I went to DMV in Norwich to get my car registered didn't have a good experience. Called up Pannell's about emission test, a friendly voice, Michelle answered the phone. Asked her what I needed: "$20 cash and your car keys."They were fast (not even 10 minutes), organized, and a very clean sitting area.Thank you all!!!! My car is registered now yaaaaahoooo

I went to Pennell s to get two tires mounted. I asked if they could fix a leak in one of my back tires. Not only did they fix the leak but they checked my other tire also and that had a leak, which I had no idea about. They went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was so nice and my final price was a lot lower than any other place I called. I will be using them for any problems with my car and I suggest people do the same!

A really nice family run business. I have gone to them once for auto issues and many times for emissions tests. They have always been fun and friendly and reasonably priced. Service has always been quick. Because you can easily overhear day to day operations while sitting in the waiting area, they have always been polite and pleasant to everyone on the phone and usually trying to assist them or accommodate them in any way they can. You can also usually get the feel from someone when they are just putting on an act and I have always felt they have been very genuine and sincere. I have no issues going back to them anytime.

Tyler was so helpful, he went into detail on all the questions we had and made sure we full understood everything. They went over the car again once we confirmed we wanted to take it home to make sure it was all up to par. We will be returning for our next car purchases! Thank you so much for treating us like family even though it was the first time we met the team. Thank you all!!

The place seemed to be great. The phone person was very nice. I had 2 blown tires and AAA recomeded. The place. I just was stressed and wanted my car off the road. In hindsite i should have went to a tire place. I called in the afternoon and said my car would be ready by 5. At 445 the owner said he couldnt finish. I said im stranded here and need my car you said it would be ready at 5. He raised his voice when he didnt get his way. I understand his anxious to get home after a long day but it only took 15 minutes when I demanded he finish the work. Taking an extra day off from work is invonvient and cost me and my wife 200$ in lost wages. The owner then proceded to tauny me by putting my blown tire in front of the door and making it my fault he cant finish easy maintence. The phone person also claimed she said she would call me when the work was done when me and my wife both heard over the phone the work would be fone by 5. The owner also said to me when i told him i was stranded to call for a ride. He said ur an uber driver you must have friends to pick you up. Whatever that means. Probably just ignorant. I dont recomend this place although the work was very nice and the tires are great. Its too badService: General repairs & maintenance

I am so displeased and alarmed. I had my vehicle towed here after my car wouldn t go past a certain speed. They told me the diagnosis which was one coil and 4 spark plugs. I paid over $700.00. They assured me my car would be ready Monday evening. They called me letting me know my car was finished then proceeded to tell me I had 2 leaking axles. So therefore it was not an accurate diagnosis the first time. My relative picked up the car for me and immediately the car and the car started bucking doing the exact same thing as it did before. They then proceeded to state that the car would need ANOTHER coil!!! Therefore they must have never test drove the car and messed up on the diagnosis yet again, Corrupt and trying ti get MORE $$$. This is NOT okay. I do not trust this business AT ALL. I will dispute the charges if I don t get proper service!!!

I purchased a Santa Fe 2014 Hyundai at Pennell Auto. I did a lot of research before buying it. Pennell s has best pricing and wonderful customer support. They made the process easy. Came here today to see if they did emissions. Michelle was so friendly and helpful, had us in and out in like 15 minutes with the car pulled up front for us, paperwork on seat, running and ready to go. Best service around!

Great people here!! I always go there to do my car emission. Fast easy and great services!! The people that works there have many years of experience. Front desk beautiful young lady very sweet. Need anything to be done or fix in your car go there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Pennell s did amazing service for my wife and I! We were about to leave for a cross-country road trip when we found some serious issues with the car. We took it to Pennell s, and they did great service on the car, and the customer service was excellent. Pennell's is a fantastic Auto Center. Everyone who works there is such a pleasure to deal with. I made the appointment with Joe, the owner, who was able to schedule me quickly to make the repairs and maintenance I needed. Grace called me promptly with the cost quote prior to them doing any work. Then when I went to pick up my car it was less than they had told me because Mike finished the job faster than expected and they gave me that labor savings! My car drives like its brand new again and I couldn't be more pleased. They are honest, efficient and great at what they do.

Excellent shop to take your car or truck to. Very honest and trustworthy company. I dropped my vehicle off to be fixed and within two days the vehicle was done. Great prices and great customer service. Will definitely bring all my business there from now on.

Just picked up my 2018 Suburu from Pennell's Auto Detailing on Rt 32 in Uncasville/Montville. Gabriel did a fantastic job! Car is showroom clean, inside, outside, and under the hood! Engine is Showcar clean! It looks and smells brand new! Their 3 tier pricing menu is great! I highly reccommend this business!

A couple of weeks ago I had to tow my ranger to a place close enough by where I wouldn't have to make an extra drive to go pick it up. Although I couldn't spell the name of this place correctly if my life depended on it, the customer service was great. They touched base with me multiple times in the week to let me know the status of the repair, i.e. electrical then fuel pump, and let me know the approximate cost of repairs so I could prepare myself mentally. Joe was the gentleman that helped me out, real good guy very honest and straightforward. Ultimately the cost came out lower than I would have expected and the truck is purring like a kitten, glad to have her back.

I came here by the suggestion of a friend because one of my windows wouldn't go up using the switch inside the car. I took it to Pennell's, they replaced the window regulator and about a day or two after, the lock on the same door wouldn't lock and would rattle if it tried. I took it back to Pennell's and explained the issue. The fixed it within about two hours and called me to tell me the problem, which they found was their doing. Love the staff here, definitely recommend!

Rapid, honest responses to your questions and auto problems. Very fair price even inexpensive. Also able to accomplish more precise diagnosis as they seem to have invested in expensive diagnostic equipment whereas "competitors" are still flying by the seat of their pants and not keeping up with the technology in today's cars. Trustworthy.
