Shalisha helped my friend and I. We came in with 2 cars. He doesn t speak English well. He moved to this country recently. She was excellent. She explained everything and was so patient. She is an amazing employee. I return there as she always offers the absolute highest level of customer service. She is an asset to your brand.

Took my car (1998 Mercedes E320 with around 143,000 miles) in several weeks ago for a spark plug/wire/ignition coil change (I brought in the replacement parts) as there is no record of them being replaced. Entire job took 3 hours per their estimate. Afterwards, the manager (Shalisa) explained to me that the spark plugs that were removed were worn out. Since then, my car's fuel economy has increased substantially.Thank you!

Took my car for an oil change about two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Both associates that assisted me were friendly, informative and my experience was great. I will definitely be back for my future oil changes.

my friend recommended me here a while ago and i ve gotten my oil changes here ever since. the staff is really nice and they always do a great job. i think her name is shalisa, she has helped me multiple times and even recommends services i should follow up on to keep my car in good condition. my car is a little on the older side and i got it used so it s definitely been through a lot. it s really great to have someone give tips for maintenance because i know almost nothing about cars lol. always a good experience!

I went in for a tire rotation today and it was so quick and easy. I've been putting it off because I didn't want to be there all day, but I was in and out in 30 minutes. Shayla, Shalisa & Karon were great and very helpful! You can't beat the service and price at this Jiffy Lube. I will be going there from now on.

I've gone here a few times to get my oil changed and to get both of my headlights replaced. I recently got one of my lights changed by Shayla, who did an excellent job even though they initially thought I would have to go to the dealership to get it changed. Overall, they do a great job of getting your car in and out fast and are very transparent with their pricing.

Had a great experience here with the manager, Shalisa, when I came in for an oil change. She was very polite and professional and walked me through all the services I had due, personally helped me pick the oil for my car based on mileage etc., and even located the right coupon for me to save $25 when it came time to pay. Best Jiffy Lube I have been to, hands-down.

The crew was very nice, courteous, and friendly. My issue wasnt with the staffing at all. However, when I went, they used synthetic instead of conventional for my oil change which costs significantly more, and didn't tell me till it was time to pay. Sorry but a $100 is way too much for a quick oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Cannot recommend this location enough! I came in for an oil change and was helped by Shalisa who was kind professional, and speedy. She even was able to remove an unsightly scuff from my exterior paint!

Got my oil changed and fluids filled up. Quick easy and straightforward. I worked with Shalisa and Karon - both nice and helpful! Shalisa took the time to tell me about a few helpful tips for my particular car (we both have a Kia). My coolant was low, and she double checked that it was full and then offered to check in on it again later this week if there was any issues. Very appreciative :)

I received service at this facility and it was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Shalisa J. and Karon M. Did a phenomenal job. Shalisa J was the main person I dealt with and she showed so much knowledge, care and professionalism throughout the entire experience. Shalisa explained everything she was doing and tastefully informed me of upcoming maintenance needed without pushing sales. I still added on additional services and she made sure to let me know about any discounts available to me to ensure I was getting the best price. I ended up saving about %20 off the entire visit. I definitely will come back and I recommend this facility. Everyone was great and professional but you re in luck if you see Shalisa. She went above and beyond. I m not even exaggerating. She was great.

A very fun and informative crew! The staff welcomed me warmly and escorted me to a clean and comfy waiting area. The technicians came and described services that I need that they could provide and ones I needed to go elsewhere for. I have been coming to this location for a while now and I'm always met with great energy. The staff is knowledgeable and fair. I don't feel as though they are forcing services on me just for money. When they give suggestions, they are genuine. I love the fact that I can come in before my next oil service for additional oil to get me through. Everytime I come in and see Shaleesa, she gives me a great experience. I hope I spelled her name correctly Honestly, I'm not going anyplace else!

Nice people, but equipment broke down. Update !!! When I got home though most of the transmission fluid had leaked out. No wonder a half hour after they started working the mechanic asked me to sign a waver. They could have been honest about it and told me something went wrong.

This was my first time here and I was absolutely blown away!! Lisa, Lexi, and the whole team here are so professional, friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful! They were all extremely thorough and answered all of my questions so clearly. The services were done very quickly as well, but done beautifully. Don't go to this place. Went in for an oil change and they tried to scam me. First they showed me an air filter that was all chewed up and filled with leaves. Told me me it needed to be replaced. I change my own air filter all the time. The one they showed was me was the wrong size and color. Then they said my rear differential fluid needed to be changed. My car has no rear differential. These people are scammers. The car wash next door is safe, reliable and honest. Your better off just going there for an oil change.Service: Oil change
