Technicians don't seen very knowledge. Having purchased a 65k Ram in 2022 from another dealership I decided to use Sullivan for any warranty issues because it is closer for me and I purchased my Honda from them. I was told my front right shock having gouges in it from road debris was common and sometimes they squeak going over bumps not to worry about it. It is extremely frustrating knowing my truck was not only expensive and has only 21,000 miles on it and I have to listen to my front end squeak every time I pull into work. It seems as though the easy route for inexperienced technicians is to just give a lame excuse and send the customer out the door hoping the 3/36 warranty is up soon. I blame that on management. I have no problem working on any of my other vehicles at home as mechanic work is basic knowledge but I shouldn't have to do anything to my new truck that should not have any issues already to begin with. It is unfortunate because my salesman at Honda next door is a great guy and I will most likely not return when that lease is up.

This is my regular shop for maintenance on my Dodge Durango. The Service Advisor, Nick, is top notch. I always trust his advice. Work is always done correctly the first time. Cost estimates are always reliable. Each visit is a great experience. Recently bought tires and had them mounted and balanced. Also had a synthetic oil and filter change. High quality work once again.

My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. We purchased a 2015 GMC ARCADIA from them and approximately 6 months later the truck started driving weird. We took it to another GMC dealer, they said there is metal shavings inside of the transmission, and it was going to cost us $7500 to replace the transmission. We asked the salesperson if the vehicle had any engine, transmission or serious issues and he said NO. I m so upset that we trusted that dealership and took their word. I called a few times and never received a call back. We are now stuck with a unsafe vehicle that we are paying a car note on and now we have to replace the transmission.

Had been looking to upgrade my Jeep(Limited) for some time(High Altitude or SRT) and the team at Sullivan was very professional. Scheduled some time to have my car appraised as well as look at some options. To my surprise when I arrived the 2 cars I had mentioned were already parked out front for me to look at.I was not rushed or pressured and took my time looking at the 2. When I was ready I stepped into the office and was greeted by Mike who was great through the whole process. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and did not BS if he did not have an immediate answer.Took the car I was most interested in for a Test Drive and i was very happy so we proceed with the trade process and it was all very smooth! the entire team handled their part without any issues. I scheduled pick up a week later and have now had my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude(5.7 Hemi) for 2 weeks.I look forward to continuing doing business with Sullivan Auto!!! Thank you again, Mike and your team for taking care of me!

Not happy with the lack of communication. Different part was put in vehicle which is the wrong size. If the part wasn t available the dealer should ve contacted me and ask if I wanted to proceed, not make decision for me.

Bought my new dodge ram from Mike. Everyone at the dealership I interacted with was nothing but professional and helpful. I will definitely be returning to service the truck with them! Cannot recommend this dealer enough.

From the first email to the final handshake I was very impressed with the entire sales team. I was traveling from Maine and didn't want to make the trip down until every question was answered about the vehicle I wanted to buy. Everyone was very responsive to emails and phone calls and they assured me the vehicle would be there when I arrived. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend them to all. Don't let the few sour reviews stand out ... they just don't make sense to me. Customer satisfaction seems very important to these folks.

My vehicle went in for warranty repair. Took two week and upon picking it up I found issues. The service writer was to call me to schedule a fix, didn't get a call, stopped in and stated they will call me and they can't do anything right now. Well never got a call.

My sales experience was excellent: Mike McAllister communicated well, addressed any concerns I had, and answered all my questions in an informed and timely manner. I am very pleased with my purchase of a 2023 Gladiator.

Called on a SUV from the dealership website while at another dealership that wouldn't even pick up my call while I was on the other dealership's lot.. so I called Sullivan Jeep. Had no price for the SUV I was Connected to a car specialist named Seth Lamanna. He took his time to find the price as I said I was on my way there. I actually found the car as I drove onto the lot to find Seth getting the car ready for me. He didn't have to do that. What if I never came? Just that fact alone gave me confidence not only in him, but the quality of service I was about to receive from the dealership. Great value for the Tucson and the respect and customer service I received. Definitely a fan of Seth and Sullivan's Northwest Auto! Like Arnold said in the terminator, I'll be back!!!

