My 1st impression was that management was unfriendly and didn t appear to be concerned whether you ever came back or not.

Had a mechanical failure on a box truck en route to its destination. After striking out with 3 other truck repair centers, I stumbled upon breezy point. Everyone else I called prior to said sorry were all booked up, can t help you. Breezy point was the only company that acknowledged they were busy but after explaining my situation that I needed to get vehicle repaired and to its destination, offered to help. Chris told me to limp it to his shop (3 miles away) which we did. His team immediately diagnosed/repaired and had it roadworthy within a short period of time. Love this place. Love the people there also. I brought my bucket van in for service and Jim the owner took great care of me. I would recommend this place to all people who need a truck or medium duty vehicle serviced. Thanks Breezy Point.

Ive had a lot of work done to my 2004 chrystler sebring by mostly incompetent mechanics. My starter went 3 weeks ago. I tried a new place, Breezy Point in Stratford( didnt really have a choice since tow driver recommended them) The car seemed to be fine until todayIt doesnt start. After several phone calls (except for them) it was confirmed its the starter. My car is being towed there tonight. Im curious if they will do the right thing and fix it without charging me for something else that has nothing to do with the starter even though thats the problem. I will rate them after they fix my car. Oh and if they admit its the starter lets see if they reimburse the $80 towing charge it cost me tonight.

Truckers whatever you do don t go to this shop it s a Rip-off they triple up the prices and they think they are the only shop in town. Don t go here
