Employee helped me put a battery for my Mustang in the rain! I wanted to help he insisted he could do it alone. He gingerly placed the battery in and tried to avoid a tip after he installed it perfectly. You can't go wrong I highly recommend them.

There is a staff member there named Rhandy he is extremely rude he got nasty with me twice and the second time I brought it to his attention that he was unkind and he decided that he wanted to get into a verbally altercation with me even after I ended the conversation he continued to talk. When IAsked to see a manager he smiled and said I am the manager. Very unprofessional!!!! I willNEVER go back to this particular location on the strength of him and his nasty attitude.

Pedro and Laquonda are the BEST!!I had an issue with a somewhat rare marine battery and both of them jumped through hoops to get a replacement for me.They worked hard, while also multi-tasking with other customers on phone and at counter.What a pleasure!!!!

I found the people that work there very helpful. I went to buy windshield wipers for my wife's car, I can never get those things on. They came out and put them on in a flash. I offered to give the gentleman a tip and was told that they're not allowed to take any. Excellent customer service.

I've bought a few auto parts on separate occasions and I've had great customer service every time. The associate and manager tonight were very helpful and I will only be going to O'Reilly's from now on. Always have what I need and the lowest prices on barnum Avenue between all of the auto part stores.

I went into Oriellys the other day for a part for my Jeep, being a woman and not knowing to much about cars I always feel uncomfortable going into these types of stores. A guy named Joe was so helpful in finding what I needed. He was super nice and had a great sense of humor, I appreciated him making this visit more pleasant than usual! This store is great and Joe is even better, thanks for the help :)

This place is amazing! They go above and beyond and every time I go i feel like Im just one of the guys. Quality parts and great old school customer service. I would like to single out Joe. Very honest, helpful and really easy to talk to. Brings a smile to my face every time.

I just wanted to shout out to Pedro. I came in with my boyfriend to get a new bulb for my headlight that went out. Pedro was very helpful and got us a better deal on headlamps. Without even asking, he offered to replace my headlamp and came out in the cold weather to do the job. Thank you so much Pedro. Hope you get a big bonus for the holidays.

I just called and asked for a headlight conversion kit. I gave her the 2 bulb #s & it was as if I was speaking a different language so I understood why she had to put me on hold but I was literally on hold for 6mins on a Monday after 5pm. While I was on hold, I called autozone. (Now I'm pretty sure ppl know not to call AutoZone for parts bc of this same reason but to my surprise, they ended up finding the part for me before O'Rielly's even picked the phone back up. They have great service in store but on the phone... Extremely bad!.. Just go in or order online to pickup your part & enjoy their service that way!

I bought wiper blades, they are cool guys but they did not ask me if i need help with install. It says on the door free installation of wiper blades. Its not big deal for me but would be nice if they just ask.

I had trouble with my 2014 Hyundai Elantra not starting. Thought it was the battery. Took it to o reilys in Bridgeport on Barnum Ave. I received exceptional service from Pedro Velez who went over and above the call of duty to troubleshoot my problem. Come to find out it was a fuse. Saved me hundreds of dollars!! Thanks again

Nice, clean, well organized unfortunately they didn't have what I needed. The carry everything needed except specialty items. However I'm sure they can order certain items. Just didn't have time to ask.

This O'Reillys I'm Stratford is a gr8 auto shop I prefer this spot over Auto zone any day. Auto zone just wants to take your money And give you mediocre service O'Reillys helped me out with my battery and alternator check issues
