Bought a used 2013 BMW 528i xdrive engine from Matrix Auto Supply i Dallas Texas. The engine was supplied through (Terryville auto parts), There is settled class action law suit with BMW for defective engine for that model, the suit was settled. Request the VIN# for the used engine that Terryville auto parts me, the refuse to give the number, that now delay my claim for reimbursement with BMW, the cost of the was $4,250, plus $2,500 for installation and transportation from New Mexico to Florida where I live. The manager name CONNER refuse to give me my VIN# number for my engine, so I can't receive my nearly $8,000 dollars I spent. SHAME SHAME on Terryville, they not looking out the regular joe. Anyone who knows the owner or owners, please encourage them to contact me ..thank you.

Left work early and drove 3 hours to get a color match fender for my truck, show up and it s the wrong one even after I had asked several times they were sure that it was correct before I made the drive. No one there knew what was going on. Told me it would take a week to get the one I asked for and had pictures of and a stock number for. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted 6 hours of my time driving. Now I have to go back in a week take more time off work. 10/10 wouldn t recommend!

Called for a hood price and got the worst service. They were totally rude to me and told me to start my own business when I was just simply getting clarity. Don t deal with them because in top of being super rude, they rip you off on prices. Never dealing with them again or ever and suggest NOBODY else does!

Had been looking for a replacement door for a while. I worked with Mike, who checked regularly for me and was always very responsive. We were finally able to track one down and it was in better condition than I could have hoped. These guys display professionalism and are great to work with! I highly recommend them.

I am from the Caribbean, ordered a part from eBay which they supplied The part I received did not work on my Chevy Trax Called up Mike told him the problem, and said he would send another part at no extra cost. I was left without words Thank you Mike and may God bless you

Bought a radiator core support for Taurus/MKSTheir pricing was unbeatable, people on the phone were very nice. Item was ready for pickup next day & it took me less than 2 minutes to get my item.They hood latch was also included. They are amazing

They found an issue with my order, contacted me, and refunded my money extremely quickly. I called them and they were able to find another way to help me. The parts shipped quickly and came within three days. I am extremely impressed with their service and customer service. I will use them again without hesitation.

I needed a rear axle assembly for my daughters Jeep. There were none available locally so I spoke to Connor . He said he had few to choose from. I drove160 miles to get there and I'm 100 percent satisfied.Great people, great part, good pricing.I would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased a rear BMW rim from Terryville Auto Parts on Ebay. I placed the order on Wednesday morning and the delivery date given to me was the following Monday. I was amazed when I got home from work Thursday night and the rim was sitting there. That's what I call quick service. The rim was very well packaged, with care. I had a few questions before placing the order and called them. They were very professional on the phone and had the answers. The rim looks good and their rating of B condition is spot on. I have already recommended them to my local BMW mechanic. Hoping to get the rim installed soon and will update if any issues. DO not hesitate to do business with Terryville.

Worked with Joe on getting an air bag module for my car. I sent him pictures of the old part and he matched up everything perfect. Communication was fast and easy. Very professional atmosphere and experience. Thank you! Will buy again. Highly recommend to anyone else

One of the few great auto parts yards willing to ship large panels and parts! Found color matched parts for a Jeep on eBay so I called in and Connor hooked me up. He represented the items very well and treated me right on prices. From one business to another this was great service! Thank you!

I have had some bad experience with salvage yards in the past, so I was hesitant to buy a full set of power leather seats from one 800 miles away from me. I dealt with Matt. He was fantastic. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I pulled the trigger and bought the seats. They arrived when he said the would and in better condition than I expected. Their price, including shipping was better than two local you-pull-it type yards. Definitely the first place I will go for any car parts in the future. What a difference leather seats made in my truck. Thanks again Matt.

Bought a trunk lid for my challenger from Joe L. An employee here at terryville auto , it came exactly as he said it wouldmaybe even a bit faster ,well packaged on a pallet, and Joe was very good to talk to ,the man listened to exactly what I was saying like we were best friends for years he treated me really good through the entire process , prices were reasonable as well, would absolutely recommend!!I've definitely found my go to for my own business when I need even large car parts quickly.

Needed a starter for my Jeep. Had it ready when I arrived. Upon installation, I accidentally snapped off a wire going to the solenoid. Unrepairable. Thinking I had to pay for another starter since it was my fault, Connor told me there was NO charge. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.Thank you all for your help and installation tips. Will definitely recommend you folks tomy friends.

Purchased a part via Ebay from them. Amazing customer service and received promptly. Had an issue with the part due to shipper damaging the box (This was at no fault of Terryville). Karl immediately and promptly made it right and was a pleasure to work with him. I hope I have the chance to buy from them again in the future and definitely will recommend them to others! A+ business!

I purchase a used front axle for my 2001 Jeep Wrangler from Terryville Auto Parts, the purchase and delivery of the part was smooth and quick. I had the axle shipped from CT to Northern NJ and it only took a couple days to reach my mechanic. A few weeks after having to axle installed, I noticed a noise, which I found out was a failing U-Joint. Upon hearing this from my mechanic I contacted Terryville Auto Parts about coverage from their warranty. After their representative spoke with my mechanic and saw photos of the U-Joint they agreed to cover the costs of all parts that needed to be replaced. I was promptly refunded through PayPal for the cost of the Parts. Excellent customer service, with very pleasant people! Would certainly recommend to anyone, thanks again!

Ordered a used 2003 Toyota Highlander gage cluster and it was delivered earlier than expected and very carefully packaged. Very happy with my purchase. Item was exactly as described, clean, and fits my vehicle perfectly. Everything is working fine. Thank you!

What an awesome establishment! Over the past year have purchased several parts from Terryville auto and have never been disappointed. I've always dealt with Jimmy (I'm sure everyone else is just as helpful) and he's always been more than fair with shipping prices and very accurate/descriptive about the condition of the part I was getting. Couldn't ask for a better experience when buying parts and will continue to shop with and recommend this company in the future.

Great Customer service!!!! I bought roof rails for my chevy equinox on ebay with these guys! They packed them up and shipped the parts out right away. I had a few questions about the rails which they answered me the same day and threw in a few trim pieces no charge. Highly recommended.
