Stopped in at 5:30 after hitting a monster pothole on the highway and experiencing some wobbling. Even without an appointment Jay took my car for a spin and visually inspected my tires to find the problem a bend on the interior of the rim. He did a water test and assuaged my concern for the car s immediate safety. If this is how they treat a drop in, the full service must be wonderful. Thanks again Jay!

The customer service and actual technical service is very good. Facility does not have the washing service and Manager gave a coupon for free washing at nearby car washing. That is why 4 stars. But recommend for Subaru owners.

Was very unhappy with STARLINK. They could not find my account (paid November 4). My wife had a flat and she had to pay $95 to initiate the call. They said 60-90 minutes. At 90 minute., we got Text which said 60 minutes. 30 minutes later they said 5 minutes. Soon after they stated they could not complete the call. The very nice phone assistant had to find another tow company to come. The responding gentleman came in about an hour and he was competent, apologetic and very efficient. 5 hours in the pouring rain was a been much. Too make matters worse, I have called Subaru and Starlink for refund for 2 days and was assured a supervisorWould call be Each day. Still waiting! This is our family s 4th Subaru. This was our first VERY BAD EXPERIIENCE. THE LACK OF FOLLOW UP IS NOT UNPROFESSIONAL.DOES ANYONE HAVE A SPECIAL NUMBER to call. Very frustrating to chase and be on hold for long periods before being transferred againRETRACTIONMY ERROR AS I CONFUSED STARLINK AND ROAD SERVICE. THOUGHT WE HAD PAID FOR ALL SERVICES!
