I cannot say enough about this shop. Honest and great customer service. Pricing very reasonable for complete brakes all the way around that should have been done months ago. Thank you Dan and staff for a great first experience. I will be back.

Yes they sell junk that looks nice I purchased a truck from here with nothing but issues sure they help at first and say they will take care of it just to put a little Elmer s glue on it I had a transmission issue in which he took to get rebuilt just to have his mechanic break the bell housing and not tell me about it and rig the dpf filter because he is to cheap to fix it properly never go here period!!!!! On top of it he refused to release warranty info because he knows his vehicles are flood repo find junk

Danny Prime is wonderful, sold me a Toyota Tacoma, really low miles. Was very helpful listened to what I wanted. All his staff very helpful. Would highly recommend Prime Auto Sales in Thomaston. You will not be disappointed.

This is the most honest and respectable dealership, that I have ever done Business with in my entire life. They really set the bar high for the standard of customer service that dealerships should have. Even being from out of state, they made the car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable! They provided me with excellent customer service, and I am very thankful that they were able to work with me and around my busy schedule! I am very satisfied with my new Van, and I would recommend Prime Sales to anyone looking for a new automobile. I'm so happy I found them, and I will definitely do business with them again. Everyone on the Prime team deserves praise! By the way, they have the nicest secretarys on the planet! Great dealer. Small and family owned, but excellent service and very reasonable when it comes down to it. Dan, John, and Alexa were all extremely friendly and helpful. The process and paperwork was painless as possible.Will definitely be coming back to what's in stock next time I need to purchase a vehicle.They have their own garage shop in the back that is very clean. They mainly sell trucks and SUVs but have some sedan sized cars as well. Occasionally have a motorcycle as well, as they are licensed for motorcycles and automobiles.

Just wanted to start off by thanking Danny and Todd. These guys are nothing but honest, caring guys who take pride in the way they do business and their shop. From the moment I arrived onsite coming from Long Island NY, they were very welcoming and accommodating. Ended up trading in my truck for their 2014 ram 2500 g56 manual truck. The truck was in great condition and they went above and beyond to show me any flaws immediately, proving what kind of business they run. I would highly recommend doing business with these gentlemen as they are GENTLEMEN. DON T HESITATE TO STOP ON DOWN. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. AWESOME OPERATION AS I SAID. THANKS AGAIN TO DANNY, TODD, KELLY, AND ALEXA.

I wanted a convertible they searched for one. They found one with the options I wanted...and totally worked with me with the price!Honestly it was the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a vehicle.The staff was very helpful every time I called to ask questions. Family run business! I can t say enough good things about Prime Auto Sales! Great place to buy a vehicle!

I HATE car shopping. This was the easiest, fastest car buying experience I have ever had. There were a couple of warranty issues that were addressed and rectified as soon as I brought them to their attention. Both Dan and John are very helpful as well as Alexa. I told a couple of friends where I bought my vehicle and they said they have bought cars there as well and always had a great experience. I can tell you I will be buying my next vehicle there!
