Brought down my 1999 Honda Accord that was practically blown up; I refuse to part ways with it. Service was extremely quick and cost efficient given the work that needed to be done. Replaced head, valves, and some other work that was desperately needed. Very quick turnaround. Have put 2.5k miles on the car since repairs, and has been nothing but smooth sailing. Cole was extremely helpful, and knowledgable. Great people and great service, highly recommend!

My husband and I experienced an issue with our car shortly before the Thomaston exit. We noticed a loosening caliper and luckily found Thomaston Motors about a mile down the road. Cole could not have been more attentive in helping us get back on our way. Because the specific caliper bolts for our car weren t readily available until next week, Cole did a temporary fix and assured us that it was perfectly safe and functional until the right parts could be located. Sure enough, we arrived home safely. If you want courteous and professional automotive care, go to Thomaston Motors and ask for Cole. He is a pro.

Awful place. Awful ownership. I brought my car in for a noise in the front end. They ended up telling me I needed $1,400 worth of work done (which I thought was expensive for what it was). Against my better judgement, I told them to go ahead and do the repairs. The very next morning, I heard the car still making the same exact noise I brought it in for and that they supposedly repaired. Did they even test drive the car after? I called them and they took it back in a few days later and told me I needed another $350 worth of work done. This should have been on them to make the situation right, but they didn t. Even after much arguing over the phone. The owner couldn t be more dismissive. I would have even been glad to pay cost on the parts, but I believe they were still trying to charge me list price plus labor on top of it. Bottom line, If you charge $1,400 to begin with, tell me you fixed the problem I brought it in for, and you didn t, you should do your best to make it right. They didn t, or even attempt to for that matter.

Bought my car from here explaining I couldnt afford to buy a vehicle that I'd have to dump money into 2 weeks later it comes up with thousands of dollars of repairs... I'm being told now there's so much wrong with it that it's pointless to repair yet ever dime I had went into this vehicle because I was told "you can trust them they won't take advantage of you".... Wrong
