I want to send a huge thank you to Milton and Dre! Purchased a 2016 Honda pilot from them. The process was so smooth, with prompt and expedited service. They detailed the car for me and it was ready for my husband and I upon arrival. Everyone there was so pleasant and made the overall experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you again to everyone for their part in making this process for me and my family a pleasing one. We can t wait to enjoy our new family car!

Kinda disappointing There were numerous broken or missing parts on the car that the dealer didn t mention even though I specifically asked over the phone before buying. Pictures were taken in a way that the broken or missing parts couldn t be seen. These included: broken mirror housing/turn signal, cracked taillight, missing weather stripping on drivers door, missing cover for Honda Sensing unit, and a leaking valve cover gasket.Check over the vehicle very carefully and take a test drive before buying it! Also double check the paperwork to make sure that there are no optional fees added on without consent

A weird series of events brought me to this place, but glad it did. There was no pressure during any part of the process. Everyone was super friendly, and eager to answer any questions we had. We were asked multiple times if we wanted anything to drink or eat, and they even went as far as buying pizza for the staff and customers.They act like they forgot about Dre, but not me. Great experience with this sales rep. He made sure he was involved in the whole process, and even went as far as putting my plates on due to the lot guy having issues.

The entire team at Car Central is Awesome and I loved my experience there.Sam Jr. and Sam the owner, which I had a pleasure meeting were wonderful.And a thanks to Milton, who prepared all the paperwork and made it go smoothly.I had come in to see a car (Honda Accord) but unfortunately that particular one didn t work out and I was quickly able to find another that was in the lot and caught my eye.I wasn t planning on purchasing a 2017 Lincoln MKC Reserve because I didn t know much about them. But when I saw it and the nearly to perfect condition it was in, I was hooked.All of their cars in the lot look beautiful, well taken care of and clean. And they also have a good inventory of cars!I had called on Wednesday that I ll be picking up the car around 12:30pm. It was kind of a short notice, so when I came in, the car was still parked in the Sold section.They took the car right away and said they needed about 1.5 hours for it to be ready, which was fine, but they finished whatever they needed to get done in about 45 minutes!Very attentive staff and Sam made us the best Espressos! Thank you again!I d recommend Car Central to whoever is looking to buy a used car at a fair price$$$Thanks to great customer service!Maggie (Gosia)

Salesman Sean was very professional and very helpful with us for purchasing our car. He contacted me as fast as he can and I didn t have to sit around and wait for his phone call for hours and even days that I had very bad experience with other car dealerships. I drove of with my new ride very happy and I would definitely recommend others to shop there.

As others have said, going out of state to buy a car can be a trying process that many people won't deal with. I was hesitant at first to contact Car Central as they were 2 1/2 hours away from me, but when I spoke to Sam the owner he went above and beyond. I had driven a few Lexus IS250's locally with high miles that really showed it, and I asked Sam to give it to me straight. He offered to take the car home himself that night and I could call back in the morning and he'd tell me exactly how it drove. He told me it was solid and drove straight, and when I test drove it the car was even better than described!I did find the e-brake defective, and told Sam it wouldn't pass inspection in MA, but he wasn't able to get parts and repair same day. Instead, he gave me the money off the price of the car for me to have my own mechanic fix it. This made it possible to close the deal same-day, saving me having to make another trip back and forth.Sam and his team are friendly, professional and just great to deal with. His shop is clean and modern, and highly recommended.I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Car Central!!

I worked with Milton and Sam when purchasing my car. They re very knowledgeable and know what they re doing. The environment is really caring and everyone who works there are extremely great people. Right when you walk in everyone will greet you and offer you something to drink lol. The buying process was smooth and I would definitely recommend coming here to buy your car :)

My daughter and I came here to get her a car. Everyone there are amazing! Veryhospitable.The atmosphere was very positive and they made you feel at home. Very relaxed. The office was CLEAN and smelled nice. I would definitely recommend going there to purchase a car.

This is the place to go! The treatment is like no other! The people that work there are the nicest and they go above and beyond what any dealer/service stations ever done for me. I d recommend car central over any dealer or service station in the USA. They even said if my car wasn t ready on pick up day they ll make my first payment! That s how good they are! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND car central over every other service/sales dealer!!

Was searching for a Jeep wranger unlimited for MONTHS. Came across one on Facebook here at Car Central. Made an appointment to view it and test drive the Jeep they had. Test drove it, looked it over and pretty much sat down and did the paperwork immediately. Everyone here is so inviting and the communication is perfect. I was a slight pain in the a$$ but they were more than accomodating. Would definitely come back again if they had what I was looking for. Going any where else before here would be doing yourself a disservice!UPDATE 10/20/23:Unfortunately last night my vehicle broke down. I did infact purchase an extended warranty with my jeep, which I recommend everyone does even if it brings the payment up past where you originally wanted it to be.I didn't have all the necessary information needed for the warranty and I called Car Central and spoke with Gabe. Gabe was extremely helpful. He pulled all the information I needed and let me know that what ever shop the vehicle was at, they would be able to take care of the entire claim for me.Again, I cannot stress enough the importance of purchasing an extended warranty. Dealers can only do so much when going through a vehicle to get it ready for their lot. Unfortunately they do not have a crystal ball and cannot see the future issues a used vehicle may have.Will update my review once the work to my vehicle is done.

