Amazing place. Friendly & helpful staff. Totally fun experience --> the kid in you will enjoy the show in the tunnel wash. Signed up for a monthly plan - cheaper than a single wash. Oh, and they have lollipops and dog biscuits for your passengers. It's amazing! Seriously, go check it out

This is not your average grand reopening of a car wash with a quick fix and a fresh coat of paint. It is a total transformation, a leap into the next century of car care, where every detail is upgraded for a top-tier experience. On a chance open New Year's, I was glad to see them open for another 30 minutes. Amazed, this is the same chain I have seen elsewhere but too far to travel. I drove through the wash with a free coupon. My dog usually gets frightened but sat back and watched the light show. I pulled over to one of the dozen spots to clean my car and was impressed with free vacs and every cleaner and cloth you might need. Enjoy investing time and money in your car. The exterior wash and dry could not have been better. The staff was excellent. I spent 30 min doing the interior, and they waited for us to finish after closing. At $26 a month, everything included, and never having to gather whatever you can find at home to wash the car; auto-pay, please.

This is absolutely the best carwash membership I've ever had by far. The staff is very helpful, the property is very clean, your immediate car products are available for free and the price is right. So get down there and join.

This is a terrific car wash! My son loves going and seeing the friendly faces of the staff members who greet us and going through the fun car wash . Grabbing a lollipop before entering and seeing the mechanical acrobats inside are his favorite. He loves it.

I really like coming to this car wash! Everything I need is available and there is so much space to clean my vehicle. They even offer free air fresheners, interior wipes and lolli pops for the kids! When I came through yesterday KC was so kind and helpful! She offered to powerwash my floor mats and did a great job cleaning them! Very friendly staff who look to help out in any way they can! Definitely recommend this car wash!!

Nate was amazing. I had white paint from a scratch on my black paint. He used wipes and it all came off. Cant even tell it is scratched. Above and beyond, he was awesome. Highly recommend this wash to anyone.

Best service and extensive information given by a helpful and amicable employee named Kelly. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She really went above and beyond and deserves praise. Great experience and will reccomend just from the customer service. Car came out looking good also.

Brand new facility in Torrington which changed ownership and the service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and explained all of the services they offered. You used to get free vacuuming but now you need to be a member, I did not get membership at this time but if you live in the area and like a clean vehicle everyday it is worth it. I would recommend stopping by to get your vehicle cleaned.

I was excited to check out the new car wash and was met with a pushy manager trying to get me signed up for a monthly membership. I must of had to say no thank you at least three times. He responded to tell me how much money I won't save, almost trying to bully me into this membership and was very rude. I was in a hurry and maybe would have signed up the next time I was there and had more time but unfortunately we will not be back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the wash wasn't great. The rinse didn't use enough water and my car was left with a lot of soap on it. Also the soap has an extremely overwhelming scent that lasts. Hopefully it will improve soon.

Very happy I was turned away for a little bit of rust. After reading these reviews I think it was for the best. This is Connecticut were we get 8 inches of salt and de icer for a quarter inch of snow. If you are gonna turn people away for rust then please move to the south. The car wash on winsted road has 2 automatic bays including a touchless wash and 3 self service bays. If you are in Torrington and don t want to deal with rude people and a garbage car wash that leaves soap on your car please go there. They know there clients and they realize what state we live in. Rust is on every car here in Connecticut. I will be taking all my business there including a fleet of 3 trucks and 4 cars. Also the fact when they turn u away you have to go back through the entrance while people are trying to come in. Absolutely ridiculous! I would give less stars if I could

Great experience!! They even have floor mat cleaners. Mike saw me trying to manually vacuum out my floor mats and went out of his way to show me where the cleaner was and how to use it.

I open my membership in Bristol very friendly staff, but because I have a tint in the windshield they said the sensor may not read the sticker. So I been coming every week. Today I tried this one in Torrington, the guys at the entrance were very rude, they stopped me telling me that I can t hold the membership sticker and show to the sensor! They told me they have to cancel my membership because I m probably using this with many other cars! (I never thought about it, by the way!) I totally understand the rules, but the nasty attitude they were talking to me is what made me upset!

I was disgusted when I came here with my elderly father. We were instructed to go through the car wash by someone who looked like he had no idea what he was doing, after going through we realized the car wash hadn't done anything except throw soap on the car. Turns out the employee who told us to go through hadn't explained to us the rules. At the end of the car wash an intimidating man came to the window and began to yell at my father. He kept asking why we were in a rush, but we weren't we just were doing what we were told. This was so upsetting, that he is now refusing to speak to anyone because of how embarrassed he was. It was humiliating getting yelled at for following the instructions we were given. If you want to get your car washed go somewhere else.

Not a huge fan, they don t rinse off your vehicle before you go in so the soap and brushes are brushing dirt into your vehicle which will scratch it, and they don t towel dry your vehicle when you re out, and there s still soap on your vehicle when you re done, hope they improve this
