Very profesional staff, My sales man Henry was very knowledgeable, explaining all the car features, and required paperwork, financing was also very easy. Overall great experience highly recommend visiting Audi of Wallingford. My wife loves her Q5!

We recently leased a 2024 Audi Q3 from this dealership and couldn t be happier with the experience we had. Jose and Kit provided exceptional service. They answered every question we had and made the process very easy. We did not feel pressured in any way. Overall, this was the best experience we ve ever had at a dealership. After a week of having the car, we are very pleased with the vehicle and will definitely recommend Audi of Wallingford to our friends and family. Thank you!

Our sales person Jim Anderson was able to listen to my interests and concerns and match us up with an Audi that's a great fit for our needs and lifestyle. At purchase, he spent as much time as I needed to understand the many features that the A5 offers! Great delivery, easy business dealings with Kit, and an easy going, well priced transaction at this dealership. I would recommend Jim, and the dealership to others interested in an Audi!

I had the best possible experience buying a 2023 Audi Q5 with the help of Audi of Wallingford and salesman Noel! My husband and I purchased a Q3 from Audi of Wallingford.What a terrific experience all around. Dave, Manny, and Kitt are consummate professionals. A fabulous team.Their customer service was/is over -the-top!We couldn t be happier with the time and energy they spent with us. In all my life, I ve never had a better experience purchasing a car.Manny also set all the features up with me which NO one has ever done with me on any previous car purchases. I highly recommend Audi of Wallingford.

Very knowledgeable and polite service center. I had my Q7 serviced on a different Audi dealer and it was not a pleasant experience. I'm glad I came to Wallingford this time. Highly recommended. Ask for Marc. He is the best!

Great experience at Audi of Wallingford! If you're in the market for a great car, go see Noel. He is fantastic - knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. From the salesperson, to the business manager, to the owner - I wouldn't go anywhere else! The car is pretty great too!

Service team always delivers; I put 150k miles on my (purchased elsewhere) used Audi in 5 years and they never missed a beat. When it was time for a new ride, they listened to my needs and helped me find a Certified Pre-Owned car appropriate to my needs. Good communication through the purchase process, advocated for me to their corporate team. Even fixed a minor mechanical issue before delivery and gave me a loaner while they did it. Best car buying experience I ve ever had. Noel was a pleasure to work with, but his sales management team and the delivery staff were on point. Marc is a great service advisor and a real car guy.

Audi of Wallingford made buying a new car as easy and low-stress as possible. From the moment we walked in, the general manager Steve was kind (even offering our 15 month old a stuffed animal to take home!) and connected us with Noel to test drive and finalize our purchase. Adam made my dream come true. Called for a 2022 audi Rs3 from NY and got the best deal and best service ever. Called on a Wednesday picked up the car that Saturday. I can t say enough, how amazing the team at Audi of Wallingford was and made me feel like family. I will definitely be recommending people to Adam and the team at Wallingford.

Fantastic experience. Tim and Kitt helped us get a great deal on our new RS e-tron GT and were extremely responsive, helpful, professional, and courteous. I don't know yet if we're going to get another Audi after this lease is up, but if we are I know exactly where I'm going to get it.

Leased an Audi and had a fantastic experience with Adam and Kit, both of whom were incredibly professional and quickly moved things along. I typically hate the car dealership process, but their team made it quick and easy, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was perfect with the car. Would absolutely recommend this team and dealership.

Purchased a new Q5 over the Easter weekend and our salesman Noel was amazing! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only downside was the no free oil changes . Other than that, everyone (Kit, Steve& Noel) were all a pleasure to work with.

This place really made my car buying experience an awesome time. I worked with Noel S. from the start and have to say I was impressed with his work ethic. He was responsive throughout the day, had clear and concise answers, and most importantly learned what I wanted as a customer. Just bought a Audi Q5 on Saturday. Such a quick and easy process. Our salesman Noel was the best and was able to make the transaction happen on the same day! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Financing was great also, he was so friendly and all paperwork was handled quickly and organized. All around great experience!

