My ford escape has been there since November 2023. No one reached out to update. You call and no one picks up. I had to physically take time out of my day to drive there for an update. Fast forward 2-3 months later. I show for an update, they advised the car was ready. I took the vehicle and it overheated within 10 min. Got the car towed to their shop the following day and called for an update. No response. I show up there Wednesday 2/7 Scott said they were still working on it. Come to find out a Repair Order was never issued so the car was just sitting there. I get Greg the service manager involved and he said that his tech working on his car was fired due to the lack of repairs on other vehicles and that s why my repairs failed. I get my car back 2/9 and I open the hood, wires everywhere, coolant hoses not properly secured which will eventually cause another failure. Safe to say I won t be bringing my vehicle there for repairs again.***Now my Engine cover is also missing***

I don t even know where to begin. This dealership gave me the best experience I ve ever had than with any other dealership. First of all it s immaculate in there and it smells so clean. Everyone in their treats you like your special. Like you re the only customer. Marco my sales representative and Belen are so caring and from the very beginning were Never trying to get me to come in or pressure me into doing anything. Never rushed me. It was all about me and what I wanted. They answered ALL of my questions and were super patient and very supportive. Very responsive. Marco went out of his way to find a vehicle that I needed that wasn t on the lot and he was upfront and honest with me about the whole thing. There s a reason why they have such great reviews. It s all about the customer and not about making a sale. Because they know when you put the customer first, the sales come with it. I pray for their continued success in all things and will be recommending everyone to them. May the Lord continue to bless you Stamford Ford

If your looking to buy, lease, sell your car, look no further, Stamford Ford is the place to be, (8/30/23) I walked in here not really knowing what to expect with little inventory in the market now a days, but luckily for me and possibly for you, they had not 1 or 2 full size SUV s on the lot but 5+. My husband fell in love with the white expedition and we spoke to Tommy, the salesman and literally with no money down he was able to make a dream come true for us after leasing two cars from ford. I want to thank Tommy for being so understanding, knowledgeable, and overall kind to us for making this purchase for us possible! My experience at Stamford Ford was very good. I spoke on the phone with Gus. He informed me that there were several models of the car that I was looking for on his lot. And quickly made an appointment for me. I was promptly taken to see the cars when I arrived at Stamford Ford. Clay explained the difference between models. I took a couple of test drives and made my decision easily. Once the contract was drawn up. CJ went over the various features on the car, quickly addressed my concerns and I was on my way. All in all a very good experience.

Lena is, hands down, the BEST salesperson at Stamford Ford! I consistently feel heard and respected. I m not pressured into anything and she takes the time to work with your individual situation to find what works best for you!Everyone I deal with at Stamford Ford is top notch. The purchase experience at Stamford Ford was so superior to anything we d experienced over the past 40 years that we never even visited the other three brands we set out to test drive.Yes, the Ford Edge perfectly fit our requirements. Yes, they offered us a very fair deal. But more than that, the sales specialist (Clay Morsey) & Sales Manager (Tom Zvon) were so affable, knowledgeable, & so very easy to deal with, it made our decision to buy very easy.First, the showroom was open and airy, and set a welcoming & easy-going tone. Second, Clay really listened to our requirements. And third, they let us test drive the car we wound up buying on our own (we hate it when the sales rep hops in the car).During our test drive, my wife and I agreed that we would be buying a car from Stamford Ford.We picked it up less than 24 hours later. It could not have been a better purchase experience! I highly recommend Stamford Ford.

The best Ford Dealer ever! The staff are very professional and give the upmost respect to customers especially Scott Ferrara, Victoria Flannagan and Nicole Stevenson. I owned a car dealer and I know what customers respect mean to the well-being of a business. If I chose to travel 20 minutes to Stamford Ford instead of going to Mc Mahon Ford which is 3 minutes away, I know that you guys reading this are very smart to figure it out.100% recommended!
