This yard has been cleaned up quite a bit. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience! Every employee that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I needed a rim for my 87 Isuzu pup; they were hard to find it, but they were so patient look it up so the can find an exact fit for my pickup and surprisingly they gave it to me as a gift. Guys you should go there to have your own experience. They are the best.

Not a fan of the new operation they re changing the place but not for the better looks good but operations are in the can... always on hold no good sales guy who you want to take your money. Rude and impatient people now. All the older parts a lot of guys are calling for they no longer have but show online. Sucks to see this place has been one of the greatest LOCAL yards for decades. Hats off to Kevin, John, Vj, and Jeff for the great service over the years! Hope these guys turn it around

Our son did the rear brakes on his Mitsubishi Mirage and without realizing tossed the ABS Tone Rings. A dealer wanted me to buy both drums (complete with bearings/tone rings) for $700 PLUS installation for a total of about $1K. I called every salvage yard listed on-line in the greater Waterbury area. Not only was Webster's the only yard that had the parts in general-Jeff himself was incredibly helpful and had the parts ready the next day! When I got there we realized there was a difference in the diameter of the drums but the tone ring was correct-so he sold me just those 2 parts I needed! How much? $40!!!!!! Even after I told him what the dealer wanted! A better experience one could not expect. Highest recommendation!!!!!!!

I drove from across the state on a Friday afternoon to get a passenger seat for my 09 accord. I showed up at 4:55pm (they close at 5) and they were so nice, even though I felt terrible about it. An employee removed the seat for me and it works great. They saved the day.

I needed a wheel for my daughters car, they didn't have it in stock but ordered it for me. After it came in I took it to garage and had new tires installed, wheel did not fit the car. I brought it back, they apologized and refunded all my money. The garage ended up finding me the wheel but it wasn't there fault the other yard sent the wrong wheel. They stood tall and refunded me with no issues. That's good business.

worst place to go for parts. service is horrible you'll call and ask for a part they say they'll have it ready you get there and you wait 20 minutes while a greasy nasty guy goes searching all over the garages for it then comes back with the wrong part. office is the dirtiest I've ever seen they're unorganized and the workers are horrible to their customers being rude and just plain insulting at times especially if you're an older woman or a younger guy. The worst person in there is the Paul senior OCC wannabe with the black BMW he's insulted almost everyone that comes in there including me. parking lot is a joke too there's salvage cars all over the place and almost no where to park where you're not in the way. I would avoid going here at all costs. I'd rather drive 45 minutes out of my way than come here for bad service and little knowledge of cars

Drove 2 1/2 hours for a bumper that was A quality was told if there was a problem I would get a call. I get there 3 tabs where broken the bumper had spider cracks all in it. This was supposed to be a paint match. Offer the guy 20 for he told me 50 I walked away he told me 20 and I I told him no. What a waste and a nasty place.

I just called these people, to purchase a battery tray missing out of a newly purchased car. The price was $4 cheaper than the new 1 from the dealer. Monetary rape at its finest

Been working with John and the gang for 6 years, they are honest and fair. No ones perfect but I have to say when they make a mistake they quickly resolve our concerns. Buy where the pros buy!!!

Place is a joke! Called for a part the guy was rude and told me he cant get my part because theres ice on the ground and they wouldnt even be able to help me in the near future. Mind you its the middle of March and most of the ice is gone and every other junkyard in the area doesnt have a problem pulling parts. Avoid doing business with these clowns!

been going there for past 2 years driving 80 miles each way,just to get parts for SAAB, best price, always been courteous and friendly with me, even last year on Saturday I bought a hood for my car and as they were closing at noon/12:00 pm, owner was leaving came out gave me a hand to put the hood on my car, thank you ,highly recommend getting your parts at Webster,, make sure you know what you are looking for and not asking "I need the thing that make the other thing work when I push this, oh oh let me put my mechanic on to explain "

Now I know why I don't do business with these guys. Jeff the owner is a total tool. 0 personality. Rude, rude and rude. Service absolutely sucks. Might as well buy from crack head of the street.

WARNING NO GOOD PLACE..The owner make me feel like shiet.I drive 40 miles and had call before I went, he had my part on desk n just cause I made a call to my mechanic he decided to trow part in garbage.just cause I say,, please wait a minute wile I call my mechanic,cause I forgot if he need some other part, Jeff owner is a racist person,at least thats how he makes me fell.don't waiste money on people that's going to give u crap when u in need.it's not fair, cause of us he makes money.think,,..... u spending money, noneone should give u crap if u r giving them your money and business,very rude guy.may b he should retired.too old.

Well they didn t have the part I needed, they referred me to another auto recycler that had the part. I appreciate that, and will certainly give them a call back next time I need something.

I called and I was asking about mowers and if he had any so I can part it and then I proceed to ask if there was any places that have lawn mowers and he hung up on me before I ever asked very rude
