These guys are the best. My company truck was involved into a car accident and the guys went above and beyond to make it look great. Easy to deal with, honest! Hard to find in a business these days. Mario, the owner of this shop, is a professional and honest man. My 2017 outback was perfectly fixed after being towed. He kept me informed in a timely manner about timing and everything, making sure he would make my car look exactly like before the accident. He is extremely helpful also dealing with the insurance and the adjusters. I would surely recommend him to all my friends.

The guys at Cerutti did a phenomenal job at repairing some rust and repainting my rear bumper on my 2007 Saab. Mario and Sean are excellent. They were very pleasant to deal with, personable, and down to earth. Not only was the service great, but what I paid was a lot less than what other shops wanted to charge me, some shops didn t even want to take on the job. Can t say enough good things about Cerutti. Would definitely recommend to anyone

They are the best. My brand new Hyundai was in a hit and run accident. The insurance appraiser only estimated the body. They took care of everything and dealt with the insurance. They also got me a great deal on a rental. They are honest and do fantastic work. My car looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot 3000 miles ago. They stayed on schedule even though it was difficult to get parts for a 2018 quickly. They also have a tow service that I have used before getting a new car. So if you need a tow or some auto body work I would highly recommend Cerutti's automotive.

I was fortunate enough to do business with this company and let me tell you the experience was nothing short of fantastic. I d you need a tow in the Greater Torrington area I would definitely call cerutti. Mario is a stand up guy and is willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

I backed Into a tree so I wouldn't hit my daughter dog with my bran new 2019 Honda civic. I brought it all the way from Ohio and they did such an amazing job fighting with insurance companies and fixing my car. I didn't have to worrie about anything but dropping it off and picking it up. Mario also kept us informed every step of the way and he faught so hard with the insurance to pay for new parts not after market. This car looks like I just picked it up from the car lot. Couldn't ask for anything better.

After my car was totaled, the guys at Cerutti s were awesome, from the tow to working with the insurance. Hoping I don t have another car totaled, but they re a great, professional local shop.

They have towed two vehicles for me. A very compassionate business. One car was totaled and helped me process the claim quickly. Great guys to work with.

Used them twice. Very fair tow and storage fees. Mario? was a great guy and very knowledgeable and polite. These are people I want to deal with.

I give Cerrutis a plus they did a wonderful job on my 2017 truck there is no in Torrington that can do a good job like Cerruti and his team of men
