The best car service I ever visited. My car started making awful loud noise and I knew something was wrong with catalytic converter. Went to Rey s and he offered to check on it out of charge. When he lifted the car we saw that pipe from catalytic converter broke. He took my car right away without appointment and fixed it with reasonable price. He s very very nice guy and I ll definitely go back to this place. Rey is the best and I highly recommend this place!!!

Good experience, Rey was very accommodating. He took care of my problems with a 1984 380SL In less than one day. Would recommend if you need work done on an older Benz

Rey is knowledgable with auto repairs. He felt trustworthy with his estimate of services and explained exactly what needed to be done as opposed to what I was quoted by the dealership I usually bring my car to that charge huge labor charges. I was able to get my car fixed the same day at an affordable price. I will bring my car back to Rey again!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Overcharged me by hundreds of dollars, got a second opinion and third opinion from other shops and they both told me I did NOT need my brakes replaced, that I still had about 65% left on them before they needed attention. The problem ended up being surface dust which is common and does not mean they have to be replaced. Also told me I was going to need new tires, but I had just replaced my tires 4 months ago. This place does not know what they re talking about and will tell you anything just to make a quick buck. Do not use this shop! Save yourself the headache and save your money!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Rey's Automotive LLC is trust worthy, responsible, discipline, professional, and you definitely win having your vehicle fix no matter the problem. I have a 2012 GMC Terrain I live in Bridgeport, CT. I had car trouble and got stock at West Haven Ct. my car wouldn't start at all. I called Rey and he came to the rescue personally and before I knew it he got the problem fix. Thank you Rey for coming through.I definitely recommend Rey's Automotive LLC to everyone and anyone.

I own a 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class I was having issues with my car I brought it into my local dealership and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for the issue. A friend told me about Rey's and told me he specializes in foreign vehicles especially Mercedes so I gave him a call. He asked me to bring the car in same day turned out to be a Mass Air Flow sensor and some other minor things. My car is now running better than ever and I saved way more rather than going to dealership. He also does A and B service. I would absolutely recommend this place especially if you own a Mercedes or a foreign vehicle. Easy to work with and even showed me what was wrong with car I will definitely be returning for future service.

I recently had to bring my BMW X3 to get checked because it was making noise and shaking every time i stopped it made the noise. I took my car to Rey's Automotive, the mechanic is very nice and professional and he had my car fixed within a couple of days with an affordable cost. Definitely will recommend

Rey sent me a msgSo you bashed my shop on social mediaYou asked me to do the o2 sensor . I broke the center console ? And I charged you for it . I was having a very bad noise every time I break, several guys "that know about cars" couldn't figure it out cause my rotors and my pads "looked good" . I came from Springfield MA to visit my parents and my father immediately heard the noise and said follow me to my mechanic, I did and as soon as I got there Ray started writing notes of what I was describing they took a quick look and they right away notice my rotors we're bent, I left around 2:30 and he called me and told me what it was, the wheel barring were bad and it made the rotor bent which messed up the break pads. He fixed it and make sure I was safe to drive back to Springfield checked oil, air tire pressure and took it for a test drive. I'm so happy!!!! My car sounds brand new. I wil drive an 1 hour and 25 minutes to do regular maintenance at this place. Awesome service!!!! Good job Ray and Laura!!!!!

My car was making a terrible noise. Everyone knew that was me pulling in that s how loud the noise was. I took it to Rays noise is gone he did an excellent job. I will definitely be bringing my car to him for more service! Thanks Ray no more loud car!

Took my car to reys he suppose to do a misfire on my truck he broke my shifter crack the center and charge me to fix it i still have a misfire this shop no good anymore he use to be good now hes a old dog he broke my truck more n more lost a gasket had oil leaking out my truck now my engine light flashing this shop No good... Took my car to ray for one thing he did another and charged me a lot more than what was mentioned...i would never take my car to him again nor do i recommend going to him.
