I had a great experience with Torrington Toyota. I live in Queens, NY and searched online for a vehicle that fit my wants and needs. I came across one at Torrington Toyota and submitted an inquiry late in the evening. I received an email from Tee the very next morning. He was very responsive and provided me with the information I needed. I decided to purchase the vehicle from Tee and sent over all the necessary information to him so he could start the process to help minimize the amount of time needed to finalize the purchase. I drove out to the dealership 2 days later and Tee greeted me and was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend Tee and Torrington Toyota. Tee made the entire purchase process very seamless.

Excellent Service from Tee. I recently had a fantastic experience buying a car. thanks in large part to the exceptional service I received from Tee. he was attentive, and answered all my questions, explained the process as i plan to buy remote. later i drive and bought the vehicle. it is very quick. Excellent customer service from start to finish. T was my salesperson and was extremely responsive and available. I was able to pick up the car within days of test-driving it. Slight service issue was discovered day after pick up and the service department responded quickly and with utmost professionalism. I was back on the road and am a very satisfied customer. We recently purchased a new SUV from Torrington Toyota and couldn't have been happier with our overall experience. The staff was accommodating and transparent.Tee, Dave and Jesus were straight forward and communicative throughout all aspects including trade-in negotiation, delivery and financing of our new vehicle. Went to go look and test drive a Supra they had at the dealership as I may be purchasing one in the coming future, and was blown away by the staff here. I was immediately greeted by Gil, a salesman at the location. Gil was super friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Danny was also amazing in letting us come to talk about the car / answered any questions we had. The whole team in general, was just awesome and I apologize if I excluded anyone! I did not end up grabbing the car due to personal reasons, but will most definitely be coming back when I am ready as this detailed level of care is hard to find!

I have never had a better car buying experience.I am a 62 year old female. Last night I bought a full size pick up truck.(Tundra) I drove out of Torrington Toyota last night with my new truck, knowing I was given the best deal and treated so good by the staff at that car dealership. The men I dealt with were Damon Stefko, Tee Hausey and the Owner Dave Uteck. All three of them were honest, Informative, educated, professional, patient and went out of their way To give me the best possible deal that they could give me as well as putting me in the right vehicle for me and familiarizing & educating me with my new investment. I will never go anywhere else for a new vehicle, if I ever even need one after this purchase. Thank you, gentlemen.

Tee Hamzy helped us trade in our car on Saturday for a new Toyota Carolla Cross. It was the easiest trade-in we've ever done! Wedealt with Subaru and Ford, previously. This experience was very low stress- in and out in a few hours. We will definitely buy our cars there in the future and will recommend Torrington Toyota to anyone asking. The longest wait was getting in touch with our insurance agency.

All the staff is amazing here with exceptional customer service. From my sales rep Larry to the owner, n lastly finace.. were all like a breath of fresh air, like above n beyond (w/o getting too much into the details) ! Well worth the hours of driving to and from this place over anywhere else. Will be coming back when it's time for the next trade-in for certain! -side note..Kids of all ages to adults were having fun at this place in between times, which I don't think I've ever noticed at any dealership. This place and its team is def one of a kind! Thank you for my 2024 highlander XLE that I couldn't get anywhere else!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Tee is a really nice salesman and there was no pressure at all. The car was waiting for me when I got there and ready for my test drive. The manager of the dealership, Danny was also low pressure and just a super friendly guy. Damon the Business Manager was easy to work with. I bought a 2018 Sequoia for my wife and she loves it. On many recommendations, I walked into Torrington Toyota looking for my next vehicle. I spoke with the Dan and he put me in great hands with Tee. From there it was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had. The price was extremely fair for what the current insane market dictates. The communication was prompt and I never felt out of the loop. Nothing was forced on me once we headed to the finance manager's office and after a few signed papers my beautiful 4Runner was on the road headed home. I would like to publicly thank Dan and Tee for making feel great about his purchase!

We were in the market for a car and were not looking forward to the whole process. At the recommendation of family, we reached out to Larry Valenta at Torrington Toyota and he had the 2024 RAV4 Hybrid we were looking for at a competitive price. We made an appointment and upon arrival the RAV4 was out front ready for a test drive. We loved the car, and it had all the accessories and features we were looking for. After verifying the numbers with Larry we had a deal and drove away in our brand new RAV4 Hybrid. We are so thankful that we reached out to Larry and to Torrington Toyota who made the whole process enjoyable.

What can I say? Tee is like an uncle who always smiles when you come by. I ve purchased cars many times but never in such a relaxed manner. We love our RAV4 Prime and Tee made sure we were satisfied before we left.

Short version: Tee Hamzy is a God among men. He is the most extraordinary salesman I have ever worked with and he made the whole process extremely simple. Don't just go to this dealership, go to Tee. He's a superhero.Long version: I have been stalking and desperately searching for a specific car with specific options for 4 months. I've called everywhere, I've put down deposits just to find out weeks later they couldn't get the car. While checking the online inventory it looked like Torrington was getting the car I wanted, and I'm an hour+ away. When I called and spoke with Tee, he confirmed all the details and timeline immediately, exactly where the car was in transit, and within moments the deposit was down and the car was mine. Tee explained the process, worked with me to get all of the stuff done in advance, and was both accessible and thorough (he even answered my call while he was at the Drs office, which I felt a bit bad about but goes to show how far he will go for his clients).Because he set such clear expectations, the day I was to get the car everything was signed and sorted so quickly. He then took the time with me to show me all of the features, answer all my questions, setup my Toyota profile and I was on my way!It's worth mentioning this is the 3rd dealership in the area I've visited and talked with to get this car. One dealership gave me the "you know, you should settle for something else little lady, these cars are hard to come by" which is gross and demeaning. Another made promises they couldn't keep.Tee was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and exceeded my every expectation. He even entertained a few additional questions the day after I bought it, demonstrating that the customer experience does not stop after he's made a sale. I will shout it from the rooftops if ever my friends are in the market for a new vehicle.I will also say, everyone I interacted with at the dealership, albeit briefly, was extremely kind. They all seemed attentive and made me feel respected (none of this "little lady" business) and I really enjoyed everyone I interacted with. Car buying is intimidating, but this didn't feel intimidating for a moment.Thank you, Tee. You're a true professional :)

Mr. Tee and Torrington Toyota together is an example of what a business should be. It was just amazing how Tee goes above and beyond from his responsibility to satisfy a client. I am from NJ, 2 and a half hours drive but he made the business so easy that I would not hesitate to drive there again. This is an overdue but well deserved review that I could not miss.Since January 2023 we had been looking for Highlander Hybrid Platinum 2023 for months, talked with many dealers and visited at least 10 of them in person around NJ and NY. None had the right trim, everyone was asking 3k-10k on top of the MSRP and the delivery would take 3-6 months.Seeing the inventory shortage I started to expand my search to PA, VA, CT and so on. On March 25, Saturday late night I noticed Torrington had the car I wanted and I immediately requested more info even though I knew there was a slim chance to hear back. Most dealers usually get back saying it's sold already and if they can offer any other trim. Surprisingly enough Tee gets back on Sunday morning, everything finalizes by the afternoon. Monday I drove the rare trim car home and only had to stay there for about an hour to complete the process. They knew I wouldn't be able to take the car for servicing which is their after sale business and still they did not take advantage.I would definitely give 10+ rating if I could for Torrington Toyota's business ethics and exceptional service from Mr. Tee. And to be honest Torrington will be my go to place for any future car needs.

Excellent dealership. The owner David is a great guy very personable, as well as his small sales team. My saleman was T who was an absolute gentleman.They are a honest dealership. Highly recommended!!

Tee and the guys at Torrington Toyota are amazing and have become family to our family! They are incredibly helpful, patient and just don t right a breath of fresh air in the process of car buying! I live 200 miles away so I was worried about buying a car remotely and how I would be treated. Need not worry. Their sales consultant Randy Klonowski was super responsive. He gave me a quote, sent me the docs, and answered all the questions I have by email or phone. I made the 3.5 hrs drive and he was waiting to greet me at the door when I arrived. I signed the papers in less than 10 min (yes I read the docs). There was no sales pitch or BS. Everything was exactly as agreed. Randy brought me to the car that's waiting in the indoor heated bay. I must have the biggest grin on my face when I saw my brand new 2021 Rav4 Prime. Randy spent the next 20 min or so patiently walked me over the features. I could not ask for a better sales consultant. Randy was honest, courteous, and super chilled. I am very happy with my purchase experience at Torrington Toyota!

Tee was phenomenal when selling me my first-ever car: a 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and even accommodated my family members when they came to support me. We received food, water, and exceptional customer service from him. He offered me one of the cars while I was waiting for the bank to approve my loan so that I could get food. The person you should talk to if you consider a Toyota is Tee!

I have free oil changes. They did not fill the oil up on the last change. It was half full. I had a survey sent to my email. I was not happy and gave Torrington a poor rating. The next day the service manager called me. We spoke for a while and I told him that this was the first time that I notice that the oil was half full.Now you know that they look at the surveys, and this my friends is customer service. I have bought Toyotas from three dealers in CT. Torrington by far is the best. I traded in a 2011 Highlander, when I bought my 2016 4Runner. Torrington gave me $2000.00 over what A1 offered. I will be buying my 2022 Tundra from them as well, and the owner is fantastic as well.

My experience with Torrington Toyota and with Dave and Tee was so nice and easy. Dave helped so much with picking out what I needed and Tee handled my Venza lease and explained everything to me. It was such an easy process for my first lease and when I picked up the car Tee helped me set it up! Everything was no pressure and they both were so kind and genuine in wanting what was best for me.

I just purchased a used Tacoma and would highly recommend Torrington Toyota. Larry was great to work with from the original phone call all way through final details of the purchase. He even noticed something during the test drive that I didn't notice and said "I'm going to get that fixed". I live an hour away from Torrington but I wouldn't hesitate at all to do business there again.

Leaving a 5 star review because everyone at Torrington Toyota has been nothing but amazing to our family. I have purchased both of my vehicles here, and recently needed my car fixed due to an unforeseen circumstance. Dave, T, Chris and everyone at the dealership and auto-body shop went above and beyond making sure I got my vehicle back in a timely fashion, being extremely understanding of the situation. I would not go anywhere else if there comes a time I need another vehicle or repairs done. Such kind people, and I am beyond grateful! Thank you Torrington Toyota for being there when customers need you!
