I took my car to MGB one day on a whim because I had done at-home brakes and rotors front and rear on my car and something wasn t feeling/sounding right. They took me in right away, made me feel welcomed and showed me what was wrong with my car and explained to me why this is bad. They also took it upon themselves to point out that I had a screw in my tire and consulted me first if I would like to have it repaired, yes please, I had no idea! The prices are great and I didn t ever feel like they were trying to haggle me for more money. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable taking my car to this shop, knowing the outcome will be good and they will go above and beyond for their customers. I m from Southbury, shops around here like to upcharge and make you do more than what s necessary, going to MGB is worth the extra mileage because I know I m getting exceptional service!

MGB tire in Thomaston CT. Great staff, if they don t have what you re looking for, they get it quick, real quick. I bring all my vehicles there. Very personal service. Not like the corporate chains. My latest purchase was one tire. I couldn t find a match anywhere. They didn t have the tire I wanted in stock but told me they ll get it by end of day. I left the rim and picked it up hours later after work. These people get it done at the best price! They go out of their way for their customers. Good old fashion customer service you just don t find these days. 5 stars for MGB Tire.

They are helpful and awesome as they fix whatever car and truck problems you have and do it for very fair prices. They are friendly and easy to deal with. I hope they are around for as long as I'm a car driver and owner.

This place is great! I have really come to trust their recommendations if they tell me a particular tire is better than another they haven't steered me wrong. Their prices are very competitive usually lower than Costco or other places AND my favorite thing is they give you a straight up price for mounting, balancing and tax so there is no surprises. I can't say enough good things about them.

Great prices, decent products. Owner is very helpful. Docked two stars from the following: when I bought brand new tires and they were never balanced correctly or the tires were simply no good. Truck hopped all over the road constantly. Brought it to them what must have been 6 times and they "rebalanced" them. The tires were never right until the day I sold the truck. They probably should have put different tires on the truck after the third time in.The second being my alignments. 6 out of 10 times I brought my trucks and I firmly believe the alignment was never done. I know this because the tires on my vehicle wore just as fast as it did before and the vehicles always pulled the way they did before I brought them in.My suggestion is to give them ample time on your vehicle instead of rushing, that seems to be the best possible success here.Otherwise have been here 15 other different times for different things which were always good quality and best pricing. They have the best prices on tire tubes with installation for equipment.

Always very friendly, reasonable prices on everything, and they always try to fit you in as soon as possible. I've never said I needed something done and had to wait more than a couple days unless I wanted to. Knowledgeable and I've never left there feeling like my tires were unbalanced or not aligned well. We all know how those big tire companies always mess something up but never here. Also, it's now my new spot for an oil change! They made sure to double check with me what type of oil because these darn European cars need specific oil. Thanks for the great service guys!

They do fantastic work on cars, I've taken my car to them many times over the years, but they also take any opportunity to try to rip you off. They also apparently they don't keep records of anything they do to your car, including diagnostics, so you better write down your own records or you'll be charged hundreds of dollars twice if you don't get a minor problem fixed immediately. Again, they do great work on cars, but so do other places that don't charge you extra labor time for no apparent reason and will actually keep records for their customers.

Outstanding service. Had a nail in tire for a tesla model 3. They took it in while I waited. Guys discovered it was lined with foam so they were unable to patch it. Fortunately it did not leak after pulling nail. They remounted it tested for leaks and did not charge for the service. I have my tires repaired there a couple times and they provided prompt friendly service. Highly recommend them.

I had a flat tire on my way to work and was stuck at a gas station . Tim sent a guy immediately to help me. I was back on track in no time. Thank you Tim!

Absolutely Amazing the most helpful gentleman I could ask for in a time of desperate need I was stuck with a torn up rear tire they did not have the correct tire size in stock so they actually helped me out the best way they could and that s to put on a different size tire for me for right now so that we are able to get home they put it on for me on the house little did they know that it is my birthday today and everything has been going wrong and this one active kindness really made my day I highly recommend going to them for any service ever they are so kind and so warm warm

It's my first time going there and referred by a friend and I must say that I am very pleased with the service they worked quickly and explain everything to me what needs to be done to car. I will say that I will definitely go back.
