Great service. Bob took me in when I was stuck on a rear brake job. He completed the task and identified some other optional work that the car was due to have done.I opted for him to complete the work which was done the following day.Great experiance and family oriented company.

I was driving from NJ to MA and my tire psi light came on, i never had any situation like that. So decided to take an exit and go for a tire air refill (thought - better be safe than sorry).I stopped at this station, i could not find a air fill machine. I asked the guy inside the station and he was friendly, and helpful. He came out and filled all the 4 tires but he said there was no issue with the tires but could be the sensors. He comforted me and my wife and sure enough we had no issues in rest of the trip. I loved the guy.

Stopped here to fill up and use bathroom. Pretty disgusting facilities, in my opinion. Pictures tell the story. The gas pumps had a problem so I had to use to different pumps to fill up my car.The young man working there was very friendly.

Had what could ve been serious car trouble on the interstate - wheel violently shaking at any speed above 20 mph. Got to this place, which was the closest service station (and aaa approved).We were half way into trip to northeastern Maine, from NJ, so timing was not good.Owner (sorry, don t recall his name) was pleasant and had the car looked at immediately. Repair was actually easy, and we were clearly fairly charged for the work involved. (Since I know nothing about cars, which was obvious, we could ve been taken for a ride.)So what could ve been a real headache was like an hour pit stop. Very fortunate that we ended up at this place. If we were local it s the sort of place I d like for my regular car maintenance.

Didn't honor AAA discount previously agreed upon. Returned vehicle with new problems. Zero accountability and horrific service. Best to avoid them.

My car engine light went on as I was driving on 91, and I pulled off and into this station. A guy came out and kindly offered to take a look at what was wrong. It was clear they weren t trying to sell me anything, just being a genuine kind person to a novice driver in stress. That kind of character is worth 5 stars.

My daughter broke down on 84 a few weeks ago at night and we had it towed here as they were listed as a aaa garage. They were very accommodating with my process to figure out what to do with my dead engine. I was thankful for their great customer service.

I have nothing but great words for the mechanics. I had to replace my waterpump a couple of months ago and had no problems doing that myself, however, when taking off the old waterpump, two bolts on crucial places broke off and I could not for the life of me take them out. The only option left for me was getting someone to weld a nut on the bolts to get them out easy.I went to Anderson Automotive across the street first, to ask if they could help me: but they where super unfriendly and unhelpful + they did not have time up until 3 days ahead.After that I went up here and they told me to come over with the car and were able to help right away.They were able to get the bolts out within an hour and asked for a fair price.Absolutely recommend and am really happy with the service, thanks again!

I had a breakdown in my 18 wheeler last week literally right across the street from this gas station.In my moments of wondering what the hell am I going to do now ! I wandered over to this business and upon explaining what had happened to my truck...The owner simply said Ah don t worry about it,it happens He picked up the phone and after 5 minutes or so he gives me a paper with all the people to get me going,where to stay end of problem! I was shocked and very thankful to say the least!In closing I would just like to extend a big thank you to them and say that the people who live there and use this business are very fortunate to have people like these in your community.Thank you again kind people!!

I had a flat tire and got lucky enough to pull into this service station. Instead of having to call AAA, they changed my tire and put on a donut for me for free!!! I've never met friendlier guys in my life, I would definitely feel good about bringing my car back anytime for service. Thanks Kyle and colleagues!!!