I was looking for a vehicle on CarsguruCT and not having much luck with some of the dealers I came across Car Central Auto Sales & Service. Salesman Dre responded to me and made an appointment with me. I met with him and although the vehicle I initially looked at wasn t what I wanted I was able to find something else on the lot. He was polite, professional and friendly. He made sure I was happy with my car shopping experience. The management team was also excellent. If you are looking for a nice used vehicle with friendly staff and no pressure this is definitely the place. If they don t have it , they will find it for you.

Run while you still can. They are typical used car salespeople.They sold me a car and less than 3 weeks later the battery is out of commission. Of course they don t have integrity all they care about is screwing you out of your money and slamming you through signatures to signTerrible people, I usually let stuff go but I m sending over a DMV complaint and anything else I can do. These people are not good people. As Toyota doesn t just breakdown in 18 days when you tell me everything runs fine and it passes all checks.No transparency, i specifically asked for any heads up on what I would need to fix and they assured me it would be fine

This dealer is just as shady as it looks from the outside. I was ready to purchase a vehicle but they kept pressuring me to leave a $1000 non-refundable deposit with the agreement that they would repair the faulty rear lock and brake caliper. They were then pressuring me into buying the extended warranty at 15% of the vehicles value, and told me they could fix the issues with the warranty AFTER I purchased the vehicle. When I declined to purchase the warranty, the bogus detailing, and the VIN etching they refused to fix the issues with the vehicle. They were willing to sell me a vehicle with a faulty braking system because there wasn t enough profit for them to spend $200 on the repairs. Thankfully I didn t leave the deposit because I d now be dealing with a credit card dispute. Stay away from here for auto sales. This dealer targets clients that are not financially savvy and take advantage of their inexperience. 18.99% APR should be illegal when most local credit unions will offer 6% or less. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely loved my experience! I had gone in for a different car and it didn t work out but I was quickly able to find another I had interest in. Definitely worth the wait and this is a great place to buy from. Everything went smooth, everyone was helpful/informative, and I m happy with my vehicle.

This is going to be a pretty detailed review of my experience that u had while dealing with this car sales company.The environment within the facility is what you would expect from car sales. Lots of people crammed into a small space. It is very loud inside. Add on the night club music that s also very loud and it makes it a little uncomfortable. The lot is packed with cars so it s pretty difficult to actually check out a car until you test drive it.My salesperson Sam was very nice. He answered my questions and was willing to work with me. This is the reason why this facility got a 2 star.During my time with filling out all the applications and going thru the paperwork. This is where this facility lost points with me. There are a few different reasons.There is an accept and decline paper they make you sign. The guy who was going the finances rushed this paper thru and wouldn t let me read it. I m sure it had the defects with my car on the paper in the decline section so they didn t have to cover it when I found them later on.Also they like to stock a 3,000 dollar service contract onto your loan. I asked to have this removed and they cooked the books so that this contract was still there at the end of the day. Make sure you throughly read your contract before signing.Now let s talk about the vehicle I bought. After purchase and I got it home I found several different issues. Some very very concerning. Makes me wonder if they even do safety checks on cars at all. My car had the following issuesRipped seat beltBad control arms (plural because both had to be replaced)Broken seat controlsAlso a door latch issue.Since all of these were dealer specific issues to the car and the issues others had trying to get repairs. I brought it to a certified place and had it fixed.All in all my experience was somewhat ok.Will I ever buy there again? No.Will I ever recommend this place? NoRemember check everything when going thru the process. You might be paying extra for things you don t need or want.

Stopped in about a week ago with tunnel vision on the 16 wrx sti and my guy Dre saw my focus and he knew I had to have it Dre took care of me and made everything smooth from the test drive to the paper work I was in and out like butter and on the road with my new sports car appreciate you bro I will definitely be back for another

This business lacks integrity.They don't listen to the customers and only out gouge the most money out of your pocket on trumped up fees.They delay pick up until the financing amount hits their books and also delays things past 3 day right to cancel sale limit. also, all money deposits are non refundable. Because, "they don't work for free".car on delivery not full tank of gas. not clean. and check engine light less than 24 hrs after picked up.many "good reviews " have been coerced with free oil change coupons...even from people that aren't even customers.I wouldn't trust them to even change the oil.

Place is a joke! Drove 2 hours to look at a very clean truck long story short was not very clean we worked past the dents damages and door not closing, we made a deal with a handshake went on a test drive and when I came back the salesman comes up to me and says we need to get $3000 more then we agreed on previously, do not recommend waisted my time notProfessional
