If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My sister has been waiting for about 2 years for her car to be ready. The communication is horrific. They called my sister last week and told them her car was finally ready and when she went to pick up the car, they told her, there s a battery issue. Now she has to wait again. I don t recommend anyone to go to this place

My car has been at Breezy Point since the end of August. They have been extremely poor with communication, as I have been the one who has had to reach out to them repeatedly for updates of my car. Now they are telling me that my car won't be ready for another week due to strikes which began a week ago (I am only hearing about this news now). Repeatedly I have requested that Tom Junior call me, which he rarely does. I should not have to call the day before my car should be done only to be told that it will take another week. I will not recommend them to anyone for body repairs.

Highly recommend staying far away from this business. I chose this place as it was a preferred location through Liberty Mutual after I had a small damage to my door. I had to go there twice for pictures of the damage in order to get an estimate as the guy never saved the first set of pictures. It took several weeks to book the appointment with no updates from the shop as to when it might be possible to bring it in. Then, they called and asked if I could drop it that same day. This is a work car and I would've expected some notice as a professional business should. It took almost 2 weeks to do the repair when other places estimated 1 week. When I got it back, the repair spot was OK, but another area was duller than the rest, so something happened while it was there. The guy wouldn't even come check the complaint and had had receptionist tell me he wasn't even coming out to look at it. No one ever answered the phone. You can only reach a voicemail and hope someone calls you back within that day. No one wears masks or has any social distancing, even INSIDE. This place is a train wreck, so highly recommend finding another place to have any work done on your car.Service: Body & Trim

The service at Breezy Point is top-notch. The staff are super friendly, professional, and attentive. What I anticipated to take more than 3-4 days, they did in two. I was completely surprised! Blown away by how quick they turned my repair around. Color match was near perfect! Followed up after I inquired about a small issue, and even had me come back the same day I pointed it out, for them to resolve it. Can't ask for better service than that. If I ever need auto-body repair work in the future, they'll be my first stop!Shop local! It makes a big difference!Service: Painting

Had a little fender bender and was recommended to Breezy point auto body. I am glad I chose them because there work is amazing. there attention to detail is second to none my car looks like it never was hit. they will always have my business and I will recommend them to anyone! We were referred to Breezy Point from our insurance. We had a dent in a panel on our car. The insurance paid for our car rental while they "worked" on our car. Breezy Point had our vehicle for 3.5 weeks. They first tried to repair the panel (1.5 weeks) then decided they could not, and had to order the part and replace it. (2 weeks)When my husband went to pick up the car, it was fixed, BUT there was a NEW BIG dent on the other side of the car that was created AT BREEZY POINT!Now the shop had to pay for the car rental themselves, along with the repair. Guess what? They had it back to us in 3 days.I tried to contact the shop during the time they had our car the first time and left messages with the owner. He did not even return my calls.I would not recommend this shop. Although the completed repairs were fine, I feel there was something totally unprofessional going on with the first repair. I would have given 1 star, but the repairs that we received were fine. Unfortunately these are "service" shops and the concept of service is just as important as the repair.

I got rear ended last January and put off getting it fixed because I was worried I would be without a car too long during school. I brought it to breezy point auto because it was closest to my home. Definitely going to return if needed because this place is great! I received helpful updates via email. Dropped it off Monday evening and picked it up Thursday today same time. It was finished a day early, despite some extra damage being found. The shop even cleaned up the inside of my car.100% would recommend if you want your repairs done ASAP and hassle-free! Great service and friendly management :)

Progressive service center in Milford sent my car to breezy point for repairs. After 4 times of bringing my car back to them the job seems to finally be completed correctly. Bad paint match, missing repairs, they filled a scratch with touch up paint, then not buffing areas they painted. Avoid this shop and find a shop that cares about the quality of work they put out.

Very nice and professional people who work there. I would definitely go to them again if I ever had an issue with my vehicle. Tracy was such a sweet nice lady as well as all the employees that works here as well.

Breezy point offers fast service when needed for emissions testing as well as Vin verification. Just can and schedule an appointment.

My car got hit while at my own home and breezy was recommended as the closet person to repair my car. I've since taken it back one other time and have had a great experience.

My car was towed there from the Stratford Police Department after it was stolen and involved in an accident. After the insurance adjuster took pictures of the inside showing two relatively expensive jackets in the back of the car, I arrived there to find the jackets missing. Both the guy at the tow shop and the guy at the desk of the repair shop shrugged their shoulders when I asked them about it. So, if you want to have your stuff stolen from you car, this is the place for you!

RIP OFF SCUMBAG'S THAT STAY IN BUSINESS FROM SUCKING OFF INSURANCE COMPANIE'S CLAIMS!! ALWAYS BUSY AND BACKED UP FROM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, AND GETTING PAID OFF BY INSURANCE COMPANIES!!! CROOKS THAT BELONG IN JAIL!!!!
