Always excellent service!Went in for a blown out tire, been going to Jensen for years. Tom recommended 4 tires which I knew I had to replace before winter and he got us a great tire and a great deal. They are always looking to help people out and are big contributors to our community and Boy Scouts.Service: Tires

When I began working in Trumbull in 2019, a colleague recommended Jensen's Tires and I've been with them ever since. I trust them. And as a woman, it is very challenging to find a trustworthy auto shop. Eddie and Tom are my faves. I recently bought a new car and refuse to go to dealer for service. I really can't be more appreciative and thankful for Eddie's services as he dealt with my issue in the most outstanding, friendly, and professional manner. My wife and I were traveling from Long Island to Boston on a Friday night when my back tire's sidewall blew out right outside of Trumbell. AAA towed my car to Jensen for us so that we could get the tire replaced. Eddie was gracious enough to go out of his way and install a new tire so that we could continue our drive up to Boston. The customer service was amazing, he went out of his way to help us out in our situation, and he was quick so that we were able to get back on the road. I'd definitely recommend them for any of your automotive needs.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I have been taking my car to Jensen's for at least the past 15 years, and I really have to wonder what some of these reviewers are talking about. In all the years of our dealings he has been honest, fair, and have never heard Eddie utter a bad word to any customer, including myself. Above all, he is a excellent mechanic and his staff is very competent. I have recommended Jensen's to many of my friends and they have not been disappointed. I and my family value and appreciate the work Eddie and staff have done for us over the years and we will continue to bring our cars there for service.

As always, Eddie and his amazing staff provided quick and quality service for both mine and my husband s vehicles. They go over everything with you before they conduct the services and are very trustworthy and transparent.Jensen s is a place you can go where you know you are in good hands and will get service above and beyond.

I have had multiple vehicles serviced and repaired at Jensen and will not even consider going elsewhere. Great service, fair prices, and most importantly quality work. Tom even went out of his way to make renting a car an easy process. Highly recommended Jensen Tire & Automotive for all your service and repair needs!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Jensen for years. Both Eddie and Tom are great at what they do. They are very reasonable, professional and provide high quality service. I recommend them as my go to for anyone who needs new tires or repairs done.

Took my car in for service, was quoted $1500 for repair. I decided not to get it fixed because it was 15 yrs old and would need a major paint job too. I bought a new car and later decided to go ahead and get the car fixed to keep as a spare. This time the guy said that he needed to do more diagnostic work and that $1500 was the minimum and it could cost as much as $2400. I said "fine" he said it would be about 2 weeks.....for 2 MONTHS I saw the car parked in the same exact spot, untouched. I called and they made up some story about what they had diagnosed so far. I ended up selling the car to them (which I regret) When I stopped in to empty out the car, the battery was so weak the parking lights barely came on when I unlocked it with the remote. I got the impression he was upset that I didn't fix it the first time, but what business is that of his? Very dishonest in my opinion. If my car broke down in front of this garage I would have it towed elsewhere.

Eddie and Tom at the Trumbull location have always taken great care of my cars well, have away been fair, and most importantly, they do great work. I have had them do work on Hondas, VWs and my Mercedes. Recently I had them do a transmission service on my Mercedes AMG that the dealership missed the last time I had it serviced They did it perfectly and have improved the drive of the car. I highly recommend them.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

The guys crooked he lied about something he claims I needed without realizing I had more knowledge about it than he did than he kept the b's up trying to cover up he was caught snake in the grass looking for vulnerable people he can rip off

Reliable, trustworthy, and competent mechanics that will not railroad anyone. Services are rated at reasonable prices and each staff member takes time to explain the diagnosis procedure of your car. Questions are answered with respect. I have chosen Jensen's over the car dealership where I bought my car from.

Went to Jensen's for a AAA free brake and tire inspection. Only one word to describe them, FANTASTIC! They were quick, courteous and thorough. Will definitely be returning for all my auto maintenance. Nice work Jensen!!!!

I have been brining my vehicles to be serviced at Jensen Tire & Auto for years. They have always provided me with excellent service at very reasonable prices. Whether you are looking for new tires, repairs, or looking to build a custom Jeep - Jensen Tire & Auto is the place to go. I highly recommend them, Tom and Eddie are great guys who run a great shop!

I had a car I bought through a relative sitting in my driveway for 4 months. We had issues with the registration and after 2 weeks the battery died and then for 4 months the car had just sat there. We brought out to Jensen's, they told us the issues with the car straight and we decided to get it all repaired away once. On top of changing the battery we had to replace the starter some break axles and some other issues with the car. It took them just a few days and when picking it up they gave me some sage advice on how to keep the car in good health, paperwork for lifetime warranty on the tires and most importantly didn't patronize me because i obviously didn't know what i was buying into when i got the car.I only wish they were open on the weekend and did emissions testing but in life you can't have everything. Hoff customer service is good enough for me.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Service was great as always. Needed new tires, the tires that were recommended provide a smooth ride, good traction with no road noise. They were not pushy about getting tires. They inspected the old tires and gave me the option as to replacements. I will keep coming back for my auto service needs.

Recently had a great experience with Jensen. Thought I might need a new alternator, but turned out to just need a new battery. Jensen could have easily told me it was the alternator but they went the honest route and it was a quick, easy and inexpensive fix. Will definitely use them again next time I need service.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Jensen since 2008 and I have never had anything but professionalism at the Trumbull shop. All of my cars were taken care of in a reasonable fashion for a reasonable price..not sure what the issue here is on Google but don't be swayed by negative reviews.Give them a try for yoursel!

Eddy, Tom, and team are great mechanics!We have used their excellent services for several years now and are always satisfied.And thanks to Eddy's wisdom and advice (and my bad judgement and experiences) I will never use a car wash place for mechanical and electrical problems ever again!Lesson learned!

I will only bring my cars to Ed and Tom at Jensen Tire. Clearly communicated estimates. Always on time and within budget agreed on. I would highly recommend Jensen Tire !!! Comfortable place for anyone to service a car ,hands down.

Jensen's is not only your go-to for Automotive needs, they are also a massive supporter of local non profit youth organizations, especially the scouts. Jensen's continued support of local youth organizations, professionalism and work ethic are all the reasons my family has made the switch to their shop. Support your local businesses, stay away from the franchises and give them a try!

I am the owner and recently was told about the negative responses on google. We strive to meet all customer expectations. I apologize if there are a few people that felt they were not treated fairly. I am always available to correct the situation and do my best to resolve upset customer concerns. The response here about the prejudice I find hard to believe as we have a very diverse group of customers, that are pleased with our services. We try our best to to treat people as we are treated. As far as pricing we compare our prices and service regularly to quality dealership work and strive to meet customer needs. We will always price match for tires or service. If anyone feels there is an issue they can contact me directly at I will do my best to rectify the situation.

Misdx my car, tried to charge 1700$ also insulted my car and totally rude and charged 100$ to do absoloutly nothing but make the problem worseDecided not to pay that absurd amount had it checked out by someone else in bridgeport i was going to go to originally but they were busy and they ended uo fixing it in half the time for 400$ and correctly spotted the issue. These guys are money hungry quacks with no experience. Never again.

Thomas is very professional and accommodating. He is always able to get what I need done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Their tire warranty is unmatched and they offer loaner cars if needed.
