I had used them 3 yrs ago with no problem, so I wanted to use them again. Called to make an appt for 9am, when I got there, the shop was closed, I was standing in the pouring rain calling to see when they were coming & was casually informed they were running behind and couldn t do it until 3pm.Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

I have done 4 vehicles window tint with them and I could not be happier.If you WOULD have any issue, just bring it back and they WOULD fix it, but I was always very happy and will come back soon again.Thanks to my Domenican installer :-)Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

These guys removed old rumoring that was falling off and detailed my car. My windows look better than new and my car has never looked so clean. I moved to CT from AZ and have always had my cars detailed. However, I have never had a detail as good as these guys did for me. They are also exceptional affordable. I will HIGHLY recommend them for detailing and window tint removal.

They will do a good job with your window tints that is a given, but beware your car will be miss treated, they might want to use your car as a temporary table for their drinks, they might want to kick open your doors and dent them, to top it off leave finger prints from the glue all over your paint job. If, after all this you choose to use them I strongly advise you take pictures of your car in front of them before they touch it. They will not claim responsibility for anything you cannot prove they did to it.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I dropped off my car to get the windows tinted. It took hours longer than I was told it would and I had to call back for a status update multiple times since the owner wouldn't answer his phone. When I picked up my car, one of the wheels which had been painted within the last five days was scuffed, which it wasn't when I dropped it off. The owner of the business refused any responsibility even though he and/or his employees clearly damaged the car. The owner is trash, I'd be careful bringing your car here.

If I can give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will damage your car and then blame you for it. They damaged my door switch frame and blamed me by saying my car is older . My vehicle is a 2014. THEY damaged my vehicle while it was in THEIR care and the owner BLAMED ME FOR IT!!! They take no responsibility for their mistakes and you can forget about receiving any kind of compensation. Extremely unprofessional. The owner is not a nice man nor is he understanding. He will not try to work with you- HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE ONCE (even after knowing him/his employees did in fact damage it). Don t expect a call back from them either. You must be careful bringing your car here. Please save your money and go to people who actually know what they are doing and will be honest about their work. DO NOT GO HERE!

TERRIBLE customer service they don t even know what customer service is I would never recommend anyone to go to them as they leave bubbles and uneven cuts on their jobs and I personally wasted 340$ for them to tell me I can t even get my money back. They don t prioritize warranty work either they will take anyone that comes in and brush you off to the side and I had came back 3/4 times for them to tell me I m not getting my money back or that their too busy to fix what they messed up on. I will be calling the better business bureau to file a complaint and take legal action cause this is highway robbery. They also love to change prices everytime you visit which is super unethical and praises zero professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I went here a couple days ago to get my windows tinted and it was by far one of the best experiences ever, the people working there were extremely nice, the owner is very nice as well, outstanding customers service and plus they did an exceptional job with my tint, couldn t be happier with their service.

Perez at Universal Auto Spa has a lot of experience working on TESLA. Brought my Model 3 in for a ceramic window tinting and it came out perfect. If you have any questions with your tesla, you have to give them a call.Service: Heat control window filmsService: Heat control window films

It took 4 hours but they did a fantastic job. The owner and his crew are courteous and offered a ride home as it takes 4 hours. I recommended them to friends and family.

Recently had my 911 Porsche wrapped by Rey and Perez and can t thank them enough for an excellent job and all round amazing customer service cannot recommend them enough for the quality work and going above and beyond thank you guys !

Yea I agree I wouldn t even try going there I tried making multiple appointments and they always told me they were too busy even when they told me to come in at a certain time they wasted my gas and time on that and I ll never think about going their again either.Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting
