Very friendly staff, knowledgeable of inventory. Went out of their way to help me in a bind with a warranty part that was not in stock. Give them 6 stars if possible! Thank you to the staff at Stratford NAPA!

The customer service towards females at this place is disgusting and disrespectful . They Don't even deserve the 1 star but that was the only way to leave a review. and majority of your 5 stars are only from men hmm wonder why.. stop being so damn degrading towards women.

Customer service is the worst I ever seen they make a project out of everything as simple to a screw for a license plate. I thought autozone was bad with customer they top them at this location. Thanks for the help. I was on lunch and it sounds like he need lunch thanks for wasting my lunch break.

Traveling thru and had concerns about trailer bearings. He was very helpful and tried finding the parts since we weren t sure he had what I needed. Don t waste time at an autozone type place

A world of difference after leaving Auto Zone. What couldn't be accomplished by two people at first place in 20 minutes was solved by one professional salesperson in 15 seconds here. I won't go anywhere else now.
