever drove my car out of the shop didn't see it, and act responsibly, alerting me to a problem? Sloppy, disappointing, customer service.

Do your due diligence before choosing this company. Before my car was handed back to me the person in charge of my case (which I will nor disclose his name) maintained and open communication with me, well it all had to do about how much more I have to pay, and all the other things they found that has to be fixed. After my car was handed I have tried the same method of communication with him but now it seems not to work. The rear lights they installed accumulates water inside when it rains meaning it was not seal correctly, my rear trunk latch button activates on its own opening the trunk, I have some paint drips on some area. In general very bad communication when job is completed, they do not take responsibility on the service they offer.

I had a wonderful experience with them regarding the repair of my vehicle from the moment they squeezed me in for an estimate, arranging a loaner, working with my insurance , to picking up my car. They said 3 days and my car was ready in 3 days. I highly recommend them. Thumbs up!

Car was in accident they didn't address all the issues . Had to bring the car back when my wife called to describe what was going on the person on the phone sarcastically said "so you got it all figured out don't you " little do they know I'm an ASE certified technician for over 20 years and have over 30 years experience. I told my wife what the problems were but because she is a woman he got offended because she sounded smarter than he was. In the end they couldn't figure it out now it's going to the dealer.
