I was in there Thursday night . I saw old lady work counter .she so mean . She has to respect customer . This place is not her own place . She didn t resolve issue. making hard your situation. I m telling from here manager please talk this women if she don t like job she can find another job

First time at the store yesterday and the customer service was incredible!! Part came in fast then I realized I ordered the wrong part and Cheri and Jay went out of their way to get the part I needed!! They treated me with respect and made sure I had the part I needed so I can have a safe car for my kids and I appreciate that very much!! I will definitely be back!!! Fewer air filters on their shelves than Walmart??? Fortunately they had the one I needed behind the counter. Also, the store is grungier than the O'Reilly's up the street. Advance should be cleaner given that the building is much newer than O'Reilly's(former Mudrick's appliance store) building.

I just want to share my experience I had today with Sharie & Dylan..they were amazing!! I had a flat tire and came there to get some advise on the wheel locks on the tire. Though I didn't have the code or the actual wheel lock Charlie was knowledgeable and kind. Dylan put air in my spare tire and they both had great advice on how to get my problem solved! Thanks so much guys

I've always had good experiences with this location and the people who staff it. I had some problems replacing my wiper blades recently. The staff, without hesitation, went out to my car with me and installed the blades. I leave, ad I have on numerous occasions, a happy customer.

Pretty nice place right off the main strip in Stratford, needed license plate bulbs for my car and called with 10 minutes to spare before they closed. The woman who I had spoken to on the phone was super helpful and friendly even though she was getting ready to close up shop, had told me as long as I arrive before they closed that she would be able to help. I'd go there again just because of the quality of service for sure!

They refused a simple request of letting me pay over the phone for a bottle of antifreeze, so my wife could pick it up in 15 minutes. Seems kind of ridiculous. I've been in that store and it's never that busy that they couldn't provide a little service.

A huge thank you to Sherry and Jaleel this morning! My car battery died about a half mile from the store after leaving a gas station. I walked to the store and they were very helpful and caring for my situation.

Must applaud this place.Angel was a great help over the phone. He ordered a part for me from another store. It was there when I picked up all my other items.They were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Well done guys. It's hard to find places with such great customer service.

This was around the end of September, but I came here to get headlights. I was scared the crew would be a bunch of condescending males. There was a whole crew of women, love to see women in typically male dominated careers. The lady at the front helped me get what I wanted and explained the warranty. 10/10 would go again

I pick up a belt tensioner for my 03 honda accord. The guys was on his cell phone whole time. First on one I got put it on bearing making a lot of noise. Took I back got a new one. The second one wouldn't hold the belt tight. I call them. They want give me my money back. There belt tensioner are trash. Manager looking at the picture on the screen asking me questions how I should put it on.

Always have what you need or they can get it. Friendly, personable, and knowledge. Big store name with a small store feel and know how. I don't bother going to the store across the street anymore.

My son and I had an amazing outcome. Let me start from the beginning. He has an 03 Chevy S-10 given to me from my father. Both of the original sway bar bolts snapped. GM garbage hardware. I knew AAP could hook us up on our quest to repair "RedPa". He drove this all throughout college and it's still going! Amazing, right? I saw the swaybar dangling. I rarely drive this, so when I do I get upset that he doesn't maintain a free ride. Thanks AAP for calming my BP.

I recommend going to this Autoparts store if I needed something they are very polite and professional at least the one employee that helped me she was very knowledgeable I recommend this particular store I don't know how the other Advance Auto Parts are but this one's good

Pretty much the same as AutoZone except that they use different name brands. I gave it four stars because the parking is very inconvenient the way it's set up

I go here instead of Auto Zone any day. Better staff better all around people that actually want to get you in and out as quick as possible and willing to help on the spot.

Never a line when I go to this Auto Zone. And they have the parts I need at least for now. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
