Great work by Stamford Motorsports on an initial 600-mile Yamaha motorcycle service. Despite being extremely busy, they took great care while transporting and servicing the bike. I ll be back for the next service.

Had a great experience buying two Kawasaki 310 jet skis from Stamford Motorsports. Came back a couple years later for service and winterization and Chris helped me out. Great attitude, quality service, and transparent description of all labor billed. Would definitely recommend.

Great place my sales rep was Chris answered all my questions. He gave me a lot of information about the bike I am interested in and closed the deal. I will be picking up my new ADV150 on Saturday the 29th can not wait. If you need a new or used bike or a generator or snow blower go to Stamford Motorsports and ask for Chris. You can't go wrong here so what you waiting for.

Excellent customer service with a friendly atmosphere. Mateo was super helpful explaining what was needed and had the bike ready as promised. He even helped me load it and tie it to the trailer. I highly recommend Stamford Motorsports..Kudos Mateo and team

Andre was a huge help and went out of his way to help me and answer any and every question I had. I didn't end up purchasing from them we just couldn't reach the right number but he tried his best to make it work. When it comes time to buy a new bike I will definitely go back and work with them. A stand up guy and from what I can twll a pretty good dealershi . Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the parking lot is terrible lol

Great experience, for me! They were professional, courteous, and did what they said they'd do. I dropped off my quad, to have diagnosed. They went through it and diagnosed it's needs; fixed me up; called me a couple days later, and said 'come get it - your all set' ; charged very reasonably for what was done!

If you are looking to buy a motorcycle ask for #Andre Allen @Stamford Motorsports, Great guy , very polite. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all . 2 weeks after I picked up my bike I had to go back and pick up my Ny plate and registration. I had an issue with hooking up my smart phone to my bike and without hesitation he went out and helped me figure it out. Andre made the whole motorcycle buying process as easy as it could possibly be. #Andre Allen, The man that put a smile on my face

worst service I have ever had, I took my Yamaha r6 to Yamaha and the mechanic said he can't fix my bike no matter if he is an official Yamaha dealer. I asked them to fix the left turn signal that is not working and the best they could do was cut the wires from both turn signals. so I don't have a turn signal. (I fix them and it works perfectly, I'm not an engineer, I'm a cook).

Once you walk in, you get an eye full of bikes on display. All very cool, neat and clean. The staff very helpful when needed and with a smile. I've been there twice for maintenance products for my old Honda and a helmet. Both times were very good experiences, so it's my go to place for my bike needs. I haven't used their service department yet so I can't comment on that since I work on my own vehicles. I would assume that they're just a good as the sales department since speaking to a tech there was very enlightening and helpful beyond words.

Brought my 2010 seadoo RXT there had drive shaft issues plus many more. They treated me fairly. Fixed the watercraft did everything they said they would very satisfied nice group of people to work with. I'm looking to get a new watercraft right now. I'll definitely go to them. They sell seadoo, Yamaha and Kawasaki. I'm sure I'll find something worth the trip. I live in Milford about 40 mi away.

I have to apologize to the people of Stamford Motor Sports! I wrote an unfair review without even calling them and giving them a chance. When I did talk to them I was shocked! Not only did they offer to come to my house and pick up the machine and give me my money back. They were willing to come to central New York 3 1/2 hours from there shop pick up the machine make repairs and bring it back! And if I wasn t satisfied with the work would ve given my money back. They drove 3 1/2 hours to my place took it back kept me apprised of what was going on, brought it back . Let me inspect it and try it out to make sure I was satisfied. Satisfied doesn t t even cover it. What other dealer would Do that 3 1/2 hours each way twice!!! To make sure I was happy with my purchase. I d give them 10 Stars if I could! Phenomenal Service!

I would steer clear of this place! Go to the one in Danbury. The service end of this business is like nothing I've ever experienced. CHRIS in Parts&Services has no business and I mean absolutely NO business in the Service industry. This man can't even be bothered by returning phone calls. By the 3rd one, I went in and was given extraordinary attitude on why he wasn't able to return a phone call. It's almost hilarious if it wasn't so true. By then I was done! Went to see management to discuss what's going on and that im having trouble with communication. Management was great and tried to make things straight. Unfortunately, for them Chris again came in w/ attitude and at that point it was done!!!. I want my bike returned. Which was a few days later. The kicker is, what Chris wanted to charge me ended up costing me the CORRECT key cut. Which failed to do. I don't care to give bad reviews. Especially when it effects everyone else. But, Chris is a liability and should be kept nowhere near people as he's extremely disrespectful.

