TL;DR:Ever felt uneasy dealing with mechanics, plumbers, or contractors, fearing being taken advantage of? Glen is the person who alleviates those concerns instantly upon meeting him. He is swift, honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and offers fair pricing. It's clear he cares and loves what he does. I wholeheartedly recommend him, having already done so to several friends!__Recently, I returned from engaging with three different mechanics over several months, attempting to diagnose an issue with my motorcycle. Each one provided varying opinions and charged steep fees, leaving me with an unresolved problem. Even the official Husqvarna dealership at Roost Power Sports was at a loss. Faced with such uncertainty, I turned to Glen.Upon my first visit to his garage and after introducing myself and mentioning the high praise he received online, he assured me, "We get work done here." I was convinced he was the right choice. After sharing my extensive journey trying to identify the issue, Glen patiently explored a variety of potential causes, pointing out simple aspects overlooked by previous mechanics. While awaiting parts and conducting thorough research on my motorcycle, he consistently updated me on progress, costs, and managed my expectations with consideration. He took my millions of questions over text in stride and provided great customer service.Ultimately, Glen pinpointed the problem and promptly addressed it. He elucidated the root of the issue, advised on preventive maintenance, and was transparent throughout the process, contrasting with the gatekeeping or ineptitude of some mechanics I've encountered before. Collaborating with Glen was a pleasure, and I can't recommend him enough. Glen is AMAZING. My Ninja 300 was stolen and recovered, so I took it to him to fix all the damage from the theft and do a super service since it'd been sitting for 10 months. It's like I never lost her in the first place. Came across Glenn thru Google, originally came to him for a tire repair on my electric scooter - got the job done even though it wasn't a service he offered! After this service was done I immediately brought my motorcycle to him for service and minor modifications. 10/10 would and will recommend him moving forward. This place is awesome!! Small business with great experience and good prices. Your bike will feel better than new after it s been repaired. I had some tires, brakes and other work done and never had an issue after. Except that I needs tires brakes and maintenance done again and guess where I m going. The service was fast, efficient, and meticulously done. Very knowledgeable. Was thinking of getting rid of my bike with all the frustration I was having with my ride. Decided to give Glen a try, and boy I was glad I did. Now, no more issues and feels new again. I don't want anyone else touching my bike after he got done with it. I recently acquired a 2008 Honda Rebel over the summer and noticed once I completed my safety course and successfully obtained my motorcycle endorsement shortly after riding and getting more familiar with my bike I discovered I could not idle with my choke off and after doing research I learned what the problem was and discovered Glen s business and gave him a call, he was very responsive as he also right off the top of his head just from me explaining what was going on knew the issue and validated it for me, gave me a quote and asked me to drop my bike off. After dropping my bike off I left it with him in a rough condition and got my bike back smooth as butter, it s almost as if he got my bike running in it s mint form and what more can a biker with mechanical issues ask for? This guy is the real deal and if ever you need some work done please do give him a call or shoot him a text you will not regret the thorough touch and approach this gentleman has when servicing your bike.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires
