I highly recommend Twin Ridge Auto Body Shop in Springdale!My Subaru Crosstrek had extensive surface damage from acorns - with over 100 dents on the hood, roof, and rear hatch.Ronnie, Nico and the team at Twin Ridge were not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly skilled. They did a phenomenal job repairing the car and it looks as good as new! They also worked quickly through the insurance claim process and completed the job on time as promised - which was a pleasant surprise given the amount of work needed.If you re looking for an auto body shop that delivers exceptional results, look no further than Twin Ridge!

A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.

Twin Ridge Auto Body is the only Auto Body shop I use and trust. They do excellent, timely work and communicate with their customers throughout the process. They are honest and extremely professional. Their shop is spotless and everyone who works there is friendly and approachable. I never worry when I have to take one of my cars to the shop because I know Ron and his staff will take very good care of my vehicle. They are also extremely accommodating with scheduling. Twin Ridge is an overall excellent place to take one s car and it is a gem in Stamford.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Twin Ridge Auto Body is hands down the best body shop in Stamford. The staff worked closely with me and the insurance company to ensure that everything that needed to be done was done. I had called around prior to going to Twin Ridge, and the people I spoke with never got back to me. I appreciated how I was promptly called back and how they expeditiously scheduled my appointment. Not only did Twin Ridge Auto Body do excellent work on my car two months ago, but I also stopped by there last week for help with one of my tires. While there I found out they are also an auto repair shop! If I could give this business 100 stars I would! We have had a relationship with Ronnie at Twin Ridge Auto Body for 25 years and had various levels of repair work done more times than I care to admit! Each and every time, the service has been excellent. So easy to deal with at every level of the process! Customer relationship second to none! Uncompromising quality of workmanship! Fair, efficient and excellent communication in relation to the process (estimating, insurance, part procurement options/timing, etc). We use Twin Ridge Auto Body twice and like the service, it s fast and very good. They are polite and communicate in timely manner. They also wash the car outside and inside after the service. I recommend the service very much.

Twin Ridge Auto Body did has worked on my 2015 Toyota Highlander 3 times now and have always done an outstanding Job each time. The first time was, I ripped my front quarter panel and passengers side door open on an iron fence. When they finished it looked like it had never happened. the second time someone hit the left rear door and they offered to pay but only if I got 3 estimates. Twin Ridge beat the other two, and did another great job. This last time was again someone else fault (of course) They backed into the front end and took out the running and parking lights and damaged the front bumper. It took a couple of days to get the parts and take it apart, paint and put it back together looking like new. Their a professional, and courteous bunch over there, they stay in touch let you know whats going on. About price. I thought that they were fair and found out just how fair. The guy that hit me and asked for the Three estimates. Well, he sent me to his body shop for an estimate. I'm sure he is dealing with Twin Ridge now.Ed O'Neill4/21/23Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My SUV received a large dent on the rear hatch and since I had been very happy with a prior insurance claim, I went to Twin Ridge for a below deductable out of pocket repair. They not only gave me an quote that was what I had projected but they also fixed it quickly and went way above and beyond to make my hatch look perfect again! I have used Twin Ridge Auto Body for nearly 20 years and several cars. I have always been very impressed. Their repair jobs are top notch and they deal seamlessly with my insurance to get the job done as quickly as possible. I met John almost 10 years ago through another customer of his. I m actually surprised I hadn t previously recommended him here on Google because I ve personally recommended a dozen people to him. Guess I was slacking.Anyway, he is the most competent and fair guy in town. Twin Ridge will be your first and only stop if you need a mechanic.Highly recommend!

I have been there for a few times. It's a small family-owned business and always reasonably priced. It's easy to make an appointment (you just call and ask for the earliest available time and day). The staff are knowledgeable and patient. They explain everything to me and tell me what needs to be changed urgently and what can wait. They are not like those big chains that rob you and ask you to pay for everything that you don't need.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Service from John is good, but the body shop ILLEGALLY includes the card swiping fee in the service cost if you use credit as your method of payment. Anybody who has used credit as a method of payment and charged a fee is legally owed a refund for the fee added. They also refused to refund the fee, telling me to "take it up with my bank". A 3% fee isn't much for a $100 oil change, but it adds up on a $5,000 body repair!
