I took my Audi A6 there for a minor front fender repair, they cut off my fender in stead of unbolting it which was definitely not necessary , when i told them the cost of repair was to high i would live with the small dent , they wanted to charge me for a whole new fender. I asked who would pay for the new fender they wanted me to pay 100% . When i said that was unexceptable because it was there fault for cutting it off making it impossible to reinstall. They wanted me to sign a waiver relieving them of any responsibility of the work done on my vehicle while there for an estimate. I refused to sign the waiver contract, because I wanted to keep my right to make a claim against them for the damage they did to my fender. I showed up to Pay My Bill and collect my car, even though they refuse to put it back together. they kept my car hostage until I was willing to sign the waiver for well over three months. They would not give me my vehicle back until I signed a waiver to hold them harmless for any damage. They may have caused my vehicle while it was in their care even though I was willing to pay my bill in full and take my car the way it was, not even reassembled. The manager at this facility was not easy to work with. I would strongly recommend you seek another facility to have work done on your vehicle. They made no attempt to rectify the situation or to compensate me in anyway for the damage they did to my vehicle while it was in their possession Over a very very bad experience, and I have heard several other nightmare stories about this location since my bad experience

Wish I could leave 0stars! Left this car for one issue after an accident got it back with a dying car. This place is ridiculously unprofessional if I could post an audio clip you will be surprised the car won t even start now. Had an additional attitude and lied after confronting the individual. I will never come back here. Thanks. For cosmetics it s okay but risky situation.

Very professional. Very fast. Very courteous. Russ and the staff at Gravel's were accommodating and efficient. My car was returned in what I consider a minimal amount of time. They worked with Enterprise to be sure I had a rental there when I dropped off my car. I hope I do not need a body shop in the future but if I do, Gravel's is where I will go. Thank you to the entire staff.

The car was there over 30 days after it was in an accident when I called I said I needed the car back by 23 November car was not ready until December 1. I asked if they could keep me updated never received a phone call except to remind me to bring the check that I got from the insurance company. Customer service is nonexistent. I will never go back there again!!!Service: Body & Trim

My Truck came out amazing!! Pinstriping, decals, fender flares...everything perfect. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, informative, and made me smile. I would and will take any of my vehicles there hands down.

Brought my 2018 subaru crosstrek to be fixed after and accident. Worked with Jill and she was fantastic to work with. She even helped me work out a situation with my insurance company. If ever I need a body shop again I will definitely be calling then. Thank you.

What a top notch shop! I put a dent in my car along with a couple scratches, in ONE day I got a call back saying it was done. It looks like it never happened, amazing work.

There are very few autobody shops out there, that have the attention to detail, as Rich Gravel's Autobody. Nothing less than PERFECT, is expected to leave out of the shop. Very professional service. If your car is a wreck, look no further!

Bought a 2012 chevy cruze from them 6 months ago, 2 months in i had to put $2500 worth of work, now today my transmission blew.. will never buy a car from them ever again...

Overall it was a good experience. I went to the repair shop for an insurance claim repairs. They worked well with the insurance company on their supplements.

Beware of hidden fees. They are much more expensive compared to other local shops. Bitter and unfriendly woman (most likely owner's wife) was difficult to work with. Would NOT recommend.