Usually I dread the car buying process but Noel and crew helped make the experience a positive one. I was impressed with Noel s professionalism and got a real sense that he valued my time. I was left feeling excited about my new car and felt confident I was buying a quality vehicle that fit my needs and price range. Dealing with their financing department was easy and I felt zero pressure to add on unnecessary upgrades to my deal. Noel our sales agent handled my Moms purchase of her 2nd Audi. He was very professional and demonstrated to us that he was very knowledgeable about the product. He was patient and ensured that while we waited we were comfortable and that all our questions were thoroughly answered. He took excellent care of my mother as she sought to purchase her new car.This is my mother s second Audi. She was nervous to go through the process after such a long time with her first Audi (which she loved) but Noel put her at ease with her newest purchase. He was upfront about what to expect and that was comforting.Thank you Noel. Excellent Job!!!

Sales department is a pleasure to deal with. This review is more towards service. Brought in my car for a tire after a puncture, and waited an hour and a half before being told they ordered the wrong tire. Brushed it off and went elsewhere.Sister brought her Q5 with a 3.0 supercharged with 50k miles in due to increased oil consumption. All her oil changes and services were done at this dealer. Mark the service advisor tried to take advantage of her and tried scaring her saying she needs an engine replacement due to piston rings failing. Took 4 visits to do diagnostics because they took the wrong measurement and had to redo the test. She was barely past warranty for time but under for mileage. I tried to see if Audi USA would help with good will, which failed. Had my sister call and talk to Mark while I listened and he kept advising her the best option was to sell the car to someone without mentioning the issue, which immediately made me concerned. I chimed in and mentioned a common issue, PCV, which he brushed off and would not want to investigate further. He kept bringing up how difficult it would be for them to get the car in to either rebuild or replace the engine, and was throwing ballpark numbers around thinking it s a 4 cylinder. I had enough at that point as it was clear he had no idea what he was talking about and was trying to justify it being a $20k job. Now that her car is out of warranty, she will not be going back. I ve had more pleasant experiences at Audi of Fairfield if anyone needs an alternative. The advisor even gave me a free quart of oil for her car without question, and her car was never serviced there.I reached out to an Indy shop, and described symptoms to which the shop said it most certainly the PCV. Had that shop do the work, and he showed me the valve, took care of other maintenance items with the supercharger off, all for under $2k. This was over 6 months ago and there has been no oil consumption since.This experience was awful enough that I steered away from Audi even though I loved my S4. Between Audi USA not helping or holding the dealer responsible, and the attitude from the this service department, it left a bad taste in my mouth. My new BMW has been great and the new service team has been honest and forward.TL:DR: get a second opinion if Mark tries to con you into a big repair. Very unethical and unprofessional for a brand I thought of very highly. Audi makes good cars, but if you re not very knowledgeable in automotive, it can turn sour quick.

Must READ! My 16 year old son and I went to their Audi Service today to get a stripped lug nut loosened up on his first ever car! The guy who greeted us outside was awesome. BUT the head service guy behind the desk was horrible. He was immediately pessimistic and spoke down to us. He told us it would be at least a 2 hour wait and the minimum cost would be at least $175 and scared my 16 year old son telling him it could cost him up to $2000!!! When he learned that we were putting caliper covers on he said they would never fit. I showed him the installation of the front one and he said well you ll never get the back ones to fit . At that point we left. Surprise Surprise We went to a guy down the street and he took the lug nut off within 10 seconds! My son and I then installed all caliper covers in under 40 minutes. Cost for lug nut removal $0.00 and he refused to take a tip!! Calipers NO problems at all. Audi Service ..Not what I expect from a company like Audi. I must say the service guy at the desk was not only a major disappointment but he was truly upsetting no reason. Others staff were very nice but I would not recommend this service department. We own a Porsche, Infinity Qx80, and an Audi. We have never been spoken to like this. Always top notch service where we take our cars. Not this guy and will never go back to them for our Audi or buy from them. Too bad.
