Great service!! Was there for oil change and air filter. Staff in this location are very friendly and and professionals they know what the doing. I willDefinitely come back and I will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great service on my Volvo.

disgusting service. I absolutely do NOT recommend this. It seems that the manager is a weak-minded and extremely unbalanced type. don't waste your time and nerves. There are many other oil changes nearby within a 2 minute radius. I wouldn t be surprised that this company s rating is artificially high. Think carefully before using this service.

Excellent customer service, would recommend to a friend for sure! Once arriving, the staff greeted us with 2 fresh cold water bottles and very fair pricing for oil change compared to other places! Much better service anyways! Go here! $10 off coupon for new guests too!

Great service. They go over every part of your vehicle (under the hood) that needs replacement or repair. I m a straight forward person and one thing for sure they tell it how it is. No sugarcoating. That s on you if you decide not to move forward with their recommendation and your car falls apart moments after.

First time as a customer and I can say wow!!! Great service and very well mannered staff. I have never experienced anything like this at any other oil change company. I was offered a water bottle asked which oil I use on the car and offered different types of oil types and explained in detail why each one is different. After the oil change the staff member even gave me a handshake and thanked me for coming in for an oil change. They just won over a customer for life.

Like a lot of moms out there I m usually rushing around with a million things to do! Thanks to Take 5 Oil Change in Stratford the oil change, I have had on my to do list, was a quick and easy experience! Very friendly and professional staff and they are even LEGO fans like us! I will definitely be recommending them and coming back in the future.

This was the best experience I've had at an oil change place. The 2 women working were so friendly and they made sure I knew exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. They also gave me helpful general knowledge about my car that I never knew and no other place had ever told me before.

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my Lexus GX460 and prices are way better than dealer for premium Synthetic oil. Will definitely take my other cars there.

Overall, my experience was good. The representative was professional and walked me through the process. They explained what my options were and didn t pressure me to buy unnecessary items.Two minor concerns:1. was that they didn t reset my oil life % on my car or show me how to do it.2. The air pressure light came on after my visit so I have to go back for another check.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Take 5 there employees were very respectful, and they did a great job, not just with my oil change, there checked all my fluids and filled what was needed. The only complaint I have is you see signs for $39.00 and I paid $ 145.00?? I don t think that s fair. So to all people who may read this please get the full price before they pull you inside.Service: Oil change

Ok experience for my first time. Staff very courteous. If I return I won t go so close to closing time as I kinda felt like they were rushing. I had to ask if fluids being topped off were included and they miraculously were out of a wiper blade for my car. Pricing and coupon were good.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went for an oil change this morning. Two workers were awesome! Explained everything they were doing, communicated well with each other, and triple checked to make sure I was all set before leaving. Won't go anywhere else for an oil change!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went to get an oil change there because it's supposed to be quick and you can sit in the car. Never again. They have no idea what they're doing and they try to upsell anything to make extra money. I'd also recommend bringing a man with you if you're a woman, because they think you're stupid by default. You have to also stand outside the car and watch them because apparently they don't know what they're doing.First of all, the woman who opened my hood and popped it up had so much trouble even getting it to stay on the hook. Then proceeded to use pliers bigger than her on my little engine cap and cranked the hell out if it. I figured out later on she broke my engine cap. Apparently they did this to my father's car last weekend as well but his magically didn't break. So then a gentleman was inspecting the open oil cap and proceeded to tell me that I blew a head gasket in my car, and that fluid is leaking into my oil tank. I was refused an oil change because it's a liability and don't want to add to the problem by charging for an oil change.So then I went back to my actual mechanic and I told him what happened. Apparently a lot of people have come over from there because of things like that, and weren't even true. I went past the recommended amount of miles so the condensation in my engine combined with the oil and made a milky caramel like substance. There's no leaking from the transmission, oil tank, or even brake lines. So he had to not only change my oil but replace the cap because they broke it. I have to wait on it because I have a Mazda with a specialized engine cap. I hope they didn't wreck the lining where the cap goes because then I need a whole new tank.When I told him and then he came out with the broken cap he bursted out laughing. My father went last weekend and they told him he broke two engine mounts that need to be repaired. He went to the mechanic I go to because he's a family friend and he also was laughing at how incorrect that was. If you do not know how to do Mazda related maintenance or repair, at least tell me up front. I would have left and just went to my mechanic. I regret not going to him in the first place. They made me almost cry and then they just walked away from my car as well.Never again. -5/10. My regular mechanic is also cheaper. They said I have to come back every 3,000 miles with a premium synthetic oil change which usually lasts about 10,000 mi. These people have no idea what they're doing.

Customer service was very good. They had a sign saying oil change $39.99. But my oil change was $94.00 for synthetic. I didn't know until they were complete with the oil change. Feel a bit deceived because they should of mentioned that before. It was a bit busy so my oil change took about 25 minutes. I got an oil change 6 months ago at my local dealer thar cost me $63.99. So though the customer service was good I wouldn't go back and pay almost $100. Beware of the signage and ask before they touch your car.Service: Oil change

First time getting an oil change from Take 5. Would highly recommend! The guys are nice and do quick work. They even gave me and my mom some cold bottled water on a hot day! Will definitely be coming back!

They did an oil change in my car, they broke the plug which broke the pan. They offered to have Firestone fix it then had their mechanic call me to convince me to let them do it in house vs paying for Firestone. The guy who broke my pan in the first place is the guy who fixes it, noticed my cars left driver axle is almost fully broken and still decided to drive my car to a car wash instead of letting me do it myself and then reimbursing me. Since take 5 touched my car I ve had to put over 1,200$ into my car and ill never go here again or recommend anyone i know.Service: Oil change
