Very nice and welcoming staff, but they don t torque to spec. They over tightened my lug nut and the entire stud snapped off while I was driving. Brought the car back and they replaced the stud for free, did take a day though so I had no car for a full day.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil changeServices: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

James the manager there is the best manager Firestone has. He takes expert care of his customers. And he should get an award for the job he does.My family and I would not go anywhere else for service on our vehicles.The Best!!!!!

Went in for an oil change and the tech broke the filter covers. I was not aware. Light on dash board indicated an issue, I called to ask, they told me to do manual reprograming of the computer, ( this is done via the dashboard electronic system) that the tech was new and forgot. When in all actuality today, while at Vavoline The hood was opened for the 1st time since, as a result of Firestone s neglectful service. The heater on my car wasn t working do you lack of antifreeze which, they should have noted and addressed, and didn t! it was then discovered, that there was damage to the car. I need this rectified immediately. Went in to speak to someone, and the young man turned me away and asked me to return when a manager was available. I am very disappointed. However, I spoke to someone else Chris and he will be contacting me tomorrow after he speaks to the manager John I pray that I get good news. Going forward they have now lost me as a customer.

Coming for years. Great at this location. Not cheap but honest when they recommend service needs. Car repair is stressful so understand negative reviews. This place is solid

Unauthorized $50 inspection charge. I brought my truck in and asked the advisor Derek if they do a leak test because I had a small leak and couldn't pin point where. They do. They contact me and tell me they couldn't do it because it was too dirty underneath. Charged me for an inspection of battery and whatever else. I told him I authorized a leak test, not an inspection. He tells me how they have to go through the vehicle to find out these things etc. Kept insisting that it was ok. That's some bull. A leak test involves a dye. A battery and tire check is done by me. I called repeatedly and filed a claim but someone put in a resolution and never contacted me. I had to pay so it doesn't mess up my credit.

Excellent service, my dealer warranty is over and the cost they quoted was very resonable. the staff is friendy, courtious, and knowledgeable. They promptly called to inform me about any additional work needed and the cost.

Hello, my name is Johnneil Barnett. I own a 2017 Mercedes E300 4Matic. I Came in around 12 noon to install a serpentine belt Which I had on me. I met James Capriotti. (Manager), I was told firestone do not accept outside parts. I told mechanic OK I will go ahead with firestone parts. Mechanic later returned and I was told I had a bad pulley and that s what caused the serpentine belt to pop. I m said okay, I was charged to also to replace bad pulley for the serpentine belt. I left the car at around 2:00 pm. I was contacted at 4:40 PM where I was informed that the installed serpentine belt came back off in a test drive. My car was also misdiagnosed for a bad alternator. Mechanic informed me that the only possible issue could be the alternator. I did inform mechanic that I replace the alternator two months ago so it could not be bad. On my return to pick the car up to take it to another mechanic shop. But before I could get my keys, I had to pay firestone $453.32. Even though there was no improvement made to the car it was in the exact condition it came in. I went to another mechanic shop where I was charge for 1 hour labor and a serpentine belt and the serpentine belt was replaced. The car is not running. No new alternator was needed. and the pulley was never the issue.

Went to this location for an oil change and after waiting over two hours I asked one of the reps how long before my car gets looked at and he response was not very pleasant. I took my keys and business elsewhere and I will advise everyone to do the same

First off I used to work at this Firestone location, a LONG time ago. I mentioned that only because I wanted to say that the shop is a lot better running now than it was.I came in with a new car that I bought and they even stayed late to ensure I was able to take my car home. 5 stars any day

I explained to the guy that when I m driving my car makes a winery noise he says start it up and step on the gas and right away he says it s the manifold and it ll cost me 1300 to 1500 carshield doesn t cover that. I know what they cover I went to another place and it had nothing to do with the manifold it was the differential and wheel barons. And he works for Firestone that says a lot I know I ll never ever go to Firestone again.

Good experience got me in as a walking. Tires, and brakes I knew were bad but they caught it so I let them go ahead and change them out and I also got an alignment good to go with no worries thanks to Firestone staff and there mechanic who are well trained.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Courteous and friendly staff. When I arranged an online appointment I immediately received a call to reschedule because the time frame was booked. Very helpful when your working multiple stores and don't have alot of time available for repairs. They were able to schedule and service my vehicle

I did not get my car serviced there because the attendant increased the price almost $100 when I told him about Honda. That broke my trust which means can't do business with someone like that.

My wife went over there yesterday for an oil change and the manager refused to do it because she wouldn t pay for the more expensive oil. We have been doing the regular oil for years and never had a problem. I like the other manager that was there a couple months ago.

went there cause i had a grinding sound coming from my brakes. they said one of the rotors was out of place so they just changed all 4 brakes. $1100. i leave and now there s a sound coming from the brakes again. i go to check it out and they say a rotor was warped so that s where my sound was coming from. i knew this wasnt true but i went again anyways. i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. i go get another brake job and the sound is completely unchanged. they said they changed the brakes again but i don t believe they even did. i go to honda and they tell me the hub was bent. someone who worked on my car ended up bending the hub, which led me to pay another 700 at honda (would ve been 1200 if i didn t have warranty). so a mechanic messed up my car and they failed to fix it when i went in for the second time. i obviously wasn t going back a third time or ever again. i won t recommend anyone go here either. i just straight up got ripped offif your car is having problems go to your cars dealership. don t waste your money here !!

My 17 yo daughter specifically went in for an oil and filter change. Asked for synthetic oil which the car requires and was given regular oil. They also told her she needed $882.61 in recommended repairs which included air and cabin filters and spark plugs which were all replaced within 3 months. Just trying to make extra money off of a 17yo girl. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sorry i told her to go there. Save your money and stay away!!!

Horrible experience, I went there to ask a question, and employers ignored me when I went inside the office to ask if something could ve been done to my vehicle that had to do with the air conditioner, they were making up excuses as if they didn t want to do it. I don t know if it s because I m Hispanic, but to me it seem like racism so I don t recommend the place the sad part Is that I was with my 20 month old baby who witnessed this.

Went in for an alignment last week, held car for 2 1/2 hours at appointment. Was quoted $861+ in TIE ROD repair and could not align tires. Went to private mechanic after, nothing wrong with TIE ROD but passenger CV Joint, and very loose driver side bolt in which Fire Stone never diagnosed or mentioned. Definitely scamming the average driver with limited car knowledge. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Can provide any proof if needed.
