If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The service there from start to finish and customer service is amazing!! They did such a great job on my vehicle. You would never know a 18 wheel truck hit me. I will forever use this shop as my bodyshop. The detail job inside and out, WOW my car looks brand new!! They made things so simple after my car accident and repaired my car beyond my expectations from experience of other shops. I'm glad we found towne and body of Stratford. Thank you guys so much!!

I needed some repairs to my car after it was backed into. I am very happy that the insurance company suggested using Towne for the repairs. Everything was easy! They set up to have Enterprise meet me there and coordinated getting a rental while my car was being worked on. When I got my car back, it looked even better than before the accident! I was given all of the paperwork explaining that they guaranteed the work that was done. They also cleaned inside my car and the exterior

We brought our car to Towne Body Shop after someone backed into the passenger doors. The people working there are very professional and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner and the car looked brand new. Not only did they fix the damage, and list everything they did; they also detailed the car inside and out! We would highly recommend Towne Body Shop.

Perfect in every way! My car was in better shape when I picked it up today then when I dropped it off for repairs. They cleaned my car inside and out in addition to repairing the accident damage perfectly. Not to mention that they're very personable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate at all to bring my car there again!

Towne Body Shop Inc was the best experience I have ever had with any business hands down. From my first conversation with them to the time I picked up my car, they did everything they said they would do. They went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. The employees were friendly and attentive. I hope I don't get into another accident, but if I do this will be my first stop.Keep up the good work guys and gals !!!

Everyone at Towne Body Shop was extremely friendly and professional. We dealt mostly with Gene and Lucas; they kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs.The job was completed on time, and we couldn't believe how beautiful the car looked.My wife and I were extremely happy with Towne Body Shop, and recommend them very highly.

I recently had my Nissan Rogue repaired by Towne Body Shop after being involved in an auto accident. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently by the staff at Towne Body Shop. They coordinated the services of the insurance company and car rental agency making the process run smoothly. They provided an estimate and did fantastic work in a timely manner. I appreciated their fine craftmanship, professionalism, and compassion. I highly recommend this body shop!

I work in the auto insurance industry so I know the difficulties that can arise during a claim. The team at this shop was amazing. The facility was clean and professional and they worked with the insurance company to properly repair my vehicle. I highly recommend Towne Body.

Towne Body Shop in Stratford was is an absolutely wonderful experience. They fixed my Subaru Impreza that was damaged from the back end. Towne estimated two weeks for the work to be completely, but she was ready in half the time! Paint, electric, parts, etc everything right down to nut and bolt was recorded and skillfully done. I even had a detailing experience that was phenomenal (and I have a dog who SHEDS).Not only was the work exceptional, but the service was friendly, responsive, and efficient. I would highly recommend your next visit to the mechanic with these guys. They make the process easy and seamless, not to mention they have a lighting warranty on their work! As long as you own the car, any repairs through them are guaranteed.Thank you again Towne Body Shop for your hard work and doing such a wonderful job! I really appreciate you guys!-Alexandra

Friendly, prompt, professional, thorough. These are the first words that come to mind when I reflect on my experience with this phenomenal body shop hiding in plain sight on Stratford Avenue. They are a USAA-affiliate body shop--so you know they answer to the highest standard. I was visiting family in CT from out-of-state when someone slammed into my parked Camry on a Friday night. On a leap of faith, I selected Towne to handle my repairs. They went above and beyond. I could not be more happy with the outcome. Friendly, prompt, professional, thorough--at every juncture. Had my baby, 1997 BMW 540i (which was in mint condition) repaired after a woman on her cell phone pulled out in front of me. I was recommended by other BMW enthusiasts that Towne Body Shop does great work. I spoke with a young man who I believe his name was Gene? Very friendly and had me at ease. The Towne Body team exceeded my expectations by far. After my brand new car got side-swiped while parked in a parking lot, they turned my car around in record timing, and even washed it for me inside and out. They were excellent when my car was hit. I was able to drop off my car a day early since we were going away. I picked it up when we got home when it was ready and I hit Friday traffic. I must have called 3x to make sure it was okay or not okay to come and they waited for me. The car looks brand new including the inside. It was detailed inside. They handled it all dealing with the insurance after I submit the claim. They go back and forth and never called me for any help. I felt very comfortable and my car looks amazing. I was recommended to them and now my sisters car is there getting worked on.

The entire team at Towne Body Shop are truly the best that I've seen. My 2021 BMW X5M needed a completely new bumper after it was damaged from coming in contact with road hazard. I spent three weeks going from body shop to body shop across nearly the entire state of Connecticut. Finally, I found Towne Body Shop which is one of only a handful of certified BMW collision centers in the state. Within just minutes of speaking with Lukas, I knew I was in good hands and this was the shop to restore my vehicle. Keep in mind, I'm not local to the Stratford area, but the level of confidence I felt made it an easy decision. Lukas worked with me throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way on what was happening. Lukas worked directly with my insurance company, and made it very easy. The entire team is trustworthy and the work product is fantastic. My car was repaired quickly and the results were just as impressive as the day I first accepted delivery of the vehicle. As a nice finishing touch, my vehicle was completely detailed inside and out. If you ever need auto body repair, come straight to Towne Body Shop.