Dishonest, did not disclose problems with vehicleDo not trust these people. Certainly, don't buy a car from them. I did, and now I'm out $3000 in extra repairs.After my first inquiry about a car listed on their website, the seller emailed me and informed me that the vehicle was not available to test drive because he needed to bring it to a VW dealership to check on a "check engine" light code. The VW dealership had the vehicle for nearly a week. In follow up emails with the seller, he told me that he did not yet have the car back and explained further:, "...but the scanning at the dealership came up with an "old" code; so I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and drive it around for a couple of days to see if anything reappears. If not, the car is good to go. If this code does reappear, the car will need a switch inside the transmission which might be having an intermittent problem. At that point, we'll replace the switch before you get the car."I purchased the car on a Friday. On my drive home with the car, the check engine light came on again. I emailed the seller, he assured me that any repairs should be covered under the warranty that he sold me with the car.Several days later, I took the car to my local VW dealer. They found a critical transmission problem was the cause of the check engine light coming on. They advised me that it was not safe to drive the vehicle in its current state and the service would run about $2300. They also found a crack in the oil separator, which cost an additional $430 to repair.I emailed the seller about the issues. He replied with the appropriate "legal" response of "I'm so sorry to hear that the Jetta has developed a problem..." as if the problem developed after I had driven the car away. A transmission problem doesn't just happen within a few minutes or hours of a car being driven away. The VW dealer that the seller had taken the car to indicated that the car had a transmission problem, though they incorrectly identified it as a switch. They cleared the check engine light error code and did nothing to repair it.The seller admitted that the check engine light might reappear at some point.Despite assurances that any potential repairs associated with this check engine light would be covered by the warranty, or that the seller would make repairs if the light reappeared before I picked the car up, he has denied any liability on his part for these repairs. I have not asked him to fully cover the repairs, but have asked several times for some sort of compensation to help cover these unexpected costs. I have not received any further correspondence from the seller.

Was helping my son move to Boston when I got a loud noise in the left front end of our van pulled off interstate 84 and in to their garage. Found that the lug nuts had loosened on the front left wheel and a stud broke off. They took me right in even though they were close to closing time and within an hour I was back on the road. They were all super friendly couldn't have been happier with the service!

Very unprofessional, disrespectful. Damaged the car and laughed when customer expressed concerns. Refused to be held accountable. So disappointed to see a business act this way.

Went in for Emissions testing. In and out under 15mins. Very polite, fast sevice. Clean and ample seating for a small family garage & service station even if there was a wait! Almost done with construction so access is a breeze now. It'll only get better when they're completely finished!

Do not go here. Several years ago this place tried to rip me off on a brake job. We used to take our vehicles here for service. But then I discovered that they were diagnosing 'problems' which were not real. They were trying to sell me repairs which were completely bogus.

Terrible customer service. Was lied to once about a vin verification, after waiting over an HOUR for an answer. Was told once yes they could do it with just the title and bill of sale. Went the next day with those two items, only to sit and wait for an available employee to finally say no. Phone number not in service. Higher gas prices and ludicrous scalping of the used car prices.

I took my car for an emmissons retest. The person driving it (Emerson) smashed my car into the ramps right in front of me. Snapped the bumper in the middle. When I spoke with the owner he said that I should take responsibility and was unwilling to do anything. Such a scummy place. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs as they will just mess up your car and tell you that it's your fault. Keep in mind I was very upset but still spoke calm and collected. The guy is just a total joke.

Called shop with very specific problem for vehicle. Had the truck towed there was told that while not today they would be able to look at it the next day. 2 weeks later I am towing it to a different repair shop because they haven't even looked at it nor have they called me or communicated with me in any way. Don't bother

On way to Boston PaxEast from NY. Engine light blinking had to pull off. Very nice. Took us right away & car was repaired within hour&half. Thanks to Bob, David, & Mike

Kept telling me they would do my emissions test and never had anyone qualified to do it for weeks. Now today they said their emissions testing is shut down. Now I'm late and the kid at the counter says it's not their.fault!

I broke down in a very unfamiliar location near this Citgo station and the folks here were gracious and professional. They provided me with great service and advice even working with me after their service department had closed for the weekend.I can't recommend this station enough.

They charged me 50 dollars diagnostic fee, because they looked on the computer to price out lug nuts and stems. Never touched the car.

A bit hard to access with construction going on right now. I go here for emissions testing and they have a place to sit inside which is good, but small.
