I went into auto zone for new low beam light and was immediately helped by a gentleman named Austin who promptly found me a light and installed. I was dreading doing this for a while but he made entire process quick and painless. Austin was great help

Excellent customer service. Mike Campbell tested the battery and the alternator and suggested the best next steps in troubleshooting electrical issues. Would highly recommend this store based on how they treat their customers.

Shoutout to austin! He was very helpful putting my bulb in and got me in and out of there in about 3 minutes! We need more people like him in the stores great job Austin!

These guys know cars. Period. They're also willing to go the extra mile to find the exact part you need, even if it's not normally stocked at AutoZone. Clarence, Thomas and the Store Manager make a great team, and they all pitched in to make sure my battery was installed without the computer on my car losing power. Highly recommend this place.

I would like the store to know what a great experience I had with them. It s stores like this one, a woman can really appreciate businesses such as this one. I needed a battery for my car. The staff all were polite, personable, knowledgeable and so helpful! I didn t get the name of the technician but he was wonderful!!! The manager and Clarence were just as wonderful! I will definitely come to this store for all my car needs! Thank you!!!

Went to a few autozones in the past couple weeks, and we have returned several times to Wallingford. Clarence had great customer service, he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend anyone to go!! That location has had the best help

Today Toni and Kyle help me with my rewards that was not on my rewards account they called customer service and spoke to a person and was able to find my rewards that were not showing up on their computer. They went above and beyond the standard of customer service

Went to return brakes pads and brake fluid I did not need after doing my brake job. First the lady says I can t return it with no receipt. I told her yes you can it will be in my warranty just type in my phone number. Another lady comes over and asks her if she needs help doing the return and she says yes. Now the other employee literally says to me what? Couldn t afford your brake pads? Then looks at the brake fluid and says is it undamged though? Let s check which I understand why she would check but she didn t have to say it in that tone of voice making me feel like I m the bad guy for returning items I didn t need after my brake job. The customer service was terrible and I was still being polite the whole time.

I don't write reviews but this AutoZone deserve one. There is bad service and there's this place, which goes above and beyond to provide bad service.Needed a quart of oil for the quad. Order online to save time. Front counter is a total mess with used parts strewn about. The one person at the counter is helping someone but never acknowledges my presence. Another person is shuffling parts in back about 10 feet from the counter. I'm standing there for 15 minutes when the person at the counter decides to call for help. The parts shuffler obviously saw me but needed someone to let him know I was there? If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you. So using the QR code AutoZone provides for reviews this is my contribution. Use O'Reilly's or Advance Auto.

Auto Zones are always busy places with every staff member either on the phone or helping someone, so there's almost always a few minutes of wait time before being helped. As I walked into this store, a gentleman carrying floor mats and not in uniform started helping me as we made our way to the counter. By his knowledge and demeanor, I assume he was the manager going above and beyond, working on his time to make the store work. They had the part I needed in stock, and a few minutes later, I was on my way. Very efficient, and very pleasant staff at this location.

This store is one of the best auto zones I been too. Great staff, very knowledgeable and polite. I had to get a new battery for my vehicle and had no idea where to start. Luckily a gentleman by the name of Clarence had helped me. He pointed me to a great value and also helped me install the battery itself. He was super quick and efficient. This is now my go to AutoZone!!!

Kudos kudos kudos kudos to Clarence Clarence did a outstanding job he helped me with my ink cabin filter He went the extra mile to make sure that was done correctly He did a fantastic job kudos kudos kudos to this man He really knows how to go over and beyond to make the customer happy to make sure that everything was done correctly He is just an awesome He's a great investment for the company because he knows exactly what good customer service is kudos kudos kudos to Clarence awesome job outstanding job I think he should be recognized for the hard work that he does and everything that he does thank you so very much.

At Store #3228 I had a wonderful experience here at this autozone in wallingford. The associate eddie had helped me with my taillight and provided information on the parts that I needed and he was also a great help with putting on my wiper blades. This worker showed an exemplary performance on customer service. I would recommend eddie for help in the near future.

We 1st went to the Meriden location we're both employees were definitely under the influence of something that deterred them from being able to us. The one who was clearly not on break stood outside yelling obscenities at passing motorcyclist so we decided to go to Wallingford since it was a battery issue. Justin in Wallingford was more than helpful. He did replace the battery and tested out was was truly going on and why it was being drained. He also sold us a light bulb. I would recommend the location to put lights outside for the protection of your employees and patrons. Meriden didn't even have jumper cables so you may not want to visit that location.

Bob and Shelby are amazing. They were so nice and helpful. If you live in Cheshire,CT then this auto-zone is not that far and the staff is incredible. They spend the time carefully looking at our cooling fan fuse and relay.

Worst autozone in connecticut went in for a light bulb took 30 minutes. Young guy working behind the counter was texting on his phone wouldn't stop talking about his mustang to his co-worker. This autozone has gone downhill and needs to find better trained workers who are willing to accommodate customers professionally and in a timely manner. On top of the unprofessionalism they gave me the wrong headlight bulb. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Came in for a battery and wiper blades. Jessica was quick to help. I asked her to teach me how to replace both and she took the time to teach me. Good customer is not easy to find lately and it was nice seeing her commitment to her job and helping people. Nice job Jessica. Thank you again!

I had the best experience with two staff (i misplaced their names written on my receipt) a few weeks ago or over a month now. It was after 5:00 it was sleeting and raining and they helped me with replacing a broken windshield wiper. They were super attentive to my time crunch to get to my kids and spent time making sure I had the right blades for my car. The young man was also soaked changing my windshield wiper for me. They absolutely made my day and were so helpful. I will definitely go back!!!

By far the most efficient, friendly, yet professional Autozone within the neighboring areas. I had the pleasure of having Travis help me with my transaction today. He helped me find what I need, cashed me out quickly, and even help me take what I purchased to my car. Can't ask for a better experience. Every associate and manager is pleasant at this particular location! Keep it up!UPDATE: 6/29/23Another positive experience at Autozone. Zachary and Justin were very helpful with a warranty swap on an alternator. I appreciate the emphasis on quality customer service Autozone has to offer. Especially at this particular store location.

I had a battery that was leaking acid due to the installer over tightening and puncturing the connection side terminals.Employee Travis and store manager Shelby could not be any more kinder and competent.They helped clean up the mess and even sprinkled baking soda around.I am forever indebted to them and AutoZone and highly recommend you do business with them.

This was an average auto zone. The clerks weren t overly friendly to me, but they did seem to carry on an extremely long winded conversation with a friend of mine. Aside from the staff, it seemed as if the shelves were amply stocked. How could I forget, the grounds were exceptionally clean, especially the parking area. This location I would visit again.

I have to say that I was so satisfied with the amazing customer service from Bob on the phone and in person. I arrived and he quickly checked my battery to my red Dodge Dart and provided me with great detailed information and suggestions. I purchased Battery and he installed it quickly and professionally. Thank you, Bob auto zone in Wallingford Ct. Great service!