Worse costumer service ever. Went to just ask about an oil for my bike and they are very rude. I don t feel like come back to this place again. Terrible service!!!

Very polite and not pushy as most people would associate a sales or dealer to be. Any question I had was answered without the runaround. I felt like I knew then personally when I purchased my ATV. They walked me through the purchasing process, then the actual hands on of the machine. They offered to educate me on the safety if needed and helped me load it into my vehicle. I have sent 6 people over to them already, and 4 have purchased from them so far.

Purchased my first motorcycle here at Stamford Motorsports. Large clean showroom, good selection (inventory is limited at all the dealers in the area for "starter" bikes) and Mateo the salesperson provided great customer service during both the selection and sales process. Recommend.

I have purchased two motorcycles from Stamford Motorsports. The last one I dealt with Mateo. He was fantastic. I can't say enough about how friendly and instrumental he was in finalizing the deal. 5 Stars indeed!

My own personal experience was quite literally one of, *will get to you when we feel like it!. Everything from a simple phone call to a missed pick-up & attitude of one *Chris in parts & services was shocking to say the least. This man *Chris, has no business being in the retail/service industry. As I told management, "how can you have a guy like that represent you", Just a liability. Everyone else suffers do to his unprofessionalism.

These guys have twice squeezed me in last second to perform service on my bikes. Not only that, the bikes are a different brand than they even work on. They are friendly, accommodating, and entirely professional. One of the best dealers I've been to in the northeast.

Mateo was extremely helpful in purchasing my first Vespa. Very easy transaction, he took the time to explain everything, and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

I worked with Chris in sales to purchase a new Honda motorcycle. He was wonderful to work with and very consistent in his communication. I recommend buying from Stamford Motorsports. I will be a returning customer to purchase other vehicles.

tried to be reasonable and gave them a 5 star last year after service bike went down and they came to my house, well this year 3 grand and bike went down again.We are done as they never listen and pay zero attention.Told my bike was ready and went down and again no box with parts returned to me, asked and mechanic on vacation come back when he returns?I asked service manager for shimko tires he says they don't sell them , pick up bike and owner says they do sell them??I could of saved hundreds of dollars. The stereo I wanted for my bike was on Amazon for 90 dollars their parts guy wanted to sell it to me for 160 dollars, nice mark up.Do not go here.

Great place Chris Vento the owner very professional and dedicated to his customers and his customers needs.I walked in one afternoon and had the itch, Jade the gentlemen who greets people as you walk through the door was very polite, charming and professional.Being a business owner myself for over 25 years he caught my attention and answered all my questions - very honest and sincere.At the end of the day I purchased a GP1800R Jade kept me up to date step by step on delivery and took detailed tile to go over the the ski. Chris and Jade both called me numerous times following up if I had any questions.Stanford Motorsports ROCKS call them for all you needs

I purchased new tires for my KLR650 during their February service sale. Stamford MotorSports picked up my bike and returned it to my house free of charge! I had an issue with the front valve stem a few days after the initial delivery. After a quick call with Chris he had my bike back on the truck to Stamford within two hours of our call for a fast repair. Everyone at the shop is extremely professional, kind and courteous. Two thumbs up.

Bought two rxtx from them, charged me regular price with not add ons. Bay harbor dealership i bought 310R rhey gave me 3 vest, safety kit... for free. I call them yesterday bringing my ski for the first time to warrant job, the service guy straight was rude and said not really interested taking my ski in. I appreciate him and hung up.(From beginning big NO, might have later on headache with him better stay away from them)! You guys don t appreciate my business doing with you. There is others Powersports who will take care my ski no problem but this is not how you do business.(the ski i am bringing bought from you don t forget i send 8 people just this seasons from my marina to you)

As all motorcycle enthusiasts know...it can be an arduous task to find a really good dealership with a comparable mechanic shop. Well, Stamford Motorsports puts an end to that search. The shop is run by Chris who is as personable and professional as any shop I've been in. It is conveniently located just north of NYC and walking distance from both MetroNorth and Amtrak. I highly recommend this dealership.

Rude employee working there saying my son was to short for a dirt bike there. and was smiling about it on top of what he was saying mean while my son was a perfect height for the bike ! .
