Well it has not been a full year since I purchased a car for my daughter, and now it needs over 4K of work. Cadilick converter , engine belt and transmission issues. During the warranty I brought car back asking about a issue we noted. Hesitant and jerking when the car reached over 40 miles per hour and they said nothing was wrong. I went through a terrible divorce and this was my only opportunity to get my oldest a safe reliable car for college and we were told the car would last at least a few years and be safeThe receptionist was super nice and helpful with the sell. But I do think possibly they sell lemons now. For this car was visually impeccable low mileage and appeared fine. Lesson learned. I am planning to buy my second daughter a car this May and prior to this accruing I would have brought my business to them again. But only to have the car less than a year and 4K of work plus we needed new tires and alignment and more even a oil change and my daughter hasnt even driven 3k on car since purchase I will unfortunately have to bring the second car purchase else where. It s a shame. We trusted and bought cash out right and are good people and yet we were sold a lemon .. again we mentioned this issue with the 90 day warranty and they claimed nothing was wrong. The mechanic we are now seeking repairs stated this has been a problem for some time and the seller woukd have known. Thank goodness my daughter is safe and the transmission didn t drop while in highway driving. I question the skills of the mechanics again the receptionist was super nice but the owner and garage need to do better with the reliability of the cars they are selling. A9k car should last at least a year!

They towed my car wrong, told me they can tow my car any way they want because of the type of car it is, (which is wrong by the way) won t let me see how they towed it and can t explain how they towed it. Don t go to them because they ll give you the run around and tell you 500 different things.

An extremely enjoyable experience! Martha and the staff went beyond expectations and delivered A++ service. Martha patiently dealt with DMV issues with ease and the truck purchase was smooth! Much recommended and would definitely purchase more vehicles from them again! Many thanks and wishing you continued success.

My experience with this business was very good. I got my car yesterday, all the people are nice especially Martha she helped me with financing my car. Even after I got my car, she was still pleasant and eager to help. Not to mention they give you flower s once you get the car. Add s a nice touch. You can tell they care about their customer s. I would definitely recommend them.

I just got my car towed to Wallingford by Will! He is such a kind and wonderful person. He arrived quickly compared to other towing companies where I ve waited countless hours. He got me and my car to my mechanic safely and efficiently, and was genuinely friendly and compassionate the entire time. He made a stressful situation a lot lighter and I m so grateful for him and his help. Thanks Will!

These are evil, cruel, and rude people that will kick you when you are down. My drivers rear wheel hub sheered off. After paying over 400 out of pocket to have my already damaged car towed, they literally dropped it 2 feet off the flatbed and blew out the front tire and bent the wheel. Called them about it, they said they had photos of it being already like that. Asked for the evidence, I was yelled at, told me they were closed. It was 2:30, they close at 5. They are liars, and scammers. If you are forced to deal with them get pictures and videos. Update: emailed them the proof of them damaging my vehicle, called them, they are ignoring me.

Where do I begin with this review my kid and I went to a couple places looking at cars. We did not find anything that we were actually looking for and that she liked so we came across a Subaru on Continental s webpage and we figured why not go check it out, I called down to Continental spoke to Marta She was very professional and very helpful on the phone. When we showed up in person, she greeted us outside with a plate and a key to take the car for a test drive. We decided this was the car that we wanted and Marta did everything in her power for my kid to get approved for a loan. Now here s where the nightmare begins and it has nothing that to do with Continental, my kid got approved for a loan Marta registered and insured our car and off we went. Then come to find out the people from the loan company changed their mind. Marta worked till 7 o clock that night trying to get everything straightened out for my kids first loan. We even did it as me with the cosigner and that still was not good enough. Marta went above and beyond what any financial personnel would have done. She finally found a company that I have dealt with before and they approved my daughters loan. What a scary time that was for my kid who is already in the car and enjoying her new ride. Marta made sure and reassured us several hundred times lol that everything was gonna work out. The owner and the mechanics went above and beyond making sure that my daughters first purchase was running the way. It should be an all mechanical issues if there was any were taken care of , the owner was very kind and understood when my daughter got upset when we couldn t take the car one day. If you are looking for someone that cares about their customers and cares about the cars that they put on the road Continental is the place to go. If you need someone to help you find a loan company that will except you Marta is the person to see ! There s so much more I can say about this company and this woman. They have made my daughters first car experience. A very good one even though the loan companies did not again thank you,Marta , the owner and the mechanics at Continental GarageKimberly abd Onyx (Alexis)

I don t ever right reviews but I feel like this is necessary. Amazing business I don t remember the name of the blonde lady at the counter but she was amazingly helpful. I have never seen someone go so far above and beyond. Thanks, Jeff

Nothing but good things to say about this car dealership.McKenzie was super helpful and wasted no time in getting me into a new vehicle.My last car was on its last legs and after being given the run around by less professional dealers I was fortunate to have come across this location.I highly recommend both for the services provided and the fair prices.New car runs great I'll be recommending this location to everyone I know needs a car.

Extremely unprofessional. They don t know what s going on. Dispatcher can t give ETA. Drivers don t know where they re going. Lack of communication, don t waste your time.

I actually give this company a negative 10. They are the most unprofessional and unkind towing company. The staff and owner were rude and totally out of line. I would never use this company for any purpose. Tell you family and friends!!! And its a shame that the Town of Wallingford Police Department actually uses them as its contracted towing company!!!

Beyond excellent customer service Joey and another driver were called to tow my vehicle after an accident and the experience was nothing but exceptional and timely. I will always request them in the event I need another tow and will most definitely refer them to others

Worst Tow company I ever had experience with. They were dispatched by my roadside company to tow my car. When driver arrived in the process of driving my car onto flat bed he damaged the front end of my car then threatened me and cursed me out when I said something. He fled the scene leaving my car damaged. I had to call the police. Company is refusing to pay for damage to my car I am in the process of filing suit with the court. Very poor customer service and if your car is in need of any repair and you want to avoid needing more repairs from a company damaging your property I would not recommend letting them tow your car.

This company was dispatch through my Geico roadside service. The following was my experience:7pm - Driver dispatched and said they would arrive within 1 hour.9pm - Two hours have passed. I called Geico to check on the status. The driver said he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes.9:45pm - I called Geico again, but they were unable to reach the company (they tried two different numbers). They dispatched another company.10:05pm - I finally get a call back from the tow driver after the other company was dispatched.Based on my experience, I would say that this company is not reliable at best and dishonest at worse. Unless you want to leave your family freezing in the car for 3 hours, choose another company.

Contintal garage arrived through Geico in about 1/12 hour. They were good enough for me. They were kind enough to fix my car next day. The mechinac work till 6:00 to fix my car. I would return for Service again. Good rating from me. Thanks to all for fixing car ON Saturday.

I was threatened into having my price for towing to be higher than the original price and was conned into giving them more money. They keep their office door locked for a reason other than covid.

Absolute worst company to buy from. The cars are cheap for a REASON. Definitely learned my lesson! I d burn my money before paying them to fix anything either.
