If i could give 0 stars i would. Staff is lazy and doesn t do their job, i was in a rush to deliver this order to my mother before she left the house and needed gas it s only 9 pm and i sat and knocked on the door for 10 minutes almost and not a single employee showed and as i pull off she came out from the back. ignorant and inconsiderate

Is cleaner this days, I can figure their new coffee machine but it's good. I miss the Jamaican patties an pizza. Please use the Walmart+ to pay for gas it save on gas for this station.

Always have a great experience there all the employees are nice from the person I get my coffee in the morning to the person that I get my ice and at night

Clean the only reason it's not getting 5 is the music was really loud it was some kind of hip hop or rap the moment I walked in I wanted to walk right back out agn it was jst too loud

Very happy with the service I receive Everytime I go here, my last visit the cashier was a young woman I know from her family I forgot her name but I know her sister Sheena this woman should get recognition for being so polite if I remember her name I'll add it thanks for being good at customer service most ppl are rude

It's a freaking gas station get real. But you can vacuum your car and get it washed right next door so I guess it should give it an extra star but I'm too lazy to reach up there.

The staff are very friendly, the help is efficient and effective.Luckily Norwich is a melting pot city, all different walks of life and decent folks are always around

Convenient location. The store has the typical convenient items and is pretty clean. Great to have a decent car wash attached too.

They do not like to answer the phone. However, I have been serviced before in person and are friendly people. They must answer the phone though. Now I am forced to go to the store to see if they've got what I need.

Decent staff, good selection of groceries REALLY HATE THAT YOU HAVE TO BE BUZZED IN !! It takes them FOREVER to let you in !! Even longer when its raining or cold ! Its almost like they do it on purpose
