This was my first time ever going to a dealership to purchase a car. Before financing this car, I had a Mazda and I knew that I loved the brand and wanted a new model. Going into this purchase, I was very nervous as some dealerships can lead to negative experiences, but I was surprisingly mistaken! My sales associate was Beth and she was amazing! I went in wanting one car and I walked out getting it! She helped me through the entire process, she was super comforting and helpful and was super friendly. She helped make my first time dealership experience perfect!. I would absolutely recommend modern Mazda to any of my friends or family. I love my car and I loved the experience, I wouldn t have wanted it any other way. Thank you, Beth. Also, after purchasing my car, several of the sales associates told me that I made a great purchase, shook my hand, and said that they loved the car! Great company.

Beth did a great job being patient with me. I wasn t sure which model to go with but she explained which model was the best value for me and took me on multiple test rides. Ultimately I bought a beautiful CX-30. No pressure at this dealership, just great business! Thanks Beth!

My husband and I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport last week from Modern Mazda. Our Sales Consultant was Natalie Asarisi. You can tell that Natalie is a dedicated employee and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable in the process of purchasing a new (to us) SUV. She helped us find the vehicle that was right for us and was great about explaining the features of the SUV. We had a lot of questions, but Natalie didn't rush us at all and answered them. If she didn't know the answer, she found the correct employee to go to. After test driving two different CX-5's, we made the decision to purchase a beautiful navy blue metallic one. I think we spent 2-1/2 hours (initially) at the dealership. We will definitely recommend that friends in the area (looking for a new vehicle) contact Natalie to buy their next car. We love our Mazda! Zoom-zoom!

It was my first purchase at Modern Mazda. It was a very pleasant experience. My sales associate was Beth and she was very refreshing, not the usual sale person you need to prepare yourself as you would go to a war. She was in fact very relaxed, funny and made me comfortable right away. I highly recommend her She made the transaction a breeze. Very helpful, she even set up ( and without been asked) the Bluetooth! Thank you Beth!

I recently sold my vehicle without trade in/purchasing a new one. After 3 offers from other dealers next up was Modern Mazda who reached out to me! Maxine scheduled the appointment and I met with Ed shaker general manager. He asked me what my interests where and naturally asked if there anything they could offer. Unfortunately I wasn t in the market for a new or used Mazda. Ed checked the car over took it for a test drive and then we met in his office. This process was completely transparent. I really appreciated the open and honesty of Ed. He showed me everything he was doing which included checking the market for what my car was selling for. We agreed on an amazing sale price. Paper work was quick and again very transparent, zero pressure and obligation from Ed. I also was introduced to Tony a sales manager who was just as amazing as everyone else. This dealership is a real family culture with a lot of great people there. More dealers need to learn from Modern Mazda. Thank you and I ll be sure to send potential buyers your way and refer them to your site to browse.

I just purchased a brand new Mazda CX5. With months of doing research on my own already knew what car i wanted to purchase and with the help and customer service of Natalie Asarisi i was able to get everything done prior to picking up the car without even having to step foot in the dealership. The whole process was seamless and would recommend Modern Mazda, Natalie in sales and Nick Gagain in Finance for getting me the best rate.

We had a CX-5 and it needed work. We ultimately decided to get a new Mazda due to the age of the car and necessary repairs.NATALIE was phenomenal.She took the time to explain everything especially since it was a bit emotional having the unexpected repairs expense to then lead to the decision to get a new car. She was patient, worked with us and made the process so easy and calm.NICK was great too with all the administrative paperwork etc.We're excited to have a destination service center for future care of our new gorgeous CX-5.

It had been my plan to trade in my Mazda6 for a CX50 for some time. Buying cars is not my favorite passtime, so I heavily research beforehand, first to narrow down the vehicles I am interested in, the model and the accessories. I read reviews, I dig into new car pricing and trade in values. I research dealership inventories and read their reviews. When I walk into a dealership I have a clear idea of exactly what I want and what a fair deal looks like.Modern is the closest to where I live so I started there. I left the same day, having purchased my new CX50 and I picked it up the next day (love it). These folks are not your typical car sales people they listen, they are seriously interested in what you have to say, they are responsive, reasonable and very pleasant to deal with. Jose was a pleasure to work with, a true professional, no pressure, just a genuine interest helping me find the right ride at the right value point.The whole experience was a pleasant surprise.

I came in just looking to see what they had to offer, but Jose Medina was able to get me an amazing lease deal, so that I could start driving the car I love! I'm really very impressed with this dealership. First, the sales staff doesn't work on commission so everyone is non pushy. Our car buying experience was wonderful. Xavier took the time to review everything with us, answer all our questions and get us the best price possible. We also interacted with Ed who is by far the best General Manager I've seen at a dealer. He sat with us to review everything, and ensured we were taken care of every step of the way. Every person we have come in contact with has been awesome and very helpful. We had an issue with the computer system in the vehcile. Jill and Ed worked to get us in immediately and offer a loaner car while the problem was fixed. Hands down, Modern Mazda is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle. Just like everyone mentions below, it's a family and I'm happy to be apart of the Modern Mazda family.

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Abbey was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I went in with a bad attitude due to previous purchases at other dealerships but I didn't feel like Abbey was trying to "sell" me on anything and made me very comfortable. She was upfront, honest and quick which I really appreciate because this was a spur of the moment stop in during a very busy week. Thanks for everything Abbey.

I just purchased my second Mazda with Modern Mazda. I brought the Mazda I bought with them back in 2017 to trade in. There is a reason I went back: they do not gouge prices, they are a CPO seller, and I ve never felt pressured or stressed when shopping or buying with them. This time I worked with Steve Duffy, who stayed late with me and my husband to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision after we left. He communicated with me via email and phone afterward to negotiate, and ultimately I have a new CPO Mazda and have had my second successful and pleasant buying experience with this dealership. Definitely recommend.Shoutout to the service department, as well. I had a small, warranty-covered issue shortly after buying and they got my car in quickly, were communicative by text throughout the repair process even sending me a video of my car and I couldn t be happier.Always a great experience here. Thanks!

Long drive for me, but worth the trip. I saw good reviews about this place, and that - to me - was more important than the car I would eventually buy. Everyone I met was courteous and professional. My agent was Stephen Duffy, and he did a wonderful job. I never felt pressured, and we were able to come to a reasonable agreement on the price. Any questions I had he was able to answer, or got back to me with a response. Any concerns I had were promptly addressed. They followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is satisfactory. I even got a spare battery mailed to me at no cost when my remote wasn't working. Some car dealerships give you the run around, and others are straight scammers. I'm glad that this is NOT one of those places. Would recommend!