Josh and Jeremy were very kind and helpful with the sale. The finance employee did not pressure me into extra warranties and additions, but thoroughly explained each one, and he explained it was all up to me. Felt good to not be sold/pressuredInto warranties like other places I have purchased. Josh also made sure any issues I had were fixed and the car was fully serviced before purchasing, and they replaced some expensive parts so I was impressed with that as well. Happy with my experience there.

My car was in the dealership for one month, during that time I never recieved one call about its repair status. Every time I called I recieved the same coined response, "we were just about to call you", this includes when it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Very poor customer service skills.

I had my tires rotated on 6/24 at Northwest and wanted to them to take locking lug nut off the tires. Work was done on time on asaturdayand I did not giveit another thought.Today my mailman left one of my Jeep s lug nuts in my mailbox that he found by my driveway.I looked at my jeep compass and one of the my lug nuts in the front driver side tire was missing. So I took the car back in the garage to put on the lug nut and then proceed to check all the tires since now I do not trust the work done by your dealershipMy car is garaged every night, so this was a miss by the dealership

Went in for a LOF and repair of a non-functioning Tire monitor They charged me for the repair, but did not do it, when it was brought to their attention they attamed numerous times to get it to work, never fixing the problem. They did refund the bulk of the repair bill.

Had a wonderful experience when my Wrangler needed work on the fender. Nick in service was very up front about how much the work could cost. The work was done extremely well. Very happy with Northwest Hills Jeep in the three time I have brought my Wrangler in for service

I have been servicing my Grand Cherokee (and daugher's Wrangler) at NW Hills for many years and they have repeatedly provided excellent service. I'd like to praise Nick at the service counter who always communicates well whether it be for an estimate, an explanation of a mechanical issue or timing of my appointment. Nick is thorough, professional and genuinely a nice guy!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! If I could give this ZERO Stars, I would! I dropped off my car to have tires mounted, aligned and balanced. Not only did it take them 8hrs to complete the job, BUT when I received my car back at closing time, my headrest had a hole, with the fluff coming out as if someone yanked the tires out (they were wrapped with a hard plastic). Peter in the service department refused to acknowledge the damage was done on their time. I called Mike Judson, his manager and he yelled at me over the phone and told me to take a drive to the dealership and he'll determine if it was done on their time. As if I hadn't already wasted enough time. I would NOT recommend them if you love your car like I love mine. Take the extra drive and go to Wallingford or Watertown, they provide much better customer service. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! You've been warned.

Bought 2013 Mitsubishi Evo n got the car home brakes a squeaking window in the rear get stuck going up pulley starting to make noises and needs a stabilizer link asked them to fix it I mean I did just buy the car n they said everything checks out ok....I'm a licensed mechanic everything was not ok. All they did was grease the window tracks everything else sold as is even with a 3k bumper to bumper warranty..... definitely not a happy customer will not be buying from here again.

I needed a car and within three days , thanks to sales rep Howard Beaulieu, a half dozen emails, a phone call and 65 min on site, I drove home in my new beautiful car . There were choices, and the process was seamless. Howard went through the car features before test driving and showed all the tutorials I can access. After the sale I had a service scheduling question, and he promptly responded with all the info.I highly recommend Sullivan Automotive and specifically, Howard Beaulieu.

Buying a vehicle isn t necessarily the most pleasant experience. However, the folks at Sullivan made it so. The folks over there were pleasant, fast and easy for me when I recently purchased my Tacoma from them. My sales rep Robert and the finance crew worked with me and had the keys in my hands in no time. Highly recommended.

This was most likely the worst/rude experience I have had. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The sales person could not even shake my hand. It started off with them accusing me of telling them the wrong milage on the vehicle, and then it was down hill from there. They also claim that they deal with out of state registrations and titling all the time, yet I was driving the vehicle unregistered for a week. And to make it better, instead of them letting me know asap, they waited a week to tell me. Then asked me to drive over an hour to meet them for new plates because it was their mess up. Clearly they have no idea how to handle these matters. Also, they messed up my lease paperwork and had to have that figured out my the leasing company. All in all, if you want everything to go wrong then by all means, buy a car from them.
