This was the best car buying experience ever! Todd was very helpful and explained everything to me. I have never felt relaxed in a car dealership you're always on edge and stressed, not here. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was so great!!!

I had the best car buying experience ever today! Eric, John and the finance staff were amazing!! I finally got a car in the color I wanted and all the features I need. Eric made everything go smoothly and I was in and out of the dealership quick! I really can t stand car shopping but Todd Nissan made it more enjoyable for myself and my family. Thank you so much!!

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very fair pricing. In the past, I went to my local Nissan dealer in Avon. Unhappy with their service. Very Happy that I found this dealership. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

A few weeks back I made my first big purchase on a newer used car. Everyone who I worked with at Todd Nissan was very welcoming and respectful to me. They listened to all my questions and were able to answer them all. I want to thank John, Micheal, and Eric for my great experience at Todd Nissan of Torrington. I love my 2020 Nissan Versa and I wouldn t have been able to make this wonderful purchase without such a great team to guide me through it, especially being my first purchase at a dealership.

The entire buying and leasing process was pleasurable and easy! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman in Benjamin Carmona. He was personable, courteous and easy to deal with. I just leased a new Rogue from Todd Nissan. This is our 3rd Rogue, so I knew the vehicle and exactly what we wanted. I went to multiple dealerships, Nissan and Honda, before driving to Todd Nissan, and I am so happy that I did. Our salesperson John was friendly and helpful, and the General Manager Eric was honest. Both John and Eric communicated well and helped get us our new Rogue.Michael in the fiance department was excellent to work with, too. If you are in the market for a car - whether it is a Nissan or not- definitely drive to Todd Nissan in Torrington - you will not be disappointed!

The Todd Nissan service department is the best. We had car trouble late Saturday and Dan let us make arrangements to have the car towed in on Monday. He kept me informed all week as to the repairs and when I could expect to get my car back. He was very easy to talk to and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department!

I have been leasing cars for the last 10 years, 3 different dealerships and this was by far the best experience I've every had. Eli and Frank made our experience feel more like friendly exchange than a business deal. They did not put any pressure on us and helped us through the process with comfort. Used car buyer beware. They had a car on the lot for 3 months, thought I was getting a deal. Drove down from MA, bought it, and shipped it home. Ramp truck, tied down by wheels. Good thing I shipped it because the radiator was blown and leaked coolant like crazy, I never would have made it and could have blown the engine. Lesson learned, always get a pre-purchase inspection done. When I called in they denied knowing anything about leaking coolant. Blamed the shipper, told me I should have just driven it home. That would have been fun. Otherwise they seem like good guys, they just really didn't want to change out this $450 radiator.

I had a very pleasant and nice experience with Todd Nissan of Torrington. All are very pleased and providing all the neccessary details without hesitate. The sales person Ben is very kind. Thank you very much Todd, Ben & Eric for providing such a wonderful experience by delivering the Nissan Rogue S. I would suggest to all to purchase Nissan vehicle here. This is the best place to buy a car in Connecticut. They are focusing much on customer centric approach.

What can I say, customer service is going to be hard to beat after our experience with Eric and his team!Had the car delivered to our door, and in turn, he took the vehicle we were turning in with him! Couldn't get any easier or less stressful!In times like this with the whole car shortage debacle, we were truly impressed with the process. We actually feel like we got a very reasonable deal, I'm sure a lot of people can't say that these days.Looking forward to the next purchase for my husband.

They are ok but I must stress NEVER take an extended warranty from them! They will say it covers everything but twice I ve tried to use it and they say it s not covered. This is for electronics that my mechanic can t fix. So I m stuck! Save your money to pay for the things you ll need repaired rather than wasting it on the warranty!!!

Bruno was fantastic to work with when I just recently purchased my 2022 Rogue Sport. He was friendly and professional but more than that, he is personable and aims for total satisfaction with his customers. He achieved this goal easily with us by quick responses to any questions we had and making sure my wife and I were at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Bruno and his Sales manager Eric if you find yourself at County Line Nissan in Torrington!

If you are looking for the dealership with best the best team I highly recommend this one! Eric & Bruno are the absolute best to work with <3 they truly value their customers and treat them as family! I will definitely send anyone looking for a car to them. We are in love with our new 2023 rock creek pathfinder. They were not pushy at all and definitely understood our situation and were ok with whatever we chose (whether it was going to be a new or used car) & let us take our time deciding what was best for us. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and never felt this level of compassion and satisfaction until I met them. Thank you for your time and helping our family when we were in such a stressful situation you guys really made it such an amazing experience.. I will never forget everything you did for us!

