Brought my car in to be fixed and once again had a great experience with Town Line! My car needed both mechanical and body work done. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and really made the process so easy for me. When I picked my car up, not only did they wash/wax the outside, but the whole inside was clean and sparkly as well! It looked like it had just come from being detailed. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, customer service was great, and they really treat you like they care about you coming back again in the future. That's the kind of business I want to work with and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks for a good body shop! Thanks for being awesome, Town Line.

I had my mercedes painted and gave them ample time to do the work.When I went to pick it up the hood was out of adjustment and. Very ovious.Cloudy day so did not see the terrible job they did until later, in which they took back for a week. Slight improvement.Now 6 months later you can see scratches all over the car under the paint!Also my lock acuator does not work properly since they worked on my car a trim piece had fallen off the and list goes on.Stay away

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Townline Autobody Shop, and it is with a heavy heart that I write this review. My encounter with this establishment left me utterly disappointed and frustrated, as their customer service was shockingly terrible. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the pitfalls of engaging with this unscrupulous business.From the moment I walked through their doors, I sensed a lack of professionalism and honesty. The staff at Townline Autobody Shop seemed perfectly content with lying and taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. I vividly recall the false assurances I received upon dropping off my car. They promised to commence work on it immediately, raising my hopes of a swift repair process. Unfortunately, those promises were mere empty words, and what followed was a never-ending waiting game that lasted a mind-numbing seven days. To make matters worse, not once did they bother to call and provide an update on the status of my vehicle. It became abundantly clear that they had no respect for their customers' time or concerns.While the entire team at Townline Autobody Shop played a part in this calamity, the manager named Eddie stood out as the epitome of unprofessionalism. Interacting with Eddie was an exercise in patience and self-restraint. Instead of addressing my valid concerns and providing a satisfactory solution, he opted to unleash his anger and frustration on me during a phone conversation. His tone was offensive, his words were degrading, and his complete disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. Eddie seemed to believe that his authority allowed him to dictate terms without regard for the customer's situation or needs. It was a disgraceful display of unprofessional behavior.To add insult to injury, Eddie went so far as to threaten to leave my car dismantled outside the shop, on the side of the road, without tail lights. Such a reckless and vindictive threat not only showcased his complete disregard for customer safety but also highlighted the depths to which this establishment is willing to sink.Given my harrowing experience, I find it impossible to recommend Townline Autobody Shop to anyone. Their terrible customer service, deceitful practices, and unprofessional behavior have left an indelible mark on my perception of their business. It is disheartening to witness a company that is so willing to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals and tarnish the reputation of an entire industry.In conclusion, I implore you to exercise caution and seek alternative autobody shops in your area. There are undoubtedly businesses that prioritize honesty, professionalism, and customer satisfaction over empty promises and unprofessional behavior. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding Townline Autobody Shop at all costs. Your time, money, and peace of mind are better invested elsewhere.Service: Welding

My car was one of many unfortunate vehicles to have its windows smashed, console ripped out and other damage right before the holidays. I was devastated. Town Line Auto Body was recommended by my regular garage (as they no longer perform body work). I am thankful for the recommendation and couldn't be happier with the work done by Town Line. My car looks phenomenal! Nice people over there too.Second time using them-They did phenomenal work again. My car looks great. They are very pleasant to work with.Service: Body & Trim

I brought in my BMW for a door repair (deep scratch, paint, and dent) and town line did an excellent job. Paint looks brand new and I think they even detailed my car to make the rest of my paint look nice all around.They even replaced one of my side mirror covers at no extra charge.I highly recommend this shop, best price in the area and they do high quality work.Thank you!

I couldn t agree more with all the previous reviews. My son who works up the road at Rockville Equipment highly recommended this shop and I have had them do several repairs on my truck. Their work is impeccable. Eric LaBarre is an awesome guy and has a wonderful can do attitude. I would highly recommend this shop for all your auto body needs.

Dave does excellent work. I've had to have him with on two vehicles a few different times - anything from dents and paint jobs to much larger jobs.The quality is always great and his team is polite. Highly recommend.

I was the victim of a hit and run last winter. Town Line came right out and got my vehicle off the road. The driver also helped me get a rental from Geico. Very helpful and friendly people.

I go to them when ever I have a problem with my car and am treaded with respect. They don't over charge people and when the fix your car you know it's fixed.
