Got the ultimate car wash so disappointing I got a huge scratch on my brand new car. Since it was a dented scratch its 2200. They did not fix it and will not I won't step foot in there place again. Don't ruin your vehicles

I got a car wash on Sunday in the drive thru car wash. I got the ultimate wash which was 22.00 and some change. During the car wash, my truck was tossed around a lot, unusually shaking in the car wash, I was relieved to get out of there when the wash was over. After my car wash, I found that the back bumper cover and rear hatch deck plate were shaved down, scratched, and ground from the one of the rotary washers on the back of the truck. Something is wrong with the car wash mechanism. I did email them but I haven't heard back yet, hopefully they reimburse me so I can fix the pieces that were damaged.

Good car wash with average prices but the few times I came here there were customers blasting music so loud that it s borderline unbearable. The second visit made me leave as the stereo system coming from another car was making my head literally rattle before I even got to washing my car. I understand people want to listen to music when they wash their cars but this is just ridiculous. I ll be going elsewhere.

Wash was great however I think my side mirror cover got smacked off. I didn t realize it until the next morning(washed it at night). There is no phone number listed I can reach out to, to see if it was picked up by chance.

Staff and put your car through is very friendly and nice easy to talk to was on the monthly program for a while great price for what they do for their car washes again staff made going there the most part good

your money doesn't go as far , I could wash my whole truck for near 10-12 dollars . Now they sped up the time or gave you less time to get it done , 15.00 now and I hustle