Dan, Joe, and Quinn provided excellent customer service. We were pleased with the service that was performed, and we feel a very noticeable improvement in the way the car rides and handles with the new tires that were installed. Dan was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right tires for our vehicle. The work was done right, and in a timely manner.

Todd , Eric and Michael were absolutely phenomenal. I stopped in , with the full intention of going to a competitor that I ve worked with in the past. However , with their above and beyond customer service , they not only sold me a car , they gained a customer for life. Absolute asset s to the team , all of them. Glad I stopped in on a fluke.

I recently purchased a used truck from County Line North. It was hands down the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I worked with Bruno in sales who was great. I also ended up working with the other salesman for delivery, who was equally helpful and easy to deal with. Lastly I worked with Michael, their finance manager, who was excellent. There was no pressure on anything and everyone there seemed to want to make the experience smooth and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I don't typically write many reviews, but they deserve a good one.

The new franchise for what has been Alfano Nissan of Torrington. Several key employees from the previous franchise are still around, thankfully. The Service Department is extremely helpful and always take good care of my Pathfinder. There is free wi-fi, coffee by Keurig, handicapped accessible bathrooms and entrances. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and personable.

My husband a I did a massive search of all Nissan dealers from London UK before we moved back to the USA in August 2022. We wanted an inexpensive car for utility runs expecting to order a more expensive electric as our main car. There were no electric vehicles available within our time frame expectations for a new car. We chose the Versa based on our needs and promising reviews. But no one prepared us for a ubiquitous market value adjustment that every local dealer was applying. The lack of supply and post pandemic demand resulted in grossly inflated car prices - unapologetically at nearly $25,000 for the SR, with no value-added from dealer-shops. County Line Nissan North was a standout with its open and honest business profile, prices and services. We were not charged any premium or hit with mandatory coatings or any other dealer applied services. We preordered the Versa with a $500 depositUpdate Thanksgiving 2023. The versa is a long-term standout. It just went for its third servicing. We re basing servicing on time rather than mileage we ve got 10,000 miles on the car in 14 months. There are no issues with the car at all. Mileage continues to be excellent with recent averages over 40 MPG. The car is roomy for a subcompact, and I can put my road bicycle in the back where the seats folded down and all I have to do is remove my front tire. The seats going down are also very helpful for our garden center run where we have transported over six bags of mulch. There is a performance loss if we have more than three people in the car; it can legally seat five people. And heavy luggage is noticeable when driving, but it doesn t really impede driving,Nighttime performance is outstanding led by the bright LED headlights and the auto function of high and low beams. if you don t need the bulky SUV, you can save a lot of money on gas and have a zippy ride in a really fun vehicle which looks pretty good. This is a hands-down recommendation for versa; Nissan please continue to produce this car because it is a winner!We took delivery in September 2022 of a monarch Orange Versa excellent new car presentation. No issues. First oil change (six months based on low mileage) cost $40.Highly recommended for transparent and fair business dealings and solid service!

Bruno , Eric and your entire sales team are the best i have ever had the pleasure to have had experience with. This sales team is what all other dealerships should model their own teams by. Down to earth, pleasant, responsive, easy going, helpful, understanding, accommodating, just plain nice and the list goes on. I purchased a used car from here and my purchase experience was outstanding! I would purchase another car from this team in the future with no problem and recommend them personally to family and friends. They clearly got me what i think was the car i was looking for and a fair interest rate. There were a few cosmetic issues that were taken care of immediately. There were also service related issues that came into play but i would not want to falter this Sales experience/review by including a service department review with It. Again this is a Sales only review. Great job guys! County Line Nissan North should be proud to have such a Commendable Sales team.

Countyline Nissan Dealer is a great place to shop for Suv, Trucks and cars.The experience was great and Bruno the sale associate is so professional and he took the time to help us out with our selection. I highly recommend this dealership especially if you're looking to buy your first car. I came in with no credit history and they worked tirelessly to help me get the car I really wanted. All of them were extremely kind and did their best to find me a good deal. Chris was an absolute angel of a man so kind and generous making me feel so comfortable. They did not pressure or push me whatsoever and did not take advantage of the fact that I was a woman who knew nothing about car! I am definitely sticking with them! Thank you so much!
