We had all our windows in our home protected with pro-film window film. Tim 's job looks better than factory windows. The film helps keep the house cooler and protects our wood floors. Tim leaves the job cleaner than before he starts. He takes pride in is work ,like it's his own house.I recommend Pro-Film 100%.

Tim and his crew did a residential window project for me that was flawless! Perfect film application. Beyond that, I was very impressed with the care and attention they paid to the room. They had to move a few pieces of furniture and taken down art from the wall--all willingly. Even better, they put everything back in place, just as they found it. I deal with a lot of vendors and one vendor is Pro-Film, very professional and spot on! Tim and his staff were very easy to work with and did a very professinal job and took their time labeling conference rooms with names for us, I would recommend Pro-Film as a top vendor for any letter labeling or window tinting.

Tim recently replaced window film at the Torrington Library. He did an outstanding job! What could have been a challenging (60+ year old film needing to be stripped) job turned into a beautiful end result. We are thrilled with the results. What's better is that we barely noticed Tim was working. There was almost zero interruption to our operations. Great job, Tim!

I contacted Tim and he came out to my home within a few days. He was very kind and professional. He was able to complete the job rather quickly for which I am extremely grateful. My home has Marvin true divided light doors and windows which had Llumar window film installed approximately 20 years ago on the interior side of the energy panels..The film on several energy panels were damaged and I reached out to Pro-Film ( Tim VanDeusen) to inquire if he could replace the film as the original installer who was local, retired.I live in Weston CT and Torrington is 1 1/2 hours away.I was pleasantly surprised to learn Tim was willing to come down. We coordinated the time when he had other work in the area.Tim arrived , did a great job, and was very professional. No job is too small for him and I would have been in a lurch had he not help me . Had Tim come and install security film on some windows and sliding door. From first contact to job completion he was extremely professional. Quality of his work is outstanding. Takes his time to make sure everything is perfect before leaving, and house remains as clean as when he arrived. He actually removed his shoes before walking on my hardwood floors and kept them off even after I insisted he could leave them on. Highly recommended all around great person to work with.

Tim was amazing!I contacted the business phone number and he answered immediately. He was able to come and look at the job within a couple days and scheduled the job. Tim is extremely professional, trustworthy, polite and the application was flawless! As for the film - as soon as it was applied I was able to turn our air conditioning two degrees warmer as it felt too cool in the house!Do not hesitate to contact Pro-Film.... you will not be disappointed!!!!

Outstanding contractor and product overall. Took the time required for not only me but all 11 of my tenants to fully understand why he was doing what he did and how everything worked (offered demonstrations for all tenants upon request). Tim and Pro-Film did a fantastic job on two very big windows at our animal shelter, replacing old window tinting film that didn't work. We are so excited to have this work done to keep the cats much more comfortable in the upcoming summer months. Tim was responsive and professional and got the job done for us quickly and easily, working around the many cats in each room. Thank you so much, Tim! I highly recommend him and his company.

During my recent house renovation, I was advised about window tinting. Reducing sun lights, UV protection and reducing furniture coloring Tim did an EXCELLENT job and I am Very happy with the result. Window tinting by Pro-Film was one of the best decisions I made. I highly recommend Tim for any types of window tinting.

Tim did an exceptional job installing the film on our windows. He is extremely thorough, professional and tidy. He virtually didn't stop working from the time he arrived until the job was completed. Nothing was rushed and the installation is absolutely perfect. The product itself is fantastic, we already notice the decreased heat gain from the windows, especially in this searing heat. Our a/c now copes perfectly when set to 74 degrees whereas before the temperature in kitchen would rise to 78 degrees in the afternoon even with the use of some blinds. Looking forward to reduced utility bills. Thanks Tim!!

I absolutely agree with all the positive reviews about Tim's work: he is professional, timely, and meticulous. He installs a great product at a reasonable price. And a big plus is that Tim does all his own work, so you don't have to deal with a salesman and then wonder whether the installer has enough experience to do the job right. Tim does everything, and he does it extremely well. I wouldn't think of having window film installed by anyone else.

Tim just did a film installation for the Warner Theatre's box office. Tim is extremely professional and meticulous, with an amazing work ethic and customer service. He clearly explained all the options that would cut the glare on computers for the box office staff and even showed us the product he recommended in use at another business. Immediately following installation a staff member sent the following. "The window tint/frost is a LOVELY help. The sun is shining pretty bright right now, and they are definitely working!" Thank you Tim, we would definitely recommend Pro-Film!

Tim did a phenomenal job removing old tint and installing new tint on the windows at our 2 of our offices. He was professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable of the product and helped us choose the right product for the look we desired. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to improve privacy in an office with help from frosted windows, as well as reduce sun glare in an office waiting room!

We used Tim and Pro-Film numerous times over a few months. We liked the work so much the first time, we used him again and again. We had old house window tinting that was poorly installed. Tim removed and replaced. He was generous with his time super professional in all respects. We also have a highly decorated new home and Tim was super careful and considerate of our rugs, fabrics, etc. You must use Tim ! - Davis' of Greenwich

Tim is excellence personified. He knows everything about the various products and did a terrific job at our house. The installation was easy, and because Tim is a perfectionist, it was done in a first-class fashion. At all times, Tim was a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely pleased with the result, and will use Tim again whenever we decide to do more windows. Bottom line, Tim provides enormous value. I would never consider using anyone else.

Outstanding experience working with Tim. Good guy. Fast, expert installation. A dirty little secret in this industry is that many film companies will give you a low quote, and then outsource the work to another contractor (who may not be from the area). Tim does his own work and stands behind it if there is any issue. Don't just go with the lowest quote. Hire Tim even if it's a little bit extra and have that peace of mind. He's heavily booked so don't wait until the last minute!

Tim helped us keep our classrooms cooler. Due to the pandemic our childcare center expanded and added 2 classrooms. Temperatures were getting up into the 80 s with air conditioners and fans running all day. Once Tim volunteered his time, talent, and film, the rooms were in the 60 s & 70 s. A HUGE difference that led to grateful children, teachers, and parents! No more blinding sun to heat the rooms up thanks to Pro-Film!Thank you Tim for helping us keep our cool!!!!

Tim installed film on 15 windows in our very sunlit contemporary house. Echoing other views, he is thorough, meticulous, and responsive. An unforeseen problem developed with 2 windows and he solved it with no quibbles. It's always nice to be able to deal with a local small businessman who really knows what he's doing. Highly recommended!
