Went here for the first time today and was very happy with the experience. I had a leak in one tire and assumed I had picked up a nail but was worried about being sold new tires I might not need. Made an appointment online and brought the car in. Luis helped me and was great to work with. Back on the road an hour later after a 13 dollar repair (it was indeed a nail) and no hard sell on anything. Will definitely be back.

Second 10/10 experience with Town Fair on High Ridge Rd First when I called agitated about my flat tire, and uneducated about tires (or cars), Mark was nothing but patience, knowledge & kind. My mom also helped by bringing it in while I was working, and said how nice everyone was. Best for last: the price was better than 3 other shops by 20-40%!!Thanks very much

I ve been using Town Fair Tire on high ridge road for years and have always happy with the service! Today I had a piece of metal stuck in my tire and called with only 30 minutes before closing and Mark, who has been there for years, assured me if I got there they d help me. They took my car very quickly and all the staff were polite and friendly! They stayed to make sure my tire got fixed and I could be on my way again! Thank you for your help!

I had a piece of metal in my tire and it was changed quickly and carefully at no charge. Everyone was very courteous and professional. What I thought was going to be a real nuisance turned out to be a pleasantexperience.

These guys were absolutely great. They serviced my car super quick and saved me a ton of money. I paid for 2 new tire replacements because I thought I had no other option, but TJ and his coworkers told me they could repair the tires instead at a much cheaper price. They went out of their way to make sure I got a fair deal.

Mark was extremely helpful. He sourced me a great set of tires at a great price. When I came in to have them fitted he expedited my car to save on wait time. Really couldn t recommend Town Fair Tire highly enough!

I can t say enough good things about the staff at Town Fair in Stamford! Larry went above and beyond - finding the nail in my tire, entering my info quickly, and getting my car in and out so I could return to work before lunch ended. It s rare to meet people who take such pride in their work and address the needs of others with such kindness - and it has truly made my day! Thank you!

TJ & Luis went above and beyond to make a difficult situation right. Had an issue with tires purchased from Town Fair Tire. Their customer service could have not been better if they tried.TJ listened, went out of his way to look into the issue & made everything right and quickly. Before I knew it I was on my way with better & safer tires. Thank you

Mark at Town fair tire was amazing. I went in frantic at 520 with a nail in my tire, and he had me out of there in 30 min. Amazing place, amazing staff. Recommend this place hands down. Mark is the person for all your needs.

Mark did a great job on my tires. Brought them to another place and they didn t balance them right. After taking them here my car rides great. There service is amazing highly recommend them!

Literally the best customer service ! I just want to thank town fair tire for all their help! From the moment I called to the time I arrived to get my tires installed! I want to personally say thank you to Luis , not only did I get an amazing price on my tires but not even week after having my initial four tires installed, I had to come back and get another front tire; and he took care of me as well. Great fast and efficiently ! So grateful for their awesome service and will definitely highly recommend them to others.

Your go to place for all things tire related! Mark the manager is incredibly helpful, plus you don t have to wait there for hours to get your tires fixed! Highly recommend the Stamford location!

Friendly and great service. I worked with Luis and he was wonderful. I ve been a customer for many years. Whenever I go there I feel valued and respected. And seeing the same staff is reassuring and a testament to the company. If you need anything relating to tires, TFT STAMFORD is the place to go.

Luis Pacora answered my phone call and told me there was minimal wait so to come right down. When I arrived he remembered me right away. They were able to quickly find the screw in my tire and patch it for less than it would have cost me to buy lunch! Great service!

Town Fair Tire in Stamford is the place to go to buy a new set of tires or get a flat fixed.Mark at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful. We have been coming to him for years for all our tire needs. He makes the process of buying new tires easy. I can always feel at ease with the work they do. They are highly recommended.

I live on Staten Island and needed 4 new tires for my wife s car. We priced the tires locally and found the cost extremely high. I always heard good things about Town Fair Tires, but the closest one was 60 miles away. We figured it was worth a Saturday afternoon drive. It was a good decision. The selection in stock was huge. My salesperson T.J. was friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had a specific tire in mind but he suggested a different one which was better for our needs and even less money. How s that for honest service! The tires were installed and balanced and we were on our way in about 30 minutes. Once home, I saw an ad for the same tire at a lower price. Town Fair guarantees lowest price match. I dreaded the phone call but once again both T.J. and Luis could not be more helpful and accommodating. I will be receiving credit for a significant amount. I am so happy we chose Town Fair and we will never shop elsewhere for our tire needs and we will happily recommend you to our friends and family.

If I could rate this place a 100 stars I would. Me and my sister were on our way from NY to MA when our back right tire blew out on the highway in the middle of CT. We had to call AAA and told them that they needed to bring me to a tire shop that can fix me up with a new tire and send me on my way since we had somewhere to be. AAA told me I would be in good hands at Town Fair Tire and boy were they right!!! Upon arrival, Town Fair Tire was packed so I knew that they must do good business with all these customers in the waiting area. Luis Pawra checked us in and warned us that the wait would be close to 2.5 hours. Disappointed, I told him that we had to be somewhere but that I understood seeing that the place was packed. When he realized I was out of state, Luis told me he would see what he can do to cut down the wait time. Obviously appreciative of any time he could shave off, I thanked him. Next thing I knew, my car was in the next open bay and 25 mins later, we were back on the road!!! Luis recognized that we were distressed and he was an angel that truly made a Christmas miracle. Go to this location for your tire needs. Not only because Luis cut down our wait time, but because this business truly cares for their customers while being honest and forthcoming. Thank you, Luis and Town Fair Tire - you have one of the best of the best working for you!!!

I just finished my walk and was headed back to my car to find one of my tires was losing air. I came to Town Fair Tire and was greeted by Malik who was kind, professional and friendly. I have been using the High Ridge Stamford location of town fair for at least 40 years. They are great people. Mark, the manager, is incredible and may not remember your name but remembers his customers faces and cars. I recommend them highly.

I had two blown tires from a pothole, and I got great service from Town fair tire from a wonderful worker name Luis Pacoha thanks a lot for the help and service. I ll be definitely getting all my tires from here from now on I also bought great rims from here about a year ago.

This place is unbelievable ! They just patched the tire on my wife's car! They could not be more professional and friendly! Luis was great! The techs were great! GREAT GREAT GREAT! I was here a few months ago and they put tires on my other car and same experience!

He didn t try to push anything on me, talk down to me and was very knowledgeable. I go here no matter what for my tires. I have an Audi S5 (that I am super in love w. + extremely picky on who touches my car) absolutely prefer here over the dealership. MARK is amazing every single time and his suggestions were perfect. He got me in and out smoothly. I refer any and everyone to come to this location, without hesitation.

My 2006 CRV is 17 years old but only has 25000 miles on it. Mark convinced me it would be smart and rewarding to put a new set of tires on for safety and a much better ride. He recommended Goodyear Assurance all season and an alignment.Did both and what a difference the ride is with new tires. Mark listened to how I use this car and I believe saved me a significant amount of money. The whole team at Stamford are really professional.I have been a Stamford customer for over 30 years totally satisfied!
